This morning Hani woke up earlier, because he prepared all the necessities to go to the interview later.

"My activity during my time at home before looking for work is taking online classes trying the various kinds of training available there. I also got a certificate from that online training." Answer Hani.
"Before Hani know not our company engaged in what field?" Ask HRD was curious.
In general, I know that this company is a property company that has many branches, which was established since 1980. This company is one of the largest companies in Asia and well-known in Indonesia." Answer Hani clearly.
"Yes right, at the time of college you never joined the organization?" Ask HRD.
"Well Mom, if you may know, why did you major in Business Management?" Ask HRD.
"I entered this department because I was interested in how to manage a business that will be lived and I was also interested in how to manage a company, one of which is this company." Answer Hani.
"For your reason. Do you have an interest in the department or is it just a parent's request, so?" Ask HRD.
"If the problem of business management majors is purely my own interest there is no parental intervention, you think so sir."
"OK so this major fits your interests?" Ask HRD.
"Yes right sir, I entered the Business Management major according to my own interests." Answer Hani seriously.
"You are one of the best university graduates in the UK. Why not just work in England? Because companies in the UK definitely receive the best fresh graduates like you." Ask HRD.
"I love the land sir. That's why sir, this company is the best and largest company in Asia, so I want to be part of this company." Hani answered really.
"Well, why are you interested in working for our company?" Ask HRD.
"I want to learn new things, and also I like the financial part. Since I am the best graduate of my university, I will contribute to advancing this company." Hani answered with confidence.
"As an accounting staff in a company you know what jobdesc is like?" Ask HRD.
"In my opinion, a person who works as an accounting staff, is responsible for recording and calculating and documenting it in the form of company financial statements, including balance sheet statements, capital change reports, income statements, and income statements, and cash flow statements." Answer Hani
"Yes it is one of the duties of staff accounting With the department of Mbak Hani, namely Business Management what can provide as staff accounting in our company?" Ask HRD.
"I can take responsibility for the tasks that the company gives me. And God willing, I will manage my finances well." Answer Hani.

"My advantage over other candidates is, I have a high and meticulous work spirit. I can work together in teams or individuals. I also have internship experience in one of the famous companies in the UK." Answer Hani.

"I will work diligently, thoroughly and devotedly with the company, and I will work according to the instructions of this company." Answer Hani.
"About career or maybe education, family. What are Hani's priorities about it. Because Mbak Hani is still fresh graduate what is not the interest in continuing education or how is it? What do you think, Ma'am?" Ask HRD.
"I still want to find work experience, this is because I have a high morale to look for new things and learn about how to manage finances in the company." Answer Hani.
"OK Well Thanks Ma'am Hani Is Mbak Hani no question?" Ask the HRD.
"Yes sir I want to ask you about the rules of working hours here? Fan what are the rules that must be obeyed in this company?" Ask Hani.
"If the rules of working hours here enter at 08.00 am to 04.00 pm, so the schedule of working hours here. But we also have overtime, overtime depends on the parts themselves. We have 10 Company Rules
1.Employees must arrive 10 minutes before office hours begin.
2.No smoking at work.
3.It is forbidden to bring company goods.
4.It is forbidden to throw garbage carelessly in the company area.
5.It is forbidden to make a fuss that is the center of attention, and interfere with other employees who are working.
6.Employees must be absent as proof of attendance, if there is an empty absence without a certificate, it is declared absent.
7.Employees must use the Personal Protective Equipment (APD) that has been provided by the company.
8.For employees who want to do overtime work must fill out the overtime work data form, as proof of employees doing overtime work.
9.For employees who want to apply for leave must make a letter of submission to HRD a maximum of one week before the leave date.
10.Employees who are not present one week in a row after the company provides a work call letter for 3 times then the employee is considered to resign/stop work.

"I think it's enough for that, sir." Answer Hani.
"Regarding if you managed to enter this company, we will send a message via WA. Thank you for taking the interview from start to finish. Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh." Say the HRD
"Yes, thank you again wa'alaikumussalam." Answer Hani.
"In that case, I say retreat first sir." Hani
"Yes please mbak hani." HRD replied to Hani.
After the interview, Hani decided to go back to her apartment.
