DOL-MERKVA RESIDENTS

Havard and Sinhalese ridden karkadan is a hybrid animal that is raised in special captivity and has a special ability to adapt to the surrounding environment. Same with two giant goats, Tangrisnir and Tangostir are pulling the train that Thor and Siff are riding despite being warm-blooded but having more energy supply that can warm their bodies because both goats are one of the endemic animal species typical of Asgrad.

They went down the slopes of Harka hill until finally managed to arrive at the place where the old building was located. Nagini looked at the building.

"Dol-Merkva.." he said slowly.

"What did you say?" havard asked as he got off the saddle while the others also got off the vehicle.

"Dol-Merkva.." Nagini said the name of the building. "It's a haikal."

Haikal is an ancient building used to worship by the old religious people. Now the old religion has become extinct and substitute religions have emerged with their own worship buildings. These buildings are called Loga.

"Has the Watsaniy religion gone?" ask Sultan Yazid.

"Come on.." answered Nagini.

Do Quo himself rushed to drag their horses into the building. That step was followed by the others. Fortunately the haikal has an outer porch that is wide enough so that it can be used as a temporary stables. Sultan Yazid stepped on the first staircase of the steps leading them to the inner porch of the ancient building.

"It seems that this haikal has long been unused again" said Sultan Yazid while paying attention to the circumstances around him. Behind him, Sinhalese observed the tightly shut doors of the building.

"It seems so." said Havard who was cleaning the body of his carcass, as well as Rumellia who calmed her dragon mount. The other animals stood quietly after being given food.

"Let's check this place out." take Sinhala.

Sultan Yazid looked at Sigirlya for a moment and then looked at his friends. "We'll check this place out. If it's safe, we'll take shelter for a moment to make sure that the blizzard is over." he suggested.

They both climbed the steps to the inner portico and arrived in front of a large gate that was tightly closed. The gate was tall, even taller than Thor's body length. The giant looks like a dwarf in front of that door, especially the others.

Thor who has stronger physical abilities took the initiative to push the door leaf that closes the gate. The sound of old wood crackling and rusty rust on a metal hinge that had not been opened, echoed across the room as the door leaf shifted sideways as it was pushed by Thor. The sight before them gave off a gripping aura.

"We continue?" sultan Yazid said softly while still looking ahead.

The silence around her strengthened her heart to step back. The sound of the steps of the shoe sole sounded echoing as they explored the floor of the building.

"This silence is suspicious." Havard murmured.

Sultan Yazid nodded in affirmation as he continued to watch the situation vigilantly.

BLAM!!!!

Suddenly a sound came from behind them. The eight people immediately turned around and found the gate closed. It was likely to have been violently knocked down by some mysterious force.

"Ware!!! We're trapped!" havard shouted, who immediately ran to find the gate.

"Revelation!!!!" rumellia suddenly. The nun had been aiming for this since.

Instantly an entity appeared before Havard after jumping out of nowhere. The mysterious entity was in the form of a being whose body was covered in an exoskeleton. A pair of hands with clawed finger segments look expand as if ready to catch Havard who was already standing in front of him.

Unexpectedly, suddenly the belly of the creature opened and a tentacle appeared from there, grabbing Havard's body and pulling him inside, crouching the creature. Only Havard's head appears in the reed portion of the creature, clearly visible.

The Sky Sword that the young man had originally grasped was released when he was pulled in without having time to anticipate it. The weapon was lying in front of the creature.

"Havard!!!!" sultan Yazid shouted in panic. While the others were on standby, including Sinhalese who continued to pay attention to the Sky Sword lying on the floor.

Do Quo initiated the attack first. Armed with the power of the Golden Arhat Sacred Bell study, he netted blows with various techniques, as well as kicks all over the body of the creature. But the thick-moustached man groaned in surprise when he realized all his attacks could be countered by the creature.

"Any way, we have to make that thing get Havard out of his body." Nagini said.

Suddenly the creature roared and suddenly the bulkhead on the exoskeleton in his chest opened and a black cavity appeared in the middle. Suddenly from the black cavity it emits a light that is getting bigger and bigger.

"The danger!!! That thing has a plasma cannon weapon on its chest!!!" scream Siff.

"Spread!!!" sultan Yazid suddenly.

BYARRR....

Just as the creature was spewing out photon rays coming out from within the black cavity in the middle of its chest, the men immediately scattered away avoiding the direction of the shots the creature was aiming at in all directions.

But at that time Rumellia decided to gamble with the odds. He took aim at the chest cavity that was still plastered and threw his arrows from the fat.

SWIIIIIGGG.... JEREB!!!!

RRRRAAAAAARRRGH....

UHHHHHHHHHHHH....

The arrow stuck directly in the middle of the cavity hole, making the creature groan in pain and a moment later part of his stomach opened and vomited the body of Havard who fainted on the floor of the building.

"Successful!!!!" rumellia with excitement.

But the joy did not last long. Suddenly the furrowed tentacles of the creature shot again and this time managed to catch Do Quo and close the man successfully into the belly of the creature.

"Take me out of here." Do Quo howled anxiously. He tried to thrash but his body was squeezed tightly by the abdominal walls of the creature. Meanwhile, Nagini and Rumellia observe the creature's movements while busily attacking Siff and Thor who are temporarily gnawing at him.

"The taste of this creature is parasitic" said Nagini. "He rested his strength on the host he had absorbed."

"But we already know the key." - timpal Rumellia. "As long as we can get that thing to fire a beam on its chest. I'm gonna get back to shooting him and Do Quo's gonna be free."

"We ourselves must keep a safe distance so as not to be absorbed by the creature." said Nagini.

"I understand." said Rumellia and the nun again patiently aiming.

"Keroyok the creature mercilessly!!!" nagini's exclamation made Siff and Thor instigated to gang up on the creature blindly.

"You want to hurt me?!" spray Do Quo with annoyance towards Nagini.

"Just shut up!!!" snapped Nagini tightly while attacking.

"Be aware that I'm hurt!" threaten Do Quo's. "I will demand you to take care of me like a wife taking care of her husband!!!!"

The hilarious Do Quo threat had made Nagini meet red despite not loosening his attack. Rumellia's guess is not wrong.

Feeling desperate, the creature roared again and the exoskeleton bulkhead in his chest opened up showing the black cavity, ready to shoot the photon beam back.

"When!!!!" rumellia shouted while throwing her arrow projectile.

SWINGGG.... JLEB

RRRRAAAAAARRRGH...

The creature was back thrashing before it could shoot its photon beam. His stomach opened and spewed out Do Quo's body which was sluggish as the energy of his body was absorbed by the creature. Even so, Do Quo did not faint.

Not yet had the creature prepared its vigilance, though, suddenly Sinhalese shot out with his claw wings that stretched out while grasping the Sky Sword pierced the creature and thrust the radiant Sky Sword right into the opening chest cavity.

RRRAAAARRRGGGH....

The creature roared loudly and its body slowly fell down and thumped on the floor. Thor, Sultan Yazid, and Nagini soon split away. Suddenly Sinhalese again spread its wings and flapped it quickly. Sigirlya's male body floated quickly upwards.

"You want to run away, huh?!" exclaimed Siff who also immediately raised his clawed wings and flew after Sinhala.

The bodies of the two disappeared in the darkness of the view of the roof of the building.

AAAAAAAKKHH...

There was the sound of Siff complaining of pain followed by the body of Sigirlya girl who slid swiftly towards the ground. Thor quickly advances and captures Siff's body.

"Ah...the man used us again." lamented Sultan Yazid lethargic and irritated.

"Have not thought of the traitor." sidelines Nagini. "Now we rest while taking care of the victims of that creature."

"Yes!!!" sahut Do Quo with annoyance. "Take care of me!!!"

Do Quo's tirade was met with laughter by Sultan Yazid and Thor, while Rumellia was only head-scalking at Do Quo's insistent request to be treated by Nagini like a wife to her husband. While Thor takes care of Siff and Rumellia decides to treat Havard who is still unconscious. Sultan Yazid himself decided to rest for a while at the temple, waiting for the blizzard to subside.[]
