"Mk." The girl turned her head and looked at Max's palm there was a pearl. "What?"
"Is this yours?"
"Do you see ... am I wearing something?"
"Eh, no."
"You can .. check my pocket .. if you don't believe."
Max is wrong. Not curious asked. Asked, feeling guilty. Miriam answered him with great difficulty. His breathing became irregular because he tried to explain it.
"Because things like this are often around you."
"I ...."
Max then stops him. "Already, already, already. Let's just say I didn't ask." He could not bear to see the girl as short of breath as she spoke.
So what do you want anyway?
"You want something?" Max rubbed the girl's head back.
Miriam shakes.
"Maybe breakfast is coming soon so you take a break. Mmh?" The man looked at the girl softly.
Sometimes I feel like you like me, Max. Making me sure, it doesn't hurt to hang on but the wait goes back to zero when you decide to marry your lover, Anna. Many times I lied to myself and got hurt but I still believe that one day my waiting will bear sweet fruit, no matter when.
Breakfast finally came but Miriam was given porridge. Of course, he didn't want to. He nodded and shook his head.
"What do you want?" ask Max.
"Da .. ging."
"But you're wearing an oxygen mask. It's hard to eat meat."
The girl was still frowning and her eyes were teary.
Max is not. "So, how?"
"Da .. ging."
With a heavy heart Max nodded. He thought hard about what food Miriam could eat which was meat but soft. He bought it with delivery. "In the meantime, I'll take it in front."
Miriam waited, but when the door opened, it was Annah who came. The girl was surprised.
"Where's Max going?" ask the woman.
"To ... outside."
"Oh, it's okay. You seem to have a hard time talking, huh? Sorry." Anna patted the girl's hand to calm her down.
Then Max came. "Oh, Anna. Uh, don't talk to Lita just yet 'cause she has a hard time talking."
Anna nodded slowly. He already spoke earlier.
"It's no meat soup for Lita." The man handed Anna a package.
"Beat soup?"
"Eh, Lita just wants meat."
"Oh." The woman then opened the food and poured it into a prepared container. He then helped feed Miriam. "So, what's it like, brother?"
Apparently, Max told his girlfriend about last night's incident. "... I couldn't see anything but Lita was like chanting spells at an invisible creature. Oh, I got a glimpse of it when Lita blew it."
Anna was confused to hear that.
"Look at this blue scar on my neck." Max showed her neck covered in bandages. "It's weird but it's true and I feel it."
Anna looked at Lita. "Do you remember anything about yourself?"
Miriam shakes.
"What ... are you a shaman?"
"May .. kin." Miriam accidentally makes a hanging answer so the two think she still forgets her memories. "A ...."
"Hey, stop! The patient needs to rest, why are you still asking him to talk?" A male doctor comes and scolds Max and Anna.
"Oh, sorry doc," said Max quickly.
"Then you two get out!" The doctor kicked him out.
Uh, Max out? Miriam panicked. "Eh ...."
"Patient rest." The man pointed at Miriam. "Here, what did he eat?" He glanced at the food in Anna's hand.
"Beat soup" said Anna briefly.
"Can you ask a nutritionist to change the menu? Why not do it? He can't eat anything outside the hospital. Unhealthy. Didn't you guys bring this girl to be healthy?"
"Eh, yes doc. Sorry," Max said apologizing.
"Now take this food out and go to the nutritionist section to make meat soup for patients. This patient actually only needs a 24-hour rest but you are not patient" the doctor complained
"Eh, well doc." Max immediately takes Anna out before the chatty doctor returns to nag. Miriam is annoyed at the doctor because the doctor has expelled Max. He clenched his hand in anger.

Later that night Miriam was allowed to go home and was asked to rest a lot. Hades is shocked to learn that Miriam is in the hospital. "Why do you go to the hospital so often?" she told Max and Miriam when she saw the girl in her room with Max.
"Okay, we're confused too. At first I always felt he was not safe to be left at home alone because that's why I took him to my workplace but it turned out to be the same. I also suffered bad luck several times. Once, I was almost killed by being drowned in the sea by a business friend of mine but I was saved by a woman I had not been able to find until now."
"A woman?" Hades glanced at Miriam. "What kind of woman?"
"His face I can't see because it's against the moon but I remember the color of his hair. Redder. Whether it was the original color of her hair or the change from being irradiated by the moonlight because I was already looking for a red-haired woman who should have been easy but it was difficult. I'm still thinking if I fantasized about it, didn't."
"Mk." Hades glanced back at Miriam who had just been lying on the bed listening to the two of them. "When you meet that woman, what will you do?"
"Thank you, of course. Because my life is safe."
"Mmhmd. So that night, what happened?"
Max hesitates to tell her because he fears the man will back off regularly when he finds out Miriam is suspected of being a shaman but he tries to figure out how much he likes Miriam, then he told it. "... and I suspect he may be a shaman. I'm sorry I lied to you about Lita because I found her but until now I haven't been able to find her family."
Of course not, because Miriam's parents died a long time ago. "Mmh, that's the story, but it's also great that he can drive away those invisible creatures."
"Yes, I didn't believe it but it was me who felt it first. It felt like my neck was strangled without being able to see anything."
"Thank God, you're safe, sir."
"Mk."
They both looked at Miriam.
"Can I talk to him, sir? Accompany him with a chat."
Max looked at Hades. He salutes Hades for liking Miriam. The bule man smiled. "Maybe, but don't be long, alone." Max left them both.
After Max leaves, Hades approaches Miriam in bed. "Is that the story of you two? Save him at sea when he almost drowned?"
"And you're laughing at me?"
"Miriam, what happened last night? Usually you can easily defeat your opponent."
"Stuff."
"What?" Hades.
"Santet. Someone wanted to kill Max and I caught him last night after coming home from the beach with you."
"I should have felt the heat last night when I got home. Oh, so it happened here? It was so heavy. Good thing you could conquer it. It's lucky Max has you and how unlucky you are to have been all-out hit by Max's opponent" Hades said.
Miriam just smiled weakly.
"Thank you for not dying!" Both Hades' eyes glazed over.
