Keira thought David was just kidding.

The two of them both stared at the plain white roof while breathing deeply. Keira could feel the atmosphere so calm here. The scent of lavender mixed with Citrus filled the room he had just seen for the first time. This is the second home of David and Doctor Mirae. Actually, this is David's birthday gift to his mother, this house is not so big, simple, but the atmosphere is so calm because it is near the mountain area.

Keira took a deep breath, and let her body be pulled into David's arms. Her warm embrace felt so comfortable and soothing. Keira could feel how she rubbed her female back, then Keira's ears stuck near her chest and listened to the man's heartbeat.

In that instant, the doubts in Keira began to fade, changing with a belief in her feelings for the man.

Keira is beginning to love David.

There is no sense of more relief when the thesis done has been signed by the supervisor. This was like the day that Keira had dreamed of during entering the final semester.

"I'll always be nice when you're good, Mrs Asrawijaya. But when you broke my rules I didn't hesitate to get rid of you!" his his hiss was right in front of Keira.

"You crazy? I'm your wife David! Can you do this to the person you love?!"

One more slap floated on Keira's cheek. The girl cried and held her hot cheek.

Why did David turn this cruel? Their marriage hasn't even been 3 months. And David has dared to play physical with her?

"Did I ever say that I love you?!"

David again approached Keira who was sitting weakly on the floor. The girl's cry did not make David feel sorry. I don't know what possessed David that made him turn into a monster.
