Dimas and Sari have landed safely in a country dubbed Lion City.
Bina is being treated at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital in Singapore.
Bina had to be hospitalized because of her condition which indeed had to be bedrest and a team of doctors was observing her.

Dimas and Sari walked down the hospital corridor to look for the nursery.
BUGH
Someone from the opposite direction hit Sari.
"Mas Arham?" Speak in a slow tone but can still be heard by Dimas and Arham.
"Sa-Sari...? Arham's body was riveted for a moment.
Arham and Sari stared at each other in tension.

"Who is this, baby?" The question of Dimas disperse Sari's daydream.
"Let's find Bina's room, Mas. Don't make Abi and Ummi wait for us" Sari clasped Dimas' hand to pass leaving Arham.

"Assalamu alaikum" Dimas and Sari said as they opened the door to Bina's ward.
Dimas and Sari kissed Umm Aisya's hand in turn "Abi and Dad where's Ummi?" Sari asked as she saw only Ummi Aisya guarding Bina.
"The same father Abi again had lunch in the cafeteria, pity they have not eaten since arriving here" Ummi Aisya said as she stroked Sari's head affectionately.
Sari is lulled by the affection that Rizky's family gives her.
"Ummi after Dad and Abi gih let me and Mas Dimas take care of Bina" said Sari.
"Thank you dear already love Bina like your biological sister ssndiri" cried Ummi Aisya.
"Thank you for receiving Sari in this family" Sari hugged Ummi Aisya in gratitude.
Ummi Aisya goes after her husband and sister-in-law after the teletubies ritual between her and Sari is completed.

Dimas invites Sari to sit on the sofa that is in the room, caressing Sari's head affectionately. While giving a kiss on the top of his wife's head.
"Whose dear was that? You guys know each other?" Dimas still caressed the wife's head.
"He's Arham, Mas" Sari replied.
"Him?"
"Yes mas" Sari said softly.

The Flashback
Two Years Ago
While sitting in college Sari is the most popular student, he is famous for having carved many achievements and making the name of the campus
Sari has held the title of best student for two years in a row. Sari was also a member of BEM which was then above the leadership of Arham Pratama.
Many men who approached and liked Sari, but only a Pratama Arham who was able to win the heart of the prima donna of Darma Bangsa University.
But their relationship is strongly opposed by Vishnu Purnama, the problem of caste differences is certainly the host.

"Lunch with yuk but sorry I just used to buy you fried rice on the side of the road."

"Let's Sari go to Papamu" Arham said casually while holding Sari's hand.
Vishnu hardened his jaw when Arham held his son's hand.
