Keke kept staring at Alvin's face as they ate breakfast together. Alvin knew he was being stared at by Keke, with a flirtatious Alvin winking his eyes.

"It's not funny, you worried me last night" Keke said.

Alvin laughs. "I'm just tired baby, sorry to make you sleep less."

"I don't mind, I don't know when you're moving me to my room. But when I woke up at 3am, I was surprised to feel your body so hot. I wanted to give you medicine, so you kissed me. You said it was the cure, you crazy man." Keke said.

Alvin laughed out loud, unaware of it. Under his conscious, he just wanted to be close to the woman.

"Do you like it?" ask Alvin.

Keke throws a feeding napkin at Alvin. "You're driving me crazy, not funny" she replied.

Alvin approached Keke and lowered his head in front of the woman. "Never leave me dear, no matter what happens I want you to stay with me. Can you promise me?" ask Alvin.

Keke nodded and raised Alvin's body to stand up. "I promise I won't leave you, even if I'll forget you, I'll try to remember."

Alvin hugged his girlfriend. "Thank you, that's all I need right now."

"Alvin, tell me what's going on? I think there's another problem? You've been different since last night back home." asked Keke.

Alvin shakes. "Nothing dear, I'll finish it. You don't need to know and think much." she replied.

"Mark...I know you're inside yet to go to Indonesia. You don't run from responsibility." cried Karen.

"Who's that screaming?" ask Keke.

Alvin swore many times. "Lunatic girl baby, come into the room. Don't come out until I see you." he asked.

"Who's crazy woman, what's the matter?" Keke's getting curious.

"March... I'll call the reporters here if you don't want to go out." Karen threatened.

"Hara, tell the security to expel the woman" Alvin said. "Keke listen to me baby, I'll explain everything if I've solved this problem, can you calm down." pinta Alvin.

Keke nodded and headed towards his room upstairs.

"Mr Alvin, that woman doesn't want to go either" Hara said.

"Do I have to see him?" ask Alvin.

"It shouldn't be sir, we already said you went to Indonesia" replied Hara.

"Mark.I checked the flight today to Indonesia. You're not on the passenger list. I'm sure you're still home. Get out Mark, you're responsible for my pregnancy." cried Karen again.

Alvin called Calio. "Cal, that crazy woman keeps yelling in front of my house."

"You calm down, I knew this was going to happen. I've contacted security" Calio said. "Don't go out no matter what happens Vin." he continued.

"Alright thank you Cal." replied Alvin while turning off his phone.

Shortly the police sirens sounded.

"Mark.don't think I'll stop after you call the police. You jerk." cried Karen.

"It looks like he was forced to be taken away by the master police" Hara said.

Alvin felt dizzy again, then suddenly he collapsed.

"Master.." cried Hara.

Alvin doesn't remember anything else, he only hears Keke's cry beside him and doctor Mattew's explanation is also Calio's voice. He slowly opened his eyes.

"Alvin, you're up. Where's that sick?" asked Keke while sobbing.

Alvin wiped Keke's tears. "I'm fine, baby, don't cry" she replied.

"Thank God you've realized Vin, I was so shocked when Hara called me" Calio said.

"I'm sorry again I made you troubled." said Alvin.

"You don't think about it" Calio said.

"Keke, don't cry. I'm fine." said Alvin.

Keke nodded but continued to cry. Alvin got up and hugged the woman.

"When have you felt this headache, Mark? ask Dr. Mattew.

"We have to do a CT scan to confirm your illness even though I already know but I don't want to guess." said Dr. Mattew.

Alvin looked at the worried faces of Doctor Mattew and Calio. "Did you guys tell Keke?" tanyakanya.

Both shakes.

"Thank God, Keke listen, baby. I'm fine, just a headache." said Alvin. "I don't like your tears." she continued, wiping away Keke's tears.

"I'm afraid, you're passed out." Keke replied.

"You're not ashamed to see them crying like children." - teased Alvin.

"We go out first Vin, I'll talk to Mattew's doctor" Calio said.

Alvin nodded, he pulled Keke back into his arms after they came out.

"Basar cengengeng." said Alvin. "If it's true what Dr. Mattew thinks, I'll be pretty soon. I have a brain cancer. Although both of my parents died in a plane crash, but actually my mom had terminal brain cancer" Alvin thought.

"Don't cry anymore, you're ugly when you cry." - mocked Alvin.

Keke pouted while gently hitting Alvin's chest. "Don't pass out again, don't scare me" he said.

Alvin pulled and hugged her again. "I promise, play with Milo. I'd like to speak to Mattew and Calio's doctors." she asked.

Keke shook his head. "I want to be next to you, you promise to tell me about the woman who yelled earlier."

"I want to talk to them for a minute, I beg you." Alvin said.

Keke reluctantly nodded and called Mattew and Calio to go into his room.

"I'll be back when you're done talking to them" Keke said as he left Alvin.

"Is it possible that I have the same disease as my mother?" alvin asked Mattew.

"I don't want to take Mark too far, but you'll have to do further tests at the hospital" Dr Mattew replied.

"I hope Doctor Mattew's guess misses Vin, I don't want to lose you. And you have to remember, Keke needs you." Calio said sadly.

"You can't be a melancholy Cal, I'm not a man who dies easily." seduced Alvin.

"Stop not saying about Mark's death, your age is in God's hands" Dr Mattew said. "You have to do an examination immediately if you want to be healthy and continue with your lover." he continued.

"I will go to the hospital before leaving for Indonesia" replied Alvin.

"Good, that's the answer I want." said Dr. Mattew.

"Thank you doc. Cal, what about Karen?" ask Alvin.

"You take it easy, he has been overcome by the police to not disturb the Bougival area. And Mattew's doctor knew a doctor who could do fetal DNA testing" Calio replied.

"I trust you, you can't touch a woman carelessly. I'll help you deal with your problems with that woman." said Dr. Mattew.

Alvin breathes a sigh of relief. "I can finally calm down a little bit, but Keke was very curious about my problem. Would he be okay if I said this?" tanyakanya.

"I'm not too sure, but try it after you're really healthy, Mark. I don't want to take care of 2 patients in this house." replied Dr. Mattew.

"Doctor Mattew was right Vin, you better tell Keke this matter after you're healthy" Calio said.

Alvin nodded. "Please get Dr. Mattew Cal." pinta Alvin.

Calio nodded. "I'm also all alone to the company, there's still a lot of work" he said and drove Mattew's doctor out of his room to the front of the house.

Alvin sighed, hoping he was just exhausted. She does not want to have a disease like her mother. Alvin got off his bed to the balcony door. He stared at the side yard, where his heart was playing with Milo.
