Two days before his second departure to Indonesia, one problem could finally be solved. "I'll try it." replied Calio flatly.

Alvin shakes. "I'll help you get your fiance back, Cal. You take it easy."

"No need, we really don't fit in. He never wanted to understand my busyness." said Calio.

"You're a man with a free mind Cal, not like me" Alvin said.

"You're always dramatizing the situation." - Calio sneered, laughing.

"Damn it.." replied Alvin.

The two reached the hospital, they went straight to Mattew's doctor's office because there was an appointment. They were facing, the face of Doctor Mattew could already show the results. Alvin already knew that.

"I'm sorry, Mark, I can't do anything. It's stage 2, I think you should have surgery right away before it gets wider" Dr. Mattew said.

"I'll think about it." replied Alvin.

"You have to do it Vin, not think about it" Calio said.

Alvin laughs. "Of course, but I have to leave for Indonesia the day after tomorrow. I don't know when I'll be there." she replied.

"I will arrange your surgery schedule after you return from Indonesia" Dr Mattew said.

Alvin shakes. "Don't we have to do a check on Keke."

"Of course we do. You don't buy any more time, your disease is spreading so quickly. I remember when I took care of your mother." said Dr. Mattew.

"Doctor Mattew was right Vin, you should immediately prevent the spread. We'll have an operation as soon as possible." Calio continued.

Alvin breathed. "It's up to you, is there any effect of the operation?" tanyakanya.

Doctor Mattew nodded. "If our surgery is successful, we can remove the cancer from the roots and you can heal as you have. But if we fail and leave the root, the cancer will recur maybe even more severe than before. And one thing will happen, the possibility that you can forget all of us." he replied.

"How many percent of the comparison between failure and success?" ask Alvin again.

Alvin laughs. "I'd better not have surgery if it's going to fail doc, I don't want to forget Keke and all of you."

"No Vin, you have to do it. I don't want to lose you" Calio said.

"Hey, who's going to disappear. I'm not that weak as Cal." replied Alvin.

"Think about Mark, don't you do the same thing as your mother" Dr. Mattew said.

"Thank you doc, I'll think about it. I better get back now. Keke's waiting for me." said Alvin. "Let's Cal.." take her.

Calio took a deep breath while nodding. Both told Dr. Mattew. On the way Alvin was more silent and daydreaming.

"Are you sure you want to go back home with a face like that?" calio Goda.

Alvin smiles. "My best medicine right now is Keke. Of course we're back now. Cal I'll leave the company for as long as I'm in Indonesia, and maybe I'll leave my company to you forever."

Calio stepped on the brakes and his car arrived, then stared at Alvin. "You're crazy, I don't want to keep your company Vin, I'm going to bankrupt your company so you don't say that" he said.

Alvin laughs. "Oh my God, Cal, I'm just kidding. You're very serious, my illness is only stage 2." he said.

"Your flair is not at all funny Vin. I hate you talking about death." Calio replied.

"All right, let's go. Good thing behind there's no car, we could crash because you brake impromptu." seduced Alvin.

Calio was driving back in his car, his face still very irritated. Alvin does not want to talk anymore, actually his mind is really tangled. When he began to find happiness with Keke, instead he had to swallow the bitterness of life because of his hereditary disease.

Both arrived at Bougival. Alvin got out of his car.

"You don't want to come in?" ask Alvin.

Calio. "There's still a lot of work in the company, you just take a break. I'm leaving now." he answered flatly as he left Alvin.

Alvin can only smile when Calio's old car disappears from his presence. This was the first time, Calio was angry at his joke. He knew his best friend was as loving as a brother. But ready or unprepared that's what he had to tell his best friend. Alvin believes the company fell into Calio's hands more than any other shareholder.

Alvin goes inside the house, Ayu welcomes him.

"Where's Keke?" ask Alvin.

"Miss is in the master's lounge." Ayu replied.

Alvin nodded and approached his lover who was busy watching cartoons while continuing to laugh. Alvin hugged her from behind. Keke gasped and then turned his body.

"Alvin.." he said and stood up.

The woman went around the couch and hugged Alvin. Alvin lifted his body and kissed his lips.
