My Brother's Bed Rattles

My Brother's Bed Rattles
Full Moment Haru

Not long after Mr. Thunder arrived at his residence. He rushed home after hearing that his wife had found her first daughter.

"Ara, where is she?" Having just arrived at the main hall, Mr. Thunder had already wondered about their son to Bu Ara. The middle-aged man's face looked as crisp and he was so happy to hear the news.

Mr. Thunder stared one by one the faces of those who were gathering in the room in turn. Until his gaze focused on the figure of a young woman holding a tiny baby.

"Come here, Dad." Bu Ara grabbed the hand of Mr. Thunder who was staring at Risa. She led her husband to sit next to her.

"Dad, this is Risa. Our daughter who used to be a mother in an orphanage" said Ms. Ara, shedding tears.

Mr. Thunder was so happy because he finally could see how his daughter had looked so long as she missed.

"Thank God for giving us the opportunity to meet our son" he murmured with a full smile.

Bu Ara and Mr. Thunder started telling Risa everything. The same story as that told by Bu Ara to Renatta earlier. Risa and Ayden listened carefully to the couple's story. What was still a doubt in Risa's heart, now became fully convinced that Bu Ara Widya and Pak Guntur Gunawan are her biological parents.

"Why don't you guys try to find my whereabouts, Mom?" asked Risa with a sad face.

"Already, Son. We've done various ways to find you. However, all our efforts are in vain" said Mr. Thunder.

Risa gets up from her position and hands Lily's baby to Ayden. After Ayden welcomed the little baby, he immediately approached Bu Ara and Pak Guntur.

"Honestly, today I am very happy because I have managed to find your whereabouts," said Risa as she grabbed the hands of Bu Ara and Mr. Thunder and kissed him.

Ms. Ara who had long held a deep longing for her first child, immediately hugged and kissed Risa's face without anyone passing by.

"Mom too, son. Mom is so happy! Very-very happy!" reply Ms. Ara.

While Bu Ara, Pak Guntur and Risa let go of each other in the room, Renatta who had been silent and was just a spectator, now rose from his sitting position.

"I have to go to the bathroom!" he said briefly while walking away from that place.

Risa flinched in shock and noticed Renatta who had gone away until he disappeared from her sight.

"It's okay, kid. Maybe Renatta was just a little shocked because all of this happened so suddenly. However, I'm sure that he can accept you, for sure" said Ms. Ara.

Risa nodded her head slowly. "Hopefully, Mom."

"Yden!" Mr. Thunder approached Ayden who was holding baby Lily with a crisp face. "God's destiny no one knows. Behold, you shall remain my daughter-in-law, not with Renatta, but the husband of my first child, Risa."

Ayden laughed softly. He also realized that it turned out his destiny was written to be the son-in-law of Mr. Thunder. "You're absolutely right, Om!"

"Oh, grandson! Come here, honey!" Mr. Thunder grabbed Lily from Ayden's embrace then hugged and kissed her affectionately.

"Look, Mom! Who would have thought that all this time we have had grandchildren as beautiful as this," said Mr. Thunder to Bu Ara. .

Bu Ara rushed over to Mr. Thunder and grabbed Lily from her husband's embrace. "Oh my God, my granddaughter! Forgive Grandma," he said sobbing.

"Do you know, son. The first time I saw her eyes, it was like I saw you as a baby. In any case, your shadow, your little face, your little lips, have always haunted Mom's mind all this time" Ms Ara said.

Renatta sat on the edge of the bed blankly staring at the wall of his room. His face looked cold, unlike usual which always looked cheerful. After several hours of silence in the room, Renatta finally got up and stepped toward the door of his room which had been locked tightly.

In the main room.

"Geez, kid. I still miss you and my granddaughter. Can't you stay here with us? At least stay for a few days," said Ms. Ara with teary eyes.

"Definitely, Mom. But not now. You see, all my belongings are still in the Oma residence and I must say goodbye to him first. Otherwise, Oma will definitely sulk," said Risa with a small laugh.

"Yes already then. But promise me that you will stay here with us, before Ayden is right to be your husband and take you with him" continued Ms. Ara with a clear face.

"Yes, Aunt. Aunty take it easy," interrupted Ayden while clutching Risa's shoulder.

"We'll say yes, ma'am."

"Yes, be careful, son."

Although in fact Bu Ara and Mr. Thunder were reluctant to let go of Risa and Lily at that time, but they could not help it. In any case Risa had to return to the residence of Oma Hana, at least to say goodbye to the kind-hearted middle-aged woman.

Just as Risa and Ayden set their feet leaving the room, Renatta suddenly blocked their steps with a flat face. He looked at Risa fixedly, with a look that looked unfriendly.

Risa took a deep breath and then exhaled her back. Risa tries to throw a smile at Renatta even though she knows that the girl does not like him at all. Moreover, he had to accept himself as a brother.

Instead of returning the smile thrown by Risa, Renatta even more bent his face. Ayden, who had been standing next to Risa, grabbed her hand and led her back through Renatta, blocking their steps.

"Bak Risa, wait!" call Renatta, after Risa and Ayden pass through.

Risa stopped her steps then turned to look at the girl. Unexpectedly, Renatta ran and hugged Risa while shedding tears.

"Bak Risa, I'm sorry!" said it.

"Re-renatta? Why do you have to apologize to me?" sahut Risa while breaking their embrace.

"Because all this time I have always been bad towards you," Renatta replied, with a sad face looking at Risa.

"It's okay, Renatta."

Renatta approached Ayden who was still holding baby Lily. "Mas Ayden, please take care of my brother and nephew, because they deserve to be happy" he said with teary eyes staring at Ayden.

"Of course, Renatta. Thank you for understanding," said Ayden with a cramped face.

Not only Risa and Ayden were so happy to see Renatta's reaction, Pak Guntur and Bu Ara were no less happy.

"Mom's proud of you, Renatta" said Ms. Ara.
