Marrying my Enemy (The Mafia)

Marrying my Enemy (The Mafia)
Chapter 43.

Instantly the dining room and surroundings turned silent and silent. No one dared to speak except Amelia and Muray. The servants slowly walked back into the kitchen.

Leoni's gaze was like an eagle that wanted to pounce on chicks. His gaze stared intently at Amelia who was engrossed in telling a story with Murray. The mistress of Louis pointed out that she had just had fun with Leoni's husband.

Leoni clenched until her handbooks turned white the veins on the golden smooth hand sprung up. Her steps must be approaching the dining table where the husband just smiled coldly waiting for her.

Louis saw his wife's anger was still the same as it was in the room, he didn't like it. Louis is eager to drive Leoni away but he holds back because many eyes are looking at them. It seemed like Leoni was going to continue their fight and it irritated Louis.

"It turns out you're here" Leoni continued, pulling up her chair and sitting opposite Louis.

The mafia put the cup down and then, looking at Leoni," You can make a sound too." Louis said.

Leoni glared, gesturing she didn't need questions but answers.

"I had a little business with Andre" Louis replied.

Leoni glanced at Amelia and smiled triumphantly. Amelia who saw Leoni's smile was very angry but she continued to pretend not to know because she was happy, in addition Murray continued to invite himself to tell stories.

The beautiful Mafia knows how to play the drama even though her heart has not forgiven Louis and Amelia.

"I thought you were leaving" said Leoni.

"Seven o'clock tonight. Andre is still preparing some needs to be brought," replied Louis.

Wilda who was peeking from behind on the barrier wall stroked his chest, "Thank God the snake woman has gone from the dining table." murmured Wilda. Then he took a breath and walked towards the kitchen to prepare his master's lunch.

"Tonight call Wilda and Megan to accompany you in our room" Louis said.

"I understand." said Leoni.

The woman is very smart to keep her feelings she does not want the problem in her room brought up outside but Wilda knows Leoni is holding back her emotions.

"I'll get some of your clothes ready" Leoni was about to stand up.

However, Louis quickly prevented, "Bring me lunch. After that, we both went to the room together. I'll show you what clothes to bring." Louis bargained.

"All right." Leoni sat back in the chair. He turned his head back towards Amelia who was sitting not far from the dining room.

"Sial**an.." grumbled Amelia in heart.

Amelia and Murray finally chose to go from where they had been sitting to the pavilion. It was very beneficial for Leoni so that she could freely talk to Louis.

Wilda and some waiters brought food to the dining room. However, when Monalisa was about to put meat soup on the table suddenly accidentally the bowl containing the sauce spilled. And almost about Leoni, fortunately the woman quickly stood up from the chair.

Brakk...

Louis hit the dining table very roughly.

"Can't you be careful?" Louis looked at the waiter.

He looked towards Leoni. His face showed that he was very worried about Leoni. Louis could not guarantee Monalisa's life or death if the slightest bit of hot sauce hit Leoni's body.

Leoni was shocked by Louis ''s attitude, "Are you always hard on them?" ask Leoni.

Louis stared intently at Leoni, "because they were always careless. Didn't you realize that I was almost about your golden whites?" reply Louis. The mobster blinked repeatedly holding his breath to make no mistake.

Monalisa was terrified that the waitress was looking down ready to accept any punishment because she realized her mistake just now.

Leoni chose to ignore Louis's words. He did not want to bring feelings with the words of the husband. But, at this moment all he cared about was seeing the servant growing more and more frightened.

"You can take that bowl and get out of here. Don't be afraid your master won't punish you" Leoni ordered.

After Monalisa left. Leoni took the food and put it on Louis' plate. The woman didn't look at Louis at all because she didn't want the mob to see her teary eyes. Leoni couldn't lie Louis' attention just now had made her heart beat faster.

"Can you lift your face? It seems like your manners have been forgotten" Louis said as he fed his mouth.

"No. Manners will be reciprocated when received," replied Leoni.

Louis grumbled ignoring the fact that he himself also often ignored that manners.

"So you followed me to the dining room for criticizing me? It'd be better if you shut up." salak Louis.

Leoni put a fork and knife on her plate, her gray eyes staring in Louis, "I know my opinion means nothing to you, my husband. But, did you forget? You're the leader of this mansion that means you have to show a little patience, even if you're in charge. They're just nervous to see your cold face" said Leoni.

"Do I have to be gentle with them? Then why am I paying them so much?" Louis did not lose he put his fork and knife very roughly on his plate.

"Don't assume money can buy everything including their self-esteem. If, you can't be gentle at least look at them as humans. It's free that you build a chapel in your mansion and worship every day but you don't keep your attitude and your deeds for those who work with you?" Leoni shifted the chair she wanted to leave the dining room because her appetite was already gone.

"I'm using common sense" Louis said.

"I admit arguing with you won't win. But I still think you're too harsh on the people who've served you. At least have a little patience ." Leoni turned her body to step back into the room.

"You advise me to be patient with my servant. But, what about yourself?" Louis raised one eyebrow.

Leoni stopped her steps, turned to look at her husband and replied in a soft, sweet voice, "Have I offended you, my husband?" Leoni returned a cynical smile.

Louis rubbed his face rough he felt really not appreciated by Leoni. His wife underestimated his anger.

"What's your advice?" sela Louis's. He stood up from the chair and walked with Leoni to their room.

"Change your mind!" answer Leoni quickly.

"Unacceptable." said Louis.

"Then learn patience, my husband!" Leoni raised one corner of her lips.

"Patience without appreciation is useless" Louis said.

Leoni frowned at what kind of award did Louis expect?

However, for Louis this warning he hopes the wife will understand his meaning Louis hopes if he learns patience means Leoni must be able to accept everything that is on him.

"Awards will be given to those who deserve the award." Leoni realized the meaning of the husband's award.

"You mean I'm not worthy?" Louis hurried to hold the door of the room and stepped in with Leoni.

"Think with your conscience, my husband." said Leoni.

"S,**ial... What does this matter have to do with conscience?" Louis dropped his body on the couch. Leoni opens the closet.

"My conscience is clean" Louis continued.

"For sure." replied Leoni Seraya took out some of Louis's coats and pants from the closet.

Louis let out a rough breath. He walked towards the nightstand and grabbed a bottle of wine that was always on the nightstand and then sipped straight from the bottle.

Leoni sighed watching Louis' attitude, the man could not discuss properly. Leoni cursed that she shouldn't have to talk to her husband since then, if the conversation is ignored like it is today.

Because according to Louis there is nothing wrong with letting his woman live in the same place as his wife. For Louis a man cheating is natural but cursed if a wife who cheated then the woman does not deserve forgiveness from the husband.
