"We are out of blood type O, is Mr or Madam his blood type O?" ask the doctor.

"It so happens that my blood O doc, take as much as possible as long as our son survives" said Edward.

Alona is deeply moved by her husband's words that care deeply about her son. But in his deepest heart he was very afraid if Edward took to his three children who had been in care for eleven years more.

"Then please follow me, sir" said the nurse.

Edward just nodded his head then walked in the footsteps of the nurse and followed by Alona while the two children with Arsene and Angel.

Alona sees Edward lying in bed and the nurse takes a needle to draw Edward's blood. Alona who was very afraid of the syringe immediately turned her face to the side, making Edward hold Alona's hand that no needle.

"What's wrong?" ask Edward.

"I'm so scared of needles" Alona said without looking at Edward.

Edward just smiled while still holding Alona's hand until a while later the nurse pulled the needle sign his blood was finished in the take and then immediately left the two of them.

"Sorry Mr and Mrs, I'm staying because Mr and Mrs' son is in desperate need of this blood" the nurse said before disappearing from the room.

"Well Sus and thank you" replied Alona.

The nurse nodded her head while continuing her steps. Edward and Alona fell silent without anyone talking until Edward finally let out his voice.

"You know when I found out that the plane you were riding on exploded my heart was so broken that my extended family always stood by me and gave me strength. Why would you do this to me?" ask Edward.

"I want to know your story after you're at the airport and I don't want any lies" Edward said.

Alona exhales slowly and Alona turns her face towards Edward.

"When I was in the restroom of the mall I met my mother and my twin sister Alena. They asked me to leave and my twin sister changed me and then my mom gave me a plane ticket in Alena's name.

Edward just kept quiet and waited for the next story while holding his anger against the two women who had been killed by his men at Edward's behest.

"I left by taxi to the airport. Arriving at the airport I met with opa Max and opa Louis, they said that the plane I was going to ride was already in the bomb and the perpetrator was my birth mother," said Alona with teary eyes.

Alona does not know that they are uncle and Auntie is not Alona's biological parents.

"I've been willing to give up but what I did turned out to be in vain they wanted my death, ''' Alona continued with a smile but her heart was very hurt.

"Then what happens next?" edward asked curiously while holding back his anger.

"Opa Max and Opa Louis asked me and the other passengers to use the plane belonging to Alvonso's extended family" Alona replied.

"That means the plane that exploded was just .." Edward's speech was cut off by Alona.

"No, the plane was run by remote and there was no one at all and as predicted in the middle of the sea the plane exploded and sank on the seabed" Alona explained.

"Then what happens next?" ask Edward.
