"Why not wait for me?" Adi who just arrived at the class and found Delia sitting on her stool.
He was Delia's friend since childhood, but was different from Delia. Adi is a rich kid, unlike her.
"Have bad luck." Delia glanced at Adi before her eyes refocused on the book in her hands.
"Just a little."
"Every day, you're a little late too."
But Adi just laughed hearing that, and Delia who clucked.
Adi did tell Delia to wait for him when going to school, so that they could leave together. But Adi always came late, and made Delia prefer to walk.
He did not want to be late because it would affect one of his disciplinary values, and have an impact on the scholarship he got.
"OK, okay.next time will not be late" said Adi.
"No belief!" Delia without looking at her best friend. "People talk every day like that."
It made Adi laugh again.

Because he knew that Delia at rest only ate a piece of bread and a bottle of mineral water brought from home.
"I'm the deal!" Adi continued to persuade.
And Delia also knew that her best friend was sorry for her. Poor to see his fate that is not as good as other friends.

Before arriving at her workplace, as usual Delia stopped by the toilet at the gas station to just change clothes and wash her face to look fresher.
It took 10 minutes for Delia to reach her workplace on foot, until she reached the front of an auto repair shop.
Delia became the only female mechanic and the youngest to work there. But his skills cannot be doubted, he is already like a professional mechanic.
"Well, you're home from school?" Ujang, one of the mechanics there.
"Already, Kang." said Delia. He went inside to put his bag down before he started his job.
"Alhamdulillah, today's workshop rame." Ujang told me as soon as he saw Delia back and would start her work.
"Alhamdulillah." Delia also agreed. He started working on the car next to Ujang.
The afternoon workshop was indeed crowded, evident from the lines of cars left by the owner to be repaired.
Sometimes, the cars just need regular checking every month.
In the workshop, it was only Unjang who looked familiar with Delia. Because actually Delia is a girl who does not talk much, unless someone is really close to her.
"Why don't you be with Adi instead of on foot. Tired!" ask Ujang while repairing the car.
"No Kang, it's not good for you" said Delia but her eyes remained focused on the car engine that she had a good brain.
The father that Delia meant was the owner of the workshop, who was none other than the father of his best friend Adi. He has been given a job it feels more than enough, therefore he does not want to cause news that will disappoint later.
"The father is good." Ujang.
"Tau, but still Kang."
"Who knows you're a match for Adi."
Delia chuckled at hearing that.
"But laughs."
"Still little Kang, don't talk mate."
"Stupid no one knows when it comes" said Ujang.
Delia smiled faintly. "Then why isn't Kang Ujang married?" He turned the question around for the 24-year-old.
Ujang who had been laughing was now instantly speechless. "There is no soul mate" he replied softly.
