"Miss Alysia?"

A woman I thought was about 35 years old called out to me. I stood up from my seat and approached him.

"I'm Miss Alysia."

He looked at me from head to toe and returned his gaze to my face, at the same time he raised an eyebrow so I felt astonished at him.

“If the interviewee comes out, goes right in, don't wait for someone to call the next name, got it?" he said in a calm voice.

Shortly after a beautiful woman came out who I thought was the interviewee, her smile was wide so I felt a little disappointed, it seemed like the outcome of the interview was good so maybe her smile was that big.

I stared at the gaze of the woman who had just come out, whose hips and buttocks were almost in the eight-eight position as she left the building.

"Are you going to stay there, Miss Alysia?"

A voice shocked me and I stood up straight. I immediately stood up and immediately headed inside the office.

"Good day sir."

I greeted a man who was sitting while leaning over in a swivel chair reading the documents. I saw what he was reading and I was surprised to see him reading my documents.

His face lifted and looked at me, it felt like I was about to fall down as I looked at the face of this man in front of me. Oh my God, I just found out that there really is such a handsome creature and it is right in front of me.

He is very handsome, his red lips are harmonious with a very sharp nose, round eyes, perfect jaw shape and smooth white skin. And even though he was wearing a three-piece suit, it could be seen that his muscular body was as good to embrace.

"Have you finished watching me?" She said.

"No!" I said nervously while covering my mouth with my hands.

"-I mean yeah, I mean I didn't notice you, sorry."

I leaned over and could barely look at her because I was so embarrassed. I heard him sigh before speaking again.

"My name is Ryo Ferdinand Sinaga. The owner of the Italian restaurant LaCuesta, and I'll interview you." he introduced himself.

"What's your name?" he asked me.

"Rina Maria Alysia, sir." I said and I didn't mention my mother's last name.

"What are you graduates?" he asked me more.

“I High School, it's just that my family is poor and I'm the only one who provides..”.

"I don't want to hear the story of your life Miss Alysia."

He cut my words so that it made me a little embarrassed.

"Sorry." I said with my head down.

"And stop apologizing!" he said to me.

"Sorry" I apologized again and he just raised an eyebrow at me.

"So, what can you do, can you cook? Do you know anything about Italian food?" she asked.

"I know how to cook Italian food, I know a lot about Italian food that I learned from my late mother."

I answered proudly with a smile. He looked at my face and frowned.

"Really?"

He spoke as if he didn't want to believe me.

"Give me 10 of your Italian specialties."

"Lasagna Bolognese, sir. It is made with a layer of fresh lasagna sheets, bechamel sauce, bolognese sauce, and plenty of parmesan cheese. Whatever the occasion, you won't go wrong with my classic Lasagna Bolognese, sir."

"Veal Milanese. It was made with breadcrumbs, spices, and spices and fried in butter to give the Milanese veal its undoubted flavor, it was one of my mother's favorites."

"Gnocchi Sorrento's. The soft is lightly roasted, and the bubbling cream cheese and mozzarella are hard to beat. Once you taste it, you'll never forget it."

"Spaghetti Carbonara's. Carbonara is another classic Italian pasta dish made with simple ingredients and full of flavor. Made with eggs, preserved pork, hard cheese, and black pepper. Cheese is usually Pecorino Romano or Parmigiano-Reggiano. It feels and feels strong so you will never go wrong."

"Antipasto Italian. The ingredients include preserved meat, olives, mushrooms, pepperoncini, anchovies, various cheeses, and artichoke liver. Once you taste it, you'll definitely fall in love with the taste."

"Cavatelli's. Cavatelli is a small paste shell of eggless semolina dough commonly cooked with garlic and broccoli. Variants add cheese to the dough mixture. Simple but made in the right way, intensely scented. If you want to relax, try my Cavatelli, sir. "

"Fettuccine Alfredo's. Fresh pasta dishes made with fettuccine, butter, and Parmesan cheese. When the cheese melts, it will form a soft and creamy sauce that coats the paste. You can use Alfredo to coat broccoli and combine with crunchy chicken . Just like my dad's amazing name. Alfredo."

"Baciola. Known in Italy as Involtini, Braciola is a piece of meat or sliced meat that is wrapped or rolled stuffing. Often browned, then roasted or boiled in wine or broth, you can fill it with just about anything. Combined with breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese and topped with tomato sauce. Fresh tomato sauce will add a sweeter taste than canned ones. Fresh and sweet as I am."

"Pizza Margherita's. To get an authentic Italian experience, you must use Margherita. Simple, fresh, and flavorful, Pizza Margherita is made with tomatoes, mozzarella, fresh basil, and olive oil and baked at high temperatures for as long as it's crisp outside."

"And no less important is Ravioli. A type of pasta made with stuffing, usually served with broth or with sauce."

Then I smiled at him, I could see his shock and astonishment at me.

"What's? How do you know all those recipes?"

He asked me a stupid question.

"I learned it from my mother when she was alive" I replied.

"You mean he used to be a chef in an Italian restaurant?" she asked.

"No, the story is long but I can only say one thing, everything my mother knows about cooking Italian food she taught me." I said with a smile.

He simply nodded and wrote something on the document he was holding.

"The cooks I've hired here are those who have completed HRM courses."

His words made my shoulders feel weak.

"But you can be an assistant chef so you can learn more. You can come back tomorrow, I can take you around the kitchen and see what else you can do." her words made me smile.

"You mean, that I'm accepted?" I'm kind of happy with that.

"You can say that" he replied, staring at my face.

I was so happy that I stood up and ran to her side and hugged her tightly.

"Thank you, sir, thank you so much!"

I was so happy that I didn't realize what I had done, and slowly let go of the embrace of my new boss.

"Sir, please don't fire me as if it's a pity."

I'm telling you here, I haven't even started work, I've made a mistake.

"You can go now." he said without looking at me and continued to gulp.

"Once again sorry, sir, I got carried away. Thank you." I said and I was happy to leave his office.

"Wooooooooooo!"

I shouted loudly while raising both my hands as I left the restaurant.
