Mother to My Nephew

Mother to My Nephew
52. Berta’aruf

“Where Annisa Toriq do you want to’aruf?” ask Mr. Ernawan.

“I want Om bertha’aruf with Annisa. Even married next month I am ready,” replied Toriq.

Annisa immediately turned her head towards Toriq while glaring. Toriq replied with a ignorant smile.

“How's Annisa?” ask Mr. Ernawan.

Annisa replied with a nod.

“Alhamdullilah,” says Toriq.

“But Nak Toriq ta’aruf should not be too long afraid of later becoming adultery,” said Mr. Ernawan.

“Good, Om,” Reply Toriq.

“For a while let Annisa be here first, Om. Maybe Annisa is kangen with Om and Aunt and her sisters,” Toriq said.

“Loh if Annisa is here later who takes care of her college payment? Didn't Monday out the announcement received or not Annisa lecture there,” asked Mr. Ernawan confused.

“Let Toriq take care of the payment, Om,” Toriq replied.

“Do not, Bang!!! Didn't Brother have promised that Brother will not pay Annisa's lecture,” Annisa said.

Toriq sighed.

“Annisa, if in two months Annisa becomes Abang's wife must Aunt Elly who bear all the tuition fees Annisa. Shame on Aunt Elly,” Toriq told Annisa.

“Two months? Indeed, when do we make a deal to get married in two months?” Annisa protest.

“Barusan kan Om said that ta’aruf should not be long. So I think two months is enough to get to know each other. Moreover, Annisa's vacation has been cut here for two weeks,” replied Toriq.

“Isn't that so, Om?” Toriq asked for justification from Mr. Ernawan.

“By the same,” replied Mr. Ernawan.

“But will Nak Toriq be able to finance Annisa's college?” ask Mr. Ernawan.

“Support, Om,” jawab Toriq with rest assured.

“Isn't it burdensome Nak Toriq?” ask Mr. Ernawan.

“No, Om. Not at all burdensome. In fact, I am happy that my hard work has been useful to a very meaningful person in my life,” Toriq replied.

“Alhamdullilah if Nak Toriq can finance the lecture Annisa,” said Mr. Ernawan.

“Bapak's message as long as you guys still ta’aruf keep your distance. Not that you bertha’aruf continue you are free to do anything, because you have not become husband and wife. Stay in accordance with the norms taught by our religion,” Mr. Ernawan's message to Annisa and Toriq.

“Ya, Sir.”

“Ya, Om.”

“Now it is night, it is time for you to rest,” Mr. Ernawan told Annisa and Toriq.

“Nak Toriq and Roland slept in Umar's room. The place Annisa has prepared. Let Umar sleep with Mr and Mamah,” Mr. Ernawan told Toriq and Roland.

“Iya, Om,” replied Roland and Toriq.

“Father and Mamah excuse me to go to the room,” said to Mr. Ernawan.

“Please Om,” Reply Toriq.

After Mr. Ernawan and Ms. Titien went into the room, Annisa began to speak.

“Yes, Brother won't fuck around. Brother is only one kind of marriage to Annisa,” replied Toriq with a smile teasing Annisa.

“Terupon Brother, deh,” said Annisa.

Annisa holds Rafa who is asleep in the tv room and takes Rafa to her room.

Seeing that Annisa had entered his room Toriqpun went into Umar's room to rest.

The sound of the dawn Adhan began to roar in the mosque near Annisa's house. Mr. Ernawan is getting ready to go to the mosque. As usual Toriq, Roland and Umar went with Mr. Ernawan to pray at the mosque.

While Rafa did not come, because the cute toddler was still sleeping soundly in Annisa's room. Annisa after morning prayers began to dwell in the kitchen making breakfast for all the residents of the house. While Aisyah is in charge of cleaning the house, sweeping, mopping and wiping household furniture .After returning home from the mosque Toriq saw Annisa was busy in the kitchen.

“Annisa if you have done everything you shopped to the market, yes!” mother Titien said.

“Ya, Mah,” replied Annisa.

Toriq heard what Titien's mother said, quickly Toriq was getting ready to take Annisa to the market. After finishing making breakfast Annisa returned to her room to get ready to go to the market. When Annisa comes out of her room Toriq approaches Annisa.

“Abang delivery to the market, yes,” Toriq said on Annisa.

“Do not, Bang. In the market muddy, dirty and smelly,” repel Annisa.

“Nnothing, let Abang get used to take Annisa to the market,” Toriq replied.

Annisa sighed.

“But don't protest, yes. If the market is muddy, dirty and smelly,” said Annisa.

“Just calm down while together with Annisa, Abang will not protest,” replied Toriq.

“Gombal,” says Annisa.

Then Toriq gave two hundred thousand rupiahs to Annisa.

“For what is this, Bang?” ask Annisa confused.

“Money for shopping,” Reply Toriq.

“But yesterday there is still a lot left,” replied Annisa.

“Udah is okay, the person is a lot. The food should be plenty too. For breakfast addin again, do not just fried rice,” Toriq said.

“Iya, Bang,” replied Annisa.

Then Annisa went to the market delivered Toriq by motorbike. That morning the streets were still quiet, probably because everyone was still home on Sunday. Annisa chose to shop at a market not far from her home, a small market but the goods sold are quite complete. After parking the Toriq motor following Annisa into the market. Toriq noticed the way Annisa was shopping at the market. The woman was not ashamed and felt disgusted to shop at the market. Even Annisa looks quite shrewd and deft when shopping, maybe Annisa is used to the market. Even though women the age of Annisa do not necessarily want to be told their mothers to shop at the market. They will feel disgusted if they are told to go to the market.
