Meet At The Cafe

Hyun Su is currently in the cafe, he is busy doing his work.

In the midst of his busy life, Hyun Su thought of Lee Byeol. Hyun Su picked up his phone then typed something.

[Byeol-ssi, can we talk after you're done with your blind date? did I go too far as to say you're like my niece?] Hyun Su wrote, but before long he deleted the message and typed a different word.

[What's your blind date.?] Hyun Su wrote.

Hyun Su had not finished writing his message, he was still thinking about what he would write next and whether he would send his message to Lee Byeol.

While Hyun Su was focusing on his phone screen, suddenly a cafe worker accidentally nudged Hyun Su.

Hyun Su immediately turned his head towards the woman who nudged him.

"I'm sorry" said the cafe worker, bowing his head slightly

"It's okay" Hyun Su replied with a smile.

Hyun Su returned to his phone, surprised that the incomplete message was sent to Lee Byeol.

Hyun Su was confused as to what he should do, he seemed to regret having already typed in the chat room.

Hyun Su continued to stare at his phone then he closed his eyes, looking frustrated.

"Huh.." Hyun Su's breath sounded.

While Hyun Su was contemplating what was happening, Lee Byeol and his date stepped into a cafe.

"What cafe do you visit often?" Ask the man

"Yes, you want to go in first? I have to call for a minute" Lee Byeol said

"Alright then" said Dae-Seong then stepped inside the cafe.

Lee Byeol contacted someone, who was none other than Hyun Su. Hyun Su who saw Lee Byeol call him looked surprised then he picked up the call from Lee Byeol

"Hello"

"I read your message, I don't understand what you mean. Are you asking if my blind date went well?" ask Lee Byeol

"No, it's not that. Actually, there is something that disturbs my mind" said Hyun Su

"Torturing you? wh why? you think I'm doing something weird here?" ask Lee Byeol

"What?" ask Hyun Su

"I'm doing fine. I even kept talking as if this wasn't the first time and I showed a positive response. So everything went well" Lee Byeol said

"Samchon, though I may look too young for you but I'm quite popular here. Everything went well"

"Then, I'll continue my blind date. See you at home"

Tut tut

Hyun Su put back his phone, Lee Byeol had been talking and he had not said anything.

Shortly after Lee Byeol walks into the cafe, he steps in to find his blind date.

A moment later Lee Byeol froze on the spot upon seeing someone. Lee Byeol managed to find his date who was sitting waiting for him.

But what made Lee Byeol surprised was the man sitting next to their table.

That man was Hyun Su.

"Gosh, why is he here?" muttered Lee Byeol

Hyun Su who had been staring at his laptop was now staring forward. He was quite surprised when he saw Lee Byeol standing not far from his place.

"Byeol-ssi, over here" call Dae-Seong

"Ah ne" Lee replied with a smile

Lee Byeol steps up to his desk then sits in front of Dae-Seong. While Hyun Su looked silent as if they were unfamiliar.

"I ordered you coffee" Dae-Seong said

"By the way, are you late to get in here so you don't have to pay for coffee" Dae-Seong said

"No, I can't possibly do that" Lee Byeol said.

He glanced at Hyun Su as he was a little uncomfortable with Dae-Seon's words.

"Byeol-ssi, let me give you advice as a senior in life" Dae-Seong said

"I'm sorry, I'll send you money for coffee..."

"Oh wait a minute" Dae-Seong said

The man took his phone that was ringing.

The man was surprised when he saw the name of the caller on his phone, the man showed it to Lee Byeol.

"This is DDay Group, the manager there, Dae-Seong said

Lee Byeol could only nod.

"Hello manager, ne ne ne" Dae-Seong picks up his phone and goes out of the cafe.

"Here, why are you here?" lee Byeol asked Hyun Su after his date left.

"I can't focus at home, maybe I should just go" Hyun Su said as he prepared his things

"Aniyo Aniyo, you don't have to go just because of me" Lee Byeol said

"In that case, I'll pretend I don't know you. Speak casually no need to care about me" Hyun Su said

"Ne" replied Lee Byeol

"Why did I say everything went well? now he can hear everything" Lee Byeol said in his heart

Lee Byeol seemed sorry to have told Hyun Su that everything was fine.

Shortly thereafter Lee Byeol's date returned.

"Byeol-ssi, I have very good news" Dae-Seong said

"What's that?" lee Byeol asked as if interested

"So that's a manager who really likes me" Dae-Seong said

"Ne" replied Lee Byeol listening

"He said my score was the highest among all apprentices"

"Well." said Lee Byeol.

"You know what that means? that means I have the highest chance of becoming a full-time employee of hahaha" the man said, then laughed loudly

Lee Byeol seemed uncomfortable with it, he kept glancing at Hyun Su who was silent without a wiggle.

"It's amazing" Dae-Seong said excitedly

"Jeez, congratulations" Lee Byeol said

"Thank you very much, sorry I was too excited. Come to think of it now that you're in your third year shouldn't you start looking for a job?" said Dae-Seong

"Yes you're right, I want to take advantage of the majors I took and curate at the museum" Lee Byeol said

"I'm sure you should study abroad before applying. Wait, your family must be pretty rich" Dae-Seong said

"No, you're just an ordinary family" Lee Byeol replied

"Aaaa so apparently" said the man a little disappointed

"Then, your GPA is high? may I ask how much?" dae-seong asked excitedly

"Yes" replied Lee Byeol

"Come on, how much is your GPA? how many?" bran Dae-Seong

"3,5"

"your GPA is 3.5?" yelled the man

"What would you do with a GPA like that?" dae-seong asked in a disdainful tone
