Chapter 78

The weather during the day is quite hot, Mira and Susi still go to the park close to Mira's house.

"Mira, it's hot. We'll buy yuk drinks!" bring Susi.

They bought a cold drink and sat under a very shady tree.

"Had it been afternoon, it might not have been hot" Mira said.

"If the afternoon must be at home to you," said Susi.

"We're not going to get too hot either" Mira said.

"Just go home, Mir!" bring Susi.

"So who took the hot streets like this" said Mira, making Susi grin.

The two of them then decided to go home, sweat soaked their bodies because of the road in very hot weather.

Arriving at the house they see Aldo and Lisa who happen to be new to the house, as usual Aldo when he saw Mira always looking at him.

Lisa asks Aldo for permission to approach Mira and Susi.

"Mira, Susi," call Lisa.

Mira and Susi turned towards Lisa who was calling out to her.

"What's up Lisa?" ask Mira.

"Where are you guys from? the streets did not make me," said Lisa.

"We're from the park" Susi said.

"You weren't home, how to jump" said Mira.

"I was shopping for a while" Lisa said.

From a distance Aldo still saw Mira, he had not yet moved from that place. Mira realizes that Aldo is looking at her, she immediately invites Susi to enter the house.

Lisa also said goodbye to go home, because she had to enter her shopping.

Sandra came to Aldo's house in the afternoon, because Aldo never answered a phone call from her.

"What are you here for?" ask Aldo, a little sniffy.

"You didn't tell me to come in first?" ask Sandra.

Aldo then told Sandra to go inside the house and sit in the living room, he also asked Lisa to accompany Sandra and make a drink.

"Sandra, how are you?" ask Lisa, trying to be calm.

"No need to talk, quickly tell me what are you here for?" sahut Aldo's.

Sandra pulled out some files from her bag and showed Aldo, asking Aldo for an explanation.

Lisa only notices Sandra, actually she wants to go to the room but Aldo holds her back. Forced to accompany Aldo and Sandra to discuss the project they are running.

Cooperation with Sandra is very profitable but Aldo wants to keep Lisa's heart, even though he said it was too late.

"When can this project be completed?" ask Sandra.

"About three months, it's not all, either" replied Aldo.

"Can't it accelerate? by adding labor or what?" ask Sandra again.

"If only it could be accelerated, I could give you another job" Sandra said.

"What job?" ask Aldo. If this project is finished, it means that our cooperation is over, I can't do it anymore" he continued.

"You refuse if I give you another project? though this is bigger and very good to support your company," said Sandra.

"Thank you, Do. If it's promising," said Lisa.

"I can't" said Aldo.

Sandra then decided to go home, she was a bit disappointed with Aldo's attitude this time.

"Aldo, why did you refuse?" ask Lisa.

"Let us talk later" Aldo replied.

Aldo just avoids meeting Sandra, he doesn't want to make any more mistakes. Yesterday's events were enough for her, she felt guilty for Lisa.

"Aldo, I want to work again can't I?" ask Lisa.

"It's not you yourself who say you don't want to work anymore" said Aldo.

"Now that I feel so saturated at home, there's nothing I can do" Lisa said.

"Lisa, I want you to improve. Do not let your mother be disappointed, you better be at home" said Aldo.

"But I need activities" Lisa said.

"As much as you are, just don't let my mother be disappointed and hate you again. I'm also trying to convince myself please don't spoil everything" Aldo explained, passing away to go inside his room to rest.

Lisa is still thinking about what she should do, on the other hand she wants to work to fill the time. While Aldo and his mama do not like if Lisa out of the house, let alone gather with her friend who is not clear it.

He also thought he would ask permission on his mother Aldo to be allowed to work again.
