"This is real sir.you will have twins and they look very healthy inside..as good as it is for hot activities you do not try too often a week only 2 or 3 times because of fear it will affect the fetus and do not do strenuous activities and consumption of food in the suggest for pregnant women and one more avoid stress or excessive thinking because it can trigger spots or disorders in the fetus..for exercise it is better to do light or gymnastics pregnant women and try to always be accompanied if necessary with the coach as well as to be more secure" the doctor's advice tells Grace and Max what to do.
