Angel could only wipe his face when he heard the story of the past that was so painful for Arsene's life that his tears came out.

"It is fitting that every day Arsene always mentions the name Delia and Dela" said Angel after a moment of silence.

"We want to see Arsene" said Mr. Albert Hall.

"Please" replied Angel.

Angel and the four men got off the couch and walked towards the door. Axel's fourth son opened the door and Angel came out, followed by the four men to the room where Arsene was taken care of.

But just a few steps from the opposite direction a nurse was running towards them making Angel stop his steps as well as the four men helped stop his steps.

"Doctor Angel, Mr. Angelo .." said the nurse as she glanced at the four men on Angel's right and left.

"Okay, we're going there" Angel said.

The nurse immediately stepped aside to make way for Angel. Angel ran towards the room Arsene made the four men shocked and helped accelerate his pace following Angel's steps.

"Delia .... !!! .... Dela!!. "a hysterical shout from Arsene's mouth.

Angel and the four men heard Arsene's voice screaming hysterically and following the sound of things being slammed made them enter the room where Arsene lived.

Their eyes were perfectly rounded looking at her room like a broken ship except for Angel because she often saw it that way.

"Sister Angelo," call Angel.

Angelo still rages on destroying everything nearby regardless of the call or presence of others.

"Sir Arsene" call Angel.

Unknowingly Angel called Arsene's real name instead of Angelo and inexplicably Angelo was petrified to make Angel ventured to approach Arsene.

"What's wrong, brother Arsene?" ask Angel.

Arsene turned her body and walked towards Angel while extending her two hands towards Angel's neck as if to strangle Angel while to her three sisters who knew what her brother was doing instantly held her back two hands and Arsene's body.

"Deliver!!" arsene shouted while trying to release a hug and hand to his three younger siblings.

Inexplicably Angel dared herself to embrace Arsene's body and somehow Arsene who initially rebelled slowly began to calm down and his three younger siblings slowly released his hand that was holding his brother.

"Hiks... Hicks .. Hicks ..." Isak Arsene while returning Angel's embrace.

Angel just rubbed Arsene's back to reduce the pain after a while Arsene released his embrace and then pushed slowly Angel's body as well as Angel.

"Sir Arsene" called Angel in a soft voice.

"Arsene?" arsene repeated Angel's words.

"Yes your name is Arsene" replied Angel.

"Did Arsene know them Angel asked as she put her body aside from Arsene.

Arsene stared one by one at the four men whose faces were almost similar to his.

"Daddy," call Arsene.

"Yes Arsene, this is Daddy" said Mr. Albert Hall, holding out his arms and clearly visible on his face the longing for his eldest son.

Mr. Albert Hall who had been silent about what his first son did from beginning to end greatly admired the figure of Angel and somehow he was very hopeful Angel could replace his son-in-law who died by accident tragically.

"Why is the doctor smiling but crying?" ask Alex the second son.

"I'm so happy that finally Arsene has found her family. I cried because Arsene's brother would recover quickly because his family was next to him" Angel replied.

("The love of brother Arsene is mentally ill because of the loss of two very dear women. Hopefully doctor Angel can replace brother-in-law because not all women who want to be treated like that," said Axel son to four in the heart).

Alex, Asher and Axel walk towards his twin brother then hug him a feeling of joy and a clear day in their eyes as they can finally regroup with Arsene.

"Arsene, let's go back to the mansion together to your three twin sisters" said Mr. Albert Hall.

"Sorry Daddy, Arsene is staying here" Arsene said, rejecting Mr. Albert Hall's request.

"Arsene's brother's house is not here, come with us" Alex said.

"No, you don't want to go back to the mansion" Arsene said, rejecting her twin sister's request.

To his three twin sisters as well as Mr. Albert Hall directly looked at Angel for help while the Angel who understood immediately walked up to them.

"What Angel says is right, stay with us" said Mr. Albert Hall.

"But I'm at home here" Arsene said.

"If there is time Arsene's brother can visit this place," said Angel who did not mention the mental hospital.

"I'll leave if Angel comes with me" Arsene said.

"Angel, come with us" asked Mr. Albert Hall.

"But I'm here working to care for the sick" Angel said.

Angel just nodded her head then they came out of Arsene's room to the hospital owner's room.

The owner of the hospital did not make things difficult for Angel and now they are in the car park.

"I want to go to my house to get my stuff first" said Angel.

"What you need is readily available including your everyday clothes and supplies" said Mr. Albert Hall.

"Why can? I mean, that's how quickly is everything I need available?" angel asked with a confused face.

"When you said you agreed to come with us, Uncle immediately sent a message to Uncle's confidants to prepare everything" said Mr. Albert Hall.

Angel just nodded her head then they each got into the car to the mansion owned by Mr. Albert Hall.

Thirty-five minutes later, they reached Mr. Albert Hall's mansion and got out of their cars. They walked towards the main door and the two bodyguards lowered their heads a sign of respect then opened the main door wide.

A butler stood by the side near the main door while lowering his head a sign of respect.

"Angel's doctor came to his room" said Mr. Albert Hall.

"Okay sir" replied the butler.

"Please see the doctor with me" said the butler.

"Okay uncle, thank you" Angel replied.

"Together doctor," replied the butler.

The butler walked up the stairs to the third floor while Mr. Albert Hall and his four twins headed towards the elevator. Actually Angel was asked to take the elevator but Angel preferred to take the stairs.

"Please enter the dock" said the butler in a polite tone.

"Thank you uncle" said Angel .

Angel went into her new room to look around the room but when the butler wanted to close the door, she heard a hysterical sound and Angel was very familiar with the sound.

"Why is Arsene screaming hysterically?" angel asked as she turned her body and walked in quick steps towards the door.

"Uncle, show Arsene's room," Angel asked as she walked toward the butler who was still idle to hear Arsene's hysterical voice.

"Okay doctor" replied the butler.

They walked up the stairs one by one until they arrived right in front of Arsene's door.

They saw Arsene still screaming with trembling body while staring at the family photo where the picture of himself, his wife and daughter where both of them had died tragically.

The understanding Angel walked towards Arsene who was sitting in the corner while covering her face with her body still trembling.

"Sorry, please put away her photo and all the other memories for a while," Angel asked.

"Well," replied Mr. Albert Hall briefly.

Mr. Albert Hall asks the butler to get rid of the photos and all the memories of his time with his wife while Angel slowly pulls Arsene's body.

I don't know why Arsene immediately hugged Angel's body that made him comfortable. Angel returned a hug while rubbing Arsene's back to calm down.

"Better Angel, stay in the room next to Arsene so that if it happens like this again Angel can come directly," proposed Mr. Albert Hall.

"We agree with Dad," replied the three handsome men because they wanted their twin brother to recover.

Angel just nodded his head and in his heart Angel will try to cure Arsene by often being invited to chat and take medicine for his instructions.
