Evan got out of the car with a paper bag in his hand. He brought Jelita souvenirs from the city of B. While on the road, Evan passed by the souvenir booth on the side of the road. Various snacks like chips are sold there. He remembered that Jelita really liked snacking. So he bought some snacks for Jelita.
With wide steps Evan walked into his apartment. While it looks Jelita has welcomed him in the living room.
"Hindu," said Evan while hugging Jelita's body tightly.and then shower Jelita's face with a soft pan kecu pan.
"It's also only been one day" Jelita said with a smile.
Hearing that Evan unraveled his embrace, looking at his wife's face fixedly. "It's only been one day you said? you don't miss your husband, hah." said Evan gnarled as he touched Jelita's nose with his finger.
"No." said Jelita Acuh.
"Smart lie to you!" jolt Evan while lifting Jelita's body carrying him into the room.
"German...!" Pekik Jelita tried to remove his body.
But Evan didn't care, he just kept bringing his wife's body into the room. Let go of the mountain longing, even if it only leaves it for a day.

Not as usual this morning Evan came to the office without Kiara. Because last night he sent Kiara a dismissal letter. But it seems he did not receive the dismissal letter Evan sent.
Evidently this morning he came and forced his way in, wanting to meet Evan in his study. A commotion also occurs. Kiara who had martial arts skills, crippled some of the security that was blocking her steps.
"Sir, Miss Kiara forced to meet the father." reported the security who entered her room in a hurry.
"Let him in." Evan said.
Not long Kiara has been in front of Evan with a face wrapped in emotion.
"I've sent you a letter of dismissal. Can't you read. Still dare to look me in the face." said Evan in a heavy and cold voice. While her net locked onto Kiara's gaze.
"I didn't accept your letter of dismissal Van. You fired me for no reason anyway. You should have paid the damages for this."
Evan took a deep breath, then exhaled slowly. Along with the sound of a knock on the door of Evan's study.
"Lake in!"
High-figure men firmly enter the room while carrying a brown map.
"Show him what you got from your investigation." Evan said with a face full of affirmation.
The man opened the map, took out the contents and showed some photos and evidence of the transfer from Kiara to someone. Kiara's face turned eloquent, she did not expect Evan to investigate herself this deep.
"Speak why silence. There's a lot of explanations you have to explain to me Kiara" Evan said.
"The photo doesn't prove anything to Evan. We just accidentally met."
Evan chuckled, his net not to be seen Kiara. "Who are you talking to right now. Said meeting Bintoro by accident. Bintoro is not a person who can roam around in Kiara's public place. I thought you knew that too. Go away I'm tired of your lies!"
Kiara's body trembled, then collapsed on the floor in front of Evan. "Van, I just want to teach Jelita a lesson. Just that there was no other intent." he said in a trembling voice.
Evan hit his desk hard, his net staring at Kiara full of emotion. "Our brain is still working! Hiring Bintoro a contract killer who has no conscience. He not only killed his victims but also raped them very sadistically. That's the kind of man you sent for my wife Kiara. And lightly you said just teach a lesson. Bintoro is not a man who can hold back. You must have understood Kiara. Your goal is obviously to eliminate Jelita."
"No! you wrongly guessed Van," Kiara denied with a face of strictness.
"Then in town B, what are you planning?" ask Evan. His hands seemed to be pulling very hard. Look at her stiffened hand muscles.
"I don't know what you said Van," Kiara said with tears.
Evan smiled sarcastically, his gaze turning to the man who had been standing straight beside Kiara. "Show him, shock makes him amnesiac, forget what he had planned yesterday."
"remember that? I almost forgave you. But you were going to poison me with the curse pill. If only other women did. I've given your body to a pet dog min. Until you don't want to see the world anymore." Threaten him with fierce eyes.
Kiara's body trembled even more, she knew Evan well. Evan's words weren't just a threat.
"Let me live Van. Won't bother Jelita anymore. I promise." beg Kiara with a voice and trembling body. Unimaginable if Evan dumped his body in the middle of a group of moral men.
"Go now. Don't let me see your shadow again in this city. Remember Kiara I am your teacher. Don't think of being able to use a trick like this on me, your level is way below mine. Remember that!"
Kiara could no longer open her voice, just a small nod she gave before leaving.
"Follow him. See if he still dares to do another stupid trick. If you still dare, you can finish him off." said Evan with a dark face.
"Good sir."
Evan was really sorry for Kiara's stupid attitude. He does not understand the definition of love that we have. To love is to want the happiness of those we love. Be it with us or anyone else.
By noon, Evan gets a phone call from Sasongko. He asked Evan to come to his ministry alone without bringing Jelita.
After work, Evan leaves for his father-in-law's Mansion without Kiara.
Sasongko was waiting for him in the side yard when Evan came.
"How's papa doing?" asked Evan while sitting in front of his father-in-law.
"Thanks to you I'm always good." Sasongko said with a smile.
"Is there a problem with papa asking me to come?"
Sasongkoh took a deep breath. Her net looked at Evan's face fixedly.
"I heard you handed over evidence of Heru's crimes to Alex?" sasongko asked with a full expression.
"True pa, I borrowed his hand to get close to the Heru family." Evan explained calmly.
"Wouldn't that evidence have left their families devastated. Then why are you being so soft. Is there any weakness of yours that falls under the hands of heru?" sasongko asked smelling suspicious.
Evan smiled thinly. "It's not so pa. I just want to end the misunderstanding between Papa and Heru. This I do for Jelita and her descendants in the future. Do you want them to continue to be hostile to grandchildren? I don't think so. That's why I chose to silence them instead of killing them." Evan. Sasongko sighed deeply. He hadn't thought he would make peace with the only family he had. But Evan had that thought.
"Then Kiara? It's not risky to get him out of the company. While he knows all our business."
"Master, don't be afraid. I have my own way of dealing with it. Besides keeping a poisonous snake in our home, is not very dangerous. We don't know when he spits up his venom to kill us." Evan said.
"I'm just worried about you guys. But it seems my worries are unwarranted.You know Evan my illness can take my life at any time. This thought always made me worry about Jelita's future. But there you by his side I feel calm." said Sasongko lirih.
"I promise to be a good husband to Jelita pa. I love her with all my soul and body." Evan assured his in-laws.
"I believe you." Sasongko said with a smile.
"You can go home, that's all I wanted to talk to you about."
"Well, I'll say goodbye first."
Sasongko. Her net was staring at Evan's back that had already passed.
"Honey, may Evan be the best mate for our son Jelita." whispered Sasongko as if talking to his wife Almarhumah.
