Dark Shadow is like any other mafia organization that organizes illegal deals and transactions, its own law enforcement, and the arbitrage of criminal disputes.

Over the past five years Aldrich has been expanding across the country's landmass. Dark Shadow had even managed to unite the small organizations in the region into associates that were under the banner of his organization. Now he is spreading his wings to the country.

The main factor of its success in organizing is certainly due to the stable organizational structure because it is led and ruled by people who are so trusted by Aldrich. Moreover, these people have extraordinary advantages and greatness in managing the organization structurally.

Aldrich explained that structures from non-influential to often non-lethal. The bottom structure known as their Association/Associate is a group of people who are affiliated with the organization but are not actually members. They are usually considered slaves of the organization because they have no rights and status so their life and death belong to the organization.

Above the Association/Associate there is a level called Armee they are a group of people who serve as soldiers of the organization. Those who are in this status can not be beaten arbitrarily like the Associations/Associates, but must get permission first from their Captain.

The rank above Armee referred to by their Captain's name are the men who head the Armee consisting of 10-15 people who mostly have Associates under them. They are usually the ones who receive the task or report the task status directly to the Boss or Underboss. So when there is a failure in their task they become the most blamed person.

After the Captain there is a higher rank than him, namely, Berater. This position can be considered as a cross between the position of a counselor, politician and a person who is a manager of human resources. He is the voice of the organization, the face of the organization when dealing with higher mafia colleagues or government investigators.

Berater is the first to know what his organization has planned, in case of leakage about the organizational plan a Master only needs to get rid of his roots without the need to disrupt the other structural. Therefore, a Berater is usually a member of the family or the closest person to the Master to ensure his loyalty.

Above Berater is Underboss, he is the executive officer of the organization. It ensures that every instruction from the supervisor can be executed by the whole member according to the plan.

On top of Underboss there is a Boss position that is used as an organizational figure. Bosses who usually socialize with family or other mafia organizations to maintain the confidentiality of a Master.

The highest and deadliest rank is the position of a Master who is in charge of setting policies, issuing orders and keeping his subordinates in line. The main function of a Master is to keep the organization from being in trouble.
