Eps. 23 Take Over the Contract

Manager Willie did not accept what Mark had just said to him. For him there was nothing he could not have in this world or nothing he could not negotiate.

“What if I'll talk to Jimmy's friend directly ?” manager Willie offers Mark another option.

“But sir although later you managed to persuade lord Jimmy I still will not sell Fiona to you, forgive me.” Mark remained steadfast in his stance because after all he loved Fiona as his prized possession.

“Hmm...” manager Willie went back to silence and thought of a way. “Mr Mark put it this way if I've managed to persuade Mr. Jimmy, then let me hire Fiona in my office.” the man also clean hard because he did not want to miss the golden opportunity in front of him just like that.

“Rudolf now take me to boutique G. M.” said manager Willie stared at the assistant next to him then as he walked away from Mark.

“Manager Willie.. wait.” Mark has not agreed to it while chasing the man but unfortunately it turns out he has been sitting sweetly in the car out of the lukisa exhibition. “Oh I don't know what manager Willie.” is thinking Mark re-entered the gallery for failing to catch up with the man.

“Fiona is really amazing even though in its form the men are still interested in you.” Mark murmured when passing through Fiona and passed leaving it because there are still many visitors.

The car carrying Manager Willie arrives at the G. M. boutique.

“I want to meet with Mr. Jimmy the owner of this boutique.” he told a waiter once he got in there.

“Sorry have you had an appointment with Mr Jimmy before, sir ?” ask the waiter because it is not easy to meet the owner of this boutique and make sure that Mr. Jimmy will not carelessly meet someone.

“Say manager Willie of Stark Model would like to meet him.”

“Well, sir.” heard the word Stark model the waiter just looked scared and immediately went inside to meet the owner and tell him.

“Master Jimmy how are you?” The man shook the hand of the boutique owner. “There is something I want to talk to you about.” he immediately conveyed the intention of his arrival there is to replace Mr. Jimmy as a tenant of Fiona.

Mr. Jimmy didn't think there was anyone else who wanted Fiona besides him. “Sorry sir, I turned it down.”

Clearly the owner of the boutique refused because the turnover is now not 50% anymore or what percentage again but doubled since the existence of Fiona cut it.

“Mr Jimmy.. If you are willing to give me over Fiona's rental then I will give you lucrative compensation.” Manager Willie is not out of his mind and tries to persuade the man.

“I'll give some designs from my designer to your boutique if you want to cooperate with me.”

The man continued to persuade and give promising lure that made Mr. Jimmy smile widely in front of him.

“It is a pleasure to work with you manager Willie.” replied Mr. Jimmy in the end with all the considerations that will benefit his boutique.

“This is his contract letter for you.”Manager Willie then immediately make a letter of cooperation and then hand it to the owner of the boutique.

“Rudolf now take me back to where the painting gallery exhibition takes place.” after his affair with Mr. Jimmy is done, he said, then the man turned to stare at the assistant beside him and immediately walked out of the boutique without waiting for an answer from his assistant.

“Good, sir.” Rudolf immediately followed his master and escorted him back to the place where the painting exhibition was still going.
