Mother To Anissa

Adam's Worry

"Cash,Assalamualaikum".

"Girishalama,mas".

There was Adam's long breath coming from the phone, "Where's Annissa?".

"Emmm, we're having lunch". Zara bit her fingernails, "It's over soon, and it's coming home". The reason.

"Should I pick you up?".

Zara positioned herself to sit on the bench nearby, glancing towards the inside to catch a glimpse of Della and Anissa's interaction.

"No, I booked a taxi online. You just continue your work".

"Za, I feel like something's weird"

Zara frowned, "What's that ?"

"Well, this is how I feel or something, because I'm so worried about Anissa. And I'm afraid of losing her too".

Zara is confused herself, in one position now she is with Della and Anissa. On one side Adam expressed his heart's anxiety.

"Mas, if Anissa and Della meet how?". Ask Zara doubtfully.

Adam just silently did not answer the question from Zara, it had been a few seconds he was silent only sounding clear breath.

"Za, I have another job. I hung up on Assalamualaikum"

"Girishama".

Adam pursues the base of his nose, his heartbreak intensifies when Zara questions about meeting Anissa with her biological mother. Adam is not ready when Anissa asks about Della. And also he was afraid Anissa would prefer to be with Della, honestly Adam was not ready, Because all these days were filled with Anissa his little daughter.

Tok tok tok tok

"Come in!".

Adam's door opened soon, and Nina seemed to want her secretary to say something."Sir, there's a guest for you".

"Nobody makes promises".

"I have explained to him, but he said there are important things to say".

"Who?".

Nina answered, The person Nina meant to enter.

"O Adam how are you?".

"Mario?".

Adam and Mario sat facing each other, I don't know what they had in mind yet no one wanted to start a conversation between the two of them.

"What's the matter you came here for?". Adam started the question, a little bit annoyed at him considering how Mario used to be.

"Sway Della!". Mario said firmly.

Adam frowned, "You mean?". He smiled cynically

"Don't pretend to be Adam's fool, you used your daughter to make Della come back?".

"You still love Della, don't you?".

Adam laughed wryly, "Yes, and that was it. Before he left Anissa and would rather go along with you".

Mario ruffled his hair, had many times he contacted Della but did not respond to even the phone number and all his social media blocked by Della. She believes that all of Della's behavior towards her is still meddling with Adam, Della's ex-husband. Because of how confident Della is about her coming back with Adam.

"Now what are you planning?".

Adam stood up from his seat, he was so emotional now that even his time was wasted responding to the nonsense from Mario. Then Mario also stood up, staring at each other sharply just separated the glass table between them.

"Well, you know Mario, you're the dumbest person I've ever known. You're coming to the wrong person". Adam pointed his hand towards the door, "You're wasting my precious time, so please leave!".

"You're right Adam, I'm just wasting my time here".

"True then please come out!".

Mario walked up to the door followed by Adam behind him, but as he approached the door Mario turned his body back.

"One more thing, I'm gonna keep taking Della away from you".

"I don't care". Answer Adam lightly.

"Remember Adam, however, I will still justify any means to get Della back".  His words are full of emphasis.

"You're not conscious.yourself". Adam squinted his eyes."If Della's gone, maybe she's fed up with you".

Mario's anger ignited he immediately grabbed Adam's collar, with eyes filled with the glare of anger

"You underestimated me?". Mario grinned, he said with great emphasis.

Adam remained calm, "What is your pride hurt, played with Della?".

Mario's tightening the grip on Adam's shirt collar, "Della is everything to me, you can't take it from me".

"I don't care anymore about Della's life, to me she's just the past. And I still respect her because she's the mother and the woman who gave birth to my daughter".

"Curtain!". Mario is sad, "Is that all you're proud of ?".  Without warning, Mario attacked Adam by hitting him, making Adam suffered a torn wound on the corner of his left lip that bleeds.

Nina who heard the commotion in her boss' office room because the door was a little tenuous in shock saw the strangled Adam and touched the corner of her left lip. 

"Astagfirullah, Mr. Adam". Nina reflex wants to help Adam stand up, but Adam hints that he can stand alone.

While Mario, content to have hit Adam his emotions are a little channeled. He took his foot out of the room.

"Nin, you can cancel all my schedules today". Adam gave the order.

"Good sir". Nina slightly longed to see Adam, enduring the pain at the corner of her lips."The wound wasn't treated first?".

Adam shook his head "Call Mr. Tono to get the car ready, I'll just go home". Walking took his Armani suit hanging in the corner of the room.
