A Hospital in Sydney, Australia. It was seen a man lying in a coma in a VIP room with the help of some tools on his body. Yes, it is Rian Ardiansyah, a former fiancee of Adelia who is now lying unconscious in a coma. For several months he lay there weak, only oxygen and some tools attached to his body that can help him survive. There is no development if Rian will wake up even he was sentenced by the doctor if he will be in a coma forever.

Seen a beautiful woman in the room occupied by Rian. It was Leta who had been accompanying Rian at the Hospital. He entered Rian's room while carrying some flowers for Rian.

He walked towards the table near Rian's bed.

There he replaced the flowers he always kept in a vase on the table, right next to Rian. Leta does that every week.

Leta glanced at Rian to the side while greeting Rian with her smiling face.

“Good morning Rian. Today I brought a red rose. You like red roses, right.” Leta then sat down on the chair right beside Rian's bed.

He held Rian's hand, looking at Rian's face partially covered with an oxygen mask.

“Rian..until when are you going to sleep like this. I can't look at you like this. What I have to do for you to regain consciousness. Can't you just open your eyes for a second so I know you're still there, or what you need right now is Adelia, huh?”

Leta immediately shed her tears with her head lowered. Every day he could only cry if he saw the state of Rian which had no development at all. He raised his head again to look at Rian, looking at him with tears still flowing.

“Will you wake up if the one sitting crying here is Adelia. Do you want me to bring your Adeli here?”

Instantly Rian's index and middle fingers moved in turn making Leta instantly startled with bulging eyes.

He stood up from his seat and pressed the emergency button on the bed.

Soon, Doctor August, who was taking care of Rian, came along with some of his nurses.

Leta immediately approached Doctor August with her face that looked happy because she saw Rian's hand move earlier.

The doctor checked Rian. He examined his pupils in turn. After checking on Rian, he stood up straight against Leta.

“But doc, his hand was moving. How can a doctor say that there is no change.” Leta asked with an expression of disappointment hearing Doctor August's sentence. He did not believe that Rian was still as usual, because he watched Rian's hand move as he spoke to the man he loved.

“Is there anything you say until she moves her hand, miss?” Ask Dr. August.

Leta recalled the time she mentioned Adelia's name in front of Rian.

“Yes, I mentioned her fiance's name doc.” The answer.

Doctor August spoke to Leta again.

Leta raised her head to see Doctor August.

Leta raised her head to look at her father with her face filled with tears.

“What's Leta doing, did something happen to Rian?” Ask Mr. Ridwan while stroking his son's head.

Leta released his embrace from Mr. Ridwan and raised his head to see Mr. Ridwan who was still standing in front of him.

“So her hand moved when I mentioned Adelia's name. I immediately called his doctor. August's doctor said that I should call Adelia here. It seems like Rian only reacted if I mentioned Adelia. If Adelia was here, maybe Rian quickly regained consciousness.”

“Can't Leta, I've been patient in helping your friend but I won't let you harm our family. Do you want Mr. Osmar to know about Rian's survival, not only are we dangerous but this man will be in danger as well. We better take care of him here. No matter how many years he's been here, I can afford all his treatment as long as you don't call the girl. If you get desperate, I won't help your friend anymore. Remember that.” Threaten Mr. Ridwan.

Leta immediately released his hand that hugged the body of Mr. Ridwan with his condition that was immediately weak to hear his father's warning. He could only resign now until he waited for Rian to wake up from his coma.

While Mr. Ridwan immediately came out after seeing his son sitting limp there. He didn't want to talk about Leta's request. It was enough for him to help the man his son loved. He will not do anything beyond the limits that will make his business destroyed because of Rian.

Leta then straightened the body on the chair looking at the state of Rian who was lying weakly. Both of his hands held Rian's hand which was attached to the infusion.

“Rian, I'm sorry. I can't grant you that wish, all I can do now is take care of you here. Even Dad wouldn't let me call your family. I'm really sorry.” Leta.

He cried saying such a thing to Rian. He was sorry to see the state of Rian who was lying in a coma let alone the doctor said that Rian could be in a coma for many years even forever.

Leta spoke again.

“Rian, can't you see me just once. Was my cage from Adelia until you loved her so much. He is the only one in your eyes, in your heart. Even you used to stay away from me because you kept his feelings. I am also a woman like her. I even know you first rather than him.” Leta was crying and saying such things to Rian.

“What he has, what. Even in this unconscious state you still expect him. I'm the one who's always with you here, not him. Please realize Rian?” And with his face that kept crying.

It cannot be denied that he felt jealous and envious to see Rian who loved Adelia so much.
