Xander Valaric is a mobster who holds State X. The country is its territory, its power, its Mafia groups stood tall for decades.
The mafia group named Antraxs with the red fireball on their wrists is his.
Antraxs stood much earlier than the Yakuza. Yakuza rule in Country M by rule they cannot kill women and children.
But Antraxs .. Whoever was killed, his gun knows no opposite sex. In Country M he was known as Baba Yaga.
People think Baba Yaga is part of the Yakuza. Xander was best friends with Ataric De Willson.
And he was in Country M for decades just to pursue the love of a woman he first saw dancing in the rain, Alexa.
At night he followed his only child who was crying and running like a madman.
