My Brother's Bed Rattles

My Brother's Bed Rattles
Nella Sick

Arga drives his car while occasionally clucking. Her hair that had been neatly combed, now looked messy.

"Damn it! I really did not expect, it turns out that the bule kere has become a successful person now. Who would have thought the unemployed man now serves as a CEO in a large company. While me? I'm still walking in place. Become a supervisor and supervisor again!" grumbled Arga while rubbing his face rough.

Arga glanced at the phone screen he placed beside his body. Try to make sure there are no chat messages or calls that he missed. However, as before, there was no notification of anything there.

"Where is Nella? It's been a few days that his cell phone number can't be reached."

Arga arrives in front of a cafe, where he and Nella often gather there. After parking his car, Arga immediately entered the cafe and approached one of the employees at the cafe.

"You seen Nella?" ask Arga.

The man shook his head. "Some days he was invisible. Some say he was sick" replied the woman.

Arga knitted his two eyebrows in surprise. "ill? What pain?"

"Now, I don't know either."

The woman immediately left then left Arga who was still staring with a surprised face. "ill? Is the pain so severe that he can't activate his phone?" muttered Arga.

Arga sat at an empty table and ordered a cold drink to cool his heart and brain. While waiting for his order to arrive, Arga again checked Nella's mobile number.

"It's still not active" murmured Arga again.

A message sent by Arga to Nella. However, his status only ticked one since a few days ago. Arga looks stressed. Though his intention was to share his sorrow story with the woman.

"Oh my goodness, Nella! Why did you leave me when I needed you so much?" muttered.

A waitress approached Arga and handed him a glass of cold drink that the man had ordered.

"Good fun."

"Thank you, Ma'am."

After the waitress died, Arga also returned to focus on her cellphone screen while sucking cold drinks that are now in front of her.

Ting! A notification of an incoming chat message sounded.

Arga quickly checked who sent him the message. "May this be Nella!" he muttered so enthusiastically.

It turns out his feeling was right. The message was from Nella. All messages sent by Arga are now sent and have been read by the woman. However, Nella's reply was so short.

"Meet me at my house, Mas Arga. There's something I want to talk to you about and it's very important." Nella wrote in the message.

Arga smiled widely. He rushed to finish the cold drink he had ordered and then paid for it at the cashier. Now the man returned to drive his car to the residence of Nella with a heart and mind that is still in turmoil.

"I have to tell this to Nella. Right now the only ones who understand my feelings are Nella and no one else" Arga muttered.

After a few minutes, the man arrived at Nella's residence. Some of Nella's neighbors are now busy gossiping when they see Arga parking her car in the front yard of the woman's house that night.

They seemed to sneer and looked strangely at Arga. But Arga doesn't care. He kept his feet up to the door and knocked.

"Nella, it's me! Arga" said Arga, knocking on the door.

"Come, Mas. The door's not locked!"

Nella's voice came from inside the house. His voice sounded soft and a little hoarse. Arga is convinced that Nella is indeed ill. Just like the woman at the cafe said.

Arga slowly pushed the door and entered the woman's house. The house looked quiet because there was no one there. The atmosphere was dark because the windows and curtains in the house were still tightly closed.

"Nella, where are you?" call Arga.

"I'm in the room, Mom!" scythe Nella. "Come here" he asked later.

Arga smiled widely. He rushed to Nella's room and entered the room.

"Nella?"

Nella was lying on her bed with a weak body. Arga approached the woman and sat down next to her.

"Why are you, Nel?"

"Mas, I'm ...." Nella was silent for a moment while biting her lips.

"Wait a minute! Let me open your window curtains first, let the light come in!"

Arga got up from his sitting position and walked to the window. He opened the window curtains so that light could enter the room Nella's dark and stuffy room.

"Well, this is better." Arga returned to his original position. Sitting on the edge of Nella's bed while watching the woman's pale face.

Arga breathed a heavy sigh. "Oh yeah, don't you want to ask me where I'm from?"

Although Nella was not interested, she asked Arga about it. "Where are you from?"

"I've just come from court, Nel. Now Risa and I are officially divorced." Arga was silent for a moment as he swallowed his saliva with great difficulty. "Now I'm not Risa's anyone."

"Are you sorry, Mom?" ask Nella.

Arga did not answer. He remained silent for a while until something finally came out of the man's lips.

"Will you marry me, Nella? I promise to divorce Mona and make you my only wife" asked Arga.

Instead of being happy to hear Arga's words, Nella sobbed. He cried until as much as he wanted to make Arga become curious.

"Why are you, Nel? Was there something wrong with my question?"

Nella shook her head. "Not that, Mom. Wasn't it! Actually I'm ...."
