Chapter 49

Mira has to swallow the harsh reality, her hopes of staying with her father are shattered already. Mira's father has left Mira and Lian for long. Susi tries to calm Mira and Lian down.

After completing the hospital administration, they brought Mira's father's body to the town where Mira's mother was buried.

"Now Dad is with mom." said Mira Lirih.

"Mira, please let them calm down and feel no pain anymore" Susi said.

"You go home! I want to accompany Mom and Dad!" said Mira.

"Darling, we have to be strong in the face of this ordeal, I lost Dad too" Lian said, hugging Mira.

"Lian, it's only you and Susi that I have now," said Mira, tears still soaking her cheeks.

"I promise to look after you, Mira," said Lian, wiping off Mira's tears and embracing her.

Lian laughed to see his wife who was frowning, after arriving at the office it turns out Aldo was waiting in Lian's room.

"Sorry to wait a long time" said Lian.

"It's okay, I'm also just coming," said Aldo, looking at Mira who was behind Lian.

"Mira," said Aldo. Mira did not answer Aldo's greeting, she lowered her head.

"Let's talk about the project we're working on!" sahut Lian's. Mira then sat down on the sofa available in the room. Aldo began to discuss the project, a very profitable cooperation for them. This is the first experience for Aldo to run a big project with Lian. Once done Aldo returned to his office, while Lian and Mira saw the other legacy of his father's business.

The flower garden becomes the main destination, actually his father has given to Mira, but Lian has not given to Mira. He was worried that Mira would be able to take care of everything herself, the legacy of Mira's father was very much even outside the city.

"Mira, you have to be ready yourself at home" said Lian.

"meaning? you want to leave me?" mira asked, glaring towards Lian.

"I'll try" Lian replied, as long as her father was sick and Lian took care of everything.

"Let's go home! you need to rest!" bring Lian.

They finally went home to the house they bought, had not been visited for a long time but the house still looked clean and well maintained. It was because Lian always told people to clean it up.

Mamah Lisa was so happy to hear the news that Mira's father was gone. He starts thinking of a devious way to approach Mira again, until whenever he will never give up making Mira's life suffer.

Suddenly she comes to Mira's flower shop, and tells people to set fire to the store, but her bad plan is discovered by her husband and failed. Now she is angry with her husband for ruining her plan.

Mira is in danger, Mamah Lisa again wants to disturb Mira's happiness.
