A Fatiguing Day
It was late in the afternoon when I finished my last meeting with the investors, I saw my watch was already five.
I suddenly thought of Rina, so I immediately packed up my things and left the office space.
"Amanda, you can go home now" I said and quickly headed for the elevator.
My new restaurant was only five minutes away from the office, so it didn't take long and I got here right away.
"Good day sir." my employees greeted me when I arrived at the restaurant.
I immediately went to my room and hurriedly turned on the kitchen cctv monitor and watched it.
I frowned when I saw Rina talking to the chef kindly.
Suddenly I stood up and headed towards the kitchen area, I really did not know what possessed me why I suddenly rushed into the kitchen with a feeling of anger.
"I'm not paying you here to flirt!" I hate them.
They were almost desperate after hearing my angry voice.
"Sir, I'm sorry, we just talked about something" replied Chef Raymond.
"Do you talk during work hours? Is that what you always do when I'm not around?" I felt angry while looking at Rina.
"T-Oh, Mister, no! I'm really sorry, it won't happen again." Chef Anthony replied.
"If I see you guys talking during business hours, you're all gonna get fired from your jobs, okay?"
"Yes sir!" they answered together.
I turned around to return to my room but stopped and returned to them.
"Rina, come with me to my room!" i told.
Arriving at the office, I immediately turned off my laptop monitor and arranged a seat while waiting for Rina to come.
I felt a bit uneasy, after a while I took out a magazine and pretended to read, but I felt uncomfortable.
I put the magazine back and opened the laptop again and looked at another site, then there was a knock on my office door.
"Get in." I said.
As the door opened, Lina entered with her head bowed as if nervous.
"Sit down!" authoritative commandments.
"Why did you send me here, sir?" he asked nervously.
"Have you got a girlfriend yet, Rin?"
I was suddenly stunned by my question, what did I just ask him?
Why am I suddenly asking like that?
What the hell happened to me?
Rina's eyes widened after hearing my question.
"W-do I have to answer? I think this question is very personal." he replied in surprise.
"Uhm... I'm just curious because I don't want my employees to have girlfriends who bother their girlfriends at work, that's why."
"Well, don't worry sir, if there's nothing to complain to me sir, I'm focused on my work and my brothers that I grew up with." The answer is serious.
I don't know but I feel good in my heart that she may not have a boyfriend yet. That's right, Rina, because I'll be the first one to taste your body. My language is still grinning.
"W-Why are you smiling?" he said it surprised me.
"Huh? Am I smiling? I'm just happy because the results of my meeting were good." Aaya said.
Goddamn bum! Why should I explain myself to him? Confused mind.
"Sir, no one is teasing or fumbling. We're just happy because customers love the food we cook for them, that's it.” he explained to me.
"What kind of question is this" I heard him whisper.
"What did you just say, Rin?" I hate this.
"Huh? It's okay sir, I said it won't happen again."
He said and bowed. My forehead was still wrinkled from hearing what he said.
"Get out!" I said.
He stood up and rushed out of my room because he knew he was guilty.
"How dare that woman." I was angry when she came out.
At six o'clock in the afternoon I finished my work at the office, I stood up and stretched and took my things and went out to go home.
I frowned when I saw Lina outside the door of the restaurant being greeted by a man. I was shocked when she suddenly hugged him and he replied with a hug that made my eyes widen.
What the fuck?
He told me that he was not in relationship status but what was it?
My mind was angry when I saw them both. Is love at first sight true?
Why am I so angry to see him hugging someone else?
I feel disgusted to go out and face them.
"Rina, I don't think this is the right place for you two to hug." I said hatefully.
Rina looked at me and was surprised to see me.
"Uhm this sir..."
"I don't care who that guy is!"
I didn't let him finish his sentence, I said and passed them and got into my car, Bentley Bacalar 2021.
I started my car and left it.
When I was some distance away from them, I drove my car furiously and slammed my steering wheel without saying a word.
"DEVIL!!!" I groaned loudly as I hit the steering wheel.
"Why do I feel like this?" I ask myself with anger.
I looked up and closed my eyes, wanting to calm down. I was so angry with the man who was hugging Rina, I wanted to hit her earlier and make her crawl on the ground.
Mama, how do I feel?
When I feel better, I slowly go home.
Mom greeted me when I got home.
"Son, I miss you" said my mother.
"Geez ma, we haven't met each other just for one day, is mama kangen? But I miss my mom, too." I said with a smile.
"Hey, did something happen?" mama asked me.
"What does mama mean?" I turned around to ask.
"I know you kid, I know when something's messing with your brain or if you have a problem" she told me.
"Hahaha I'm fine ma, don't worry okay." I said and kissed her forehead.
"I need to rest, it's a long day and I'm so tired" I said that mom let me go upstairs to rest in my room.
