Ch. 37 >> Fighting

Darwin arrived in the forest. He again sniffed the princess's whereabouts. His steps came to a halt, as he stared at the building before him.

"This place ...." Darwin looked around.

"How did Tresi get here?" muttered.

His eyes looked around. There were many commoners, who also entered the building. It made Darwin frown confused. Why did they enter the palace so freely? What's the matter? ask in the heart.

He also stepped into the palace slowly, along with the residents. No guard suspected him. This led Darwin to assume. There are only two possibilities, if the people are allowed to enter the palace. A royal event made public, or a punishment for the traitors of the kingdom.

Darwin looked around him. "This is the new king's rapture ceremony" he murmured.

The middle-aged man continued to barge into the middle of the field. There, there were three young men. While on the throne, there was someone he was so familiar with.

In another part of the palace, a girl was tied up on a chair. His mouth was closed, so he could not make his voice. He tried to untie the ties in his hands and feet. Honey, that bond is too strong, which makes it difficult.

Bima, help me, muttered Tresi in heart.

Darwin did not care about the condition of the palace that would perform the coronation ceremony of the new king. He refocused himself on searching for Tresi. Back, he was looking for the scent from the body of his beloved daughter.

"He was there." Darwin immediately rushed to Tresi's place.

Arriving there, he saw the surroundings. Luckily, the guards were focusing on the coronation of the new king. Soon, Darwin opened the door of the room slowly.

Darwin nodded his head. They walked out of the room. Before coming out, Darwin grabbed a cloak and put it on Tresi.

"wear this. This place is not human nature. Danger for your safety," he said.

Tresi. He used the robe first. They stepped closer to the palace grounds. Tresi was surprised, seeing the existence of Bima.

"That, Bima," whispered Tresi to his father.

"The one in the middle?" Darwin looked at his daughter.

Seeing Tresi's head nod, Darwin let out a rough sigh. Unexpectedly, Bima saw the existence of Tresi there, along with a man. He felt jealous, but also relieved that Tresi could escape from his father's grasp.

Please, take Tresi away from here, Bima hoped inwardly.

"I refuse to be king!" reject Bima loud.

King Alfonso moved quickly and slapped Bima in the face. "You want that girl dead?" hiss King.

"But, Yeah ...."

"Don't be rash. This is not our world" whispered Darwin.

Bima smirked triumphantly at the father. King Alfonso was getting furious at that.

"Bring the girl here. For this boy to see his human lover die in front of him!" the King Alfonso's.

The soldier immediately headed towards the room where Tresi was in the husk. Seeing that, Darwin pulled the hand of the princess to leave from there. However, Tresi refused.

"Son, Dad. Bima is in trouble. Tresi has to help him" Tresi refused.

"This is not the time to help him. Wasn't he the one who brought you into this disaster?" furious Darwin.

"But, Tresi's love with Bima."

"Tress, you're different in nature. It is impossible for you to unite!"

"But ...."

"Nothing but, buts. Now, we gotta get out of here!"

Tresi brushed off the hand of the father who was about to pull him away. Before long, the soldiers came. They told me that Tresi had disappeared. Hearing the words of the soldiers, King Alfonso closed his eyes for a moment. A few seconds later, he opened his eyes and stared at the one spot in front of him.

At full speed, he approached the crowd and gripped the jaw of Tresi. Darwin, who saw that, couldn't help Tresi.

"Take my daughter off!" he shouted loudly, as King Alfonso brought Tresi to the middle of the field.

"Who are you?" ask King Alfonso.

"Suck!" King Alfonso took off his grip and beat Darwin.

Tresi fell down and coughed, after the king took off his grip. He ran towards Bima. Bagas, who was still surprised to see his father fighting with someone, was unable to help.

"Who is he?" whispered Bima on Tresi.

"My father" replied Tresi.
