Chapter 4: Seline applying for a job

After breakfast, Navier immediately left for the office. He opened the door already standing Ali, Navier immediately walked to the elevator with Ali followed.

"What is today?" asked Navier in a lazy tone.

"I've sent your schedule to your number" replied Ali equally malasily.

Navier and Ali then fell silent, they stood in front of the elevator until Navier idly stepped on Ali's foot. Ali was furious then pushed Navier's body and at that time the elevator door opened which turned out inside was Ali's father, Kim.

"Uncle, see for yourself, don't you think Ali was naughty first?" navier complained.

"You start first."

Kim sighed, he embraced the two alay men. "You're a team and you'll always meet. Please don't fight!"

Kim took off his hand then brushed the two men on the shoulder and walked away from them. Navier directly pressed the button to the 1st floor. In the elevator they were silent. Ali and Navier just can't get along.

Arriving at the office,

Navier walked haughtily into the Young Group building, Ali was right behind him. Navier is young but his tall body looks the same age as Ali.

"Dam! The floor is so rough? You mop this floor until shiny, if you can until the ants slip," Navier told the janitor.

"Okay, young master."

Navier went straight into the elevator, Ali was really lazy to work with Navier. He had already thrown his face away.

Upon arriving at the office, Navier immediately walked into his room and Ali worked in his own room. They were one room but only blocked by glass walls.

Ali's room is just plain and normal whereas Navier's, yeah that's it. Young master hello kitty if Ali calls it.

On the other hand,

Roseline got a termination letter, she was dismissed because the boss had got a replacement who could enter full work instead of part-time like Seline.

Seline sighed and thanked him for giving me the opportunity to work here for 2 months.

Seline is now out disappointed. He got on his motorcycle and went straight home.

Arriving home, her father saw the letter Seline held.

"The contract is up again?" papas.

Seline dropped herself on the sofa then let out a long sigh. Already 3 times he was in and out of work at the minimarket.

"What's your next plan?" ask papa.

"If papa lets me audition..."

"Stop! Papa doesn't want to hear that. Papa just wants you to get a better job and have a long contract. Young Group is opening a massive job vacancy. You have a college degree, papa's sure you'll be easy to accept."

After Papa spoke, he went into the room. Seline can only be patient. It doesn't matter where he has to work but his papa always doesn't support him to be a great pianist.

Seline opened her phone and searched for job vacancies and it was true that Young Group company was looking for new employees.

Never mind, there is a vacancy. I hope I get in that office. Also, his salary is huge.

Seline entered her file online, she filled out all the requirements via email and then waited for a reply from the HRD.

Navier was staring at the glass of his room that led to the highway. He daydreamed indistinctly making Ali notice him from behind his room. Ali stood up and approached the master.

"Navi, do you want to have coffee? Let me make it," said Ali.

"Susu is sweet."

Ali immediately headed to the dispenser and made a request of the master.

"Saturday has a new selection of employees. You have to intervene directly" said Ali.

"That's not my field. I'm the director and I don't take care of new employees."

Ali stirred the milk and gave it to Navier. "That's your business because one of your employees will be your private secretary."

Navier blew out his glass but he wondered why it was cold. He looked at Ali.

"Wind the heat for yourself!"

Navier snorted and threw the glass on the floor. Ali was getting upset and wanted to get him into a fight.

"Are you glaring at me?" navier.

"It's okay young master."

Ali angrily headed into his room, he glanced at Navier who was also staring at him. Ali turned his face and chose to play his phone while free.

Ali remembered about her parents' increasingly disharmonious relationship. Especially when he caught his mama being with a handsome bule who else if not Louis?

Flashbacks

"Dad why shut up if mom cheated?" ask Ali.

"Dad has to do what? Your own mother wanted that."

Ali's eyes turned red, she wanted to cry if they chose to divorce.

"Are you going to divorce your mom?"

Kim shook his head, wiping Ali's tears. Ali was only worried that they would eventually break up.

"Dad won't divorce your mother, let her now act as she pleases. I can only wait for the time when your mother realizes that she did something wrong" Kim replied.

At night at Kim's house.

"I'm pregnant" said Sera, Ali's mother.

Kim frowned, he just stared softly at Sera who did not dare to look at him.

"With Louis?" ask Kim.

Sera did not answer, she took her suitcase and put her clothes in. Kim held Sera's hand, and she saw her husband's sad face.

"At least you think of Ali. Ali still needs you" Kim said.

Sera brushed Kim's hand. "They're big."

Kim just stared at his wife. He was very sad if he had to part with his wife who had accompanied him for approximately 30 years.

"Lying if you're pregnant at a young age. That's just your excuse to break up with me, isn't it?" ask Kim.

"I did a baby tube pregnancy program with Louis. We love each other and please let go of me! I don't love you anymore, Kim."

Kim prostrated himself at Sera's feet, begging her not to leave him.

"I beg you, think of Ali's feelings!" said Kim.

Sera did not care about Kim, she packed her clothes and walked to the door and stopped for a while.

"I'll send you a divorce letter. You have to sign it. Goodby. I'm sorry, if I'm like this because this is what you did, too" Sera said.

Sera then left Kim who had been devastated by his decision. In the end he was abandoned by the woman he loved. Her marriage ended tragically and left her a victim, Ali.

15 Minutes later, Ali opened the door. After returning home from work, he was so surprised to see his father sitting on the floor limp.

"Dad, why?" ask Ali.

"I'm sorry I made your mom leave!" kim answered tears.

Ali's body shook, he opened his mother's closet and it was empty. He hugged his father.

"It's not dad's fault, I've been keeping my dad's house for a year now when you cheated on me. Dad was a great husband."

The father and son could only shed their sorrow. Their feelings are so broken.
