An Offer

After driving Kimmy to the psychologist clinic, Archie drove his car straight to his office. Archie's corporate office just happens to be a short distance from Kimmy's psychology clinic. Right now, all his employees are talking about Archie. It was because the news that Archie was married spread very quickly. They did not expect that his handsome and successful boss had given up his single life.

Of course, what makes them more surprised is that the bride is not Flowi. Flowi is known by all Archie employees. They know the woman because Flowi is often in and out of her boss' company. "Pa?" Archie wondered why his father-in-law was in his office. Indeed, Archie knows Kai very well, because from High School, Archie is friendly with Jasper, Kai's first child or Kimberly's older brother.

"What's papa doing here? Why not wait in my room?" Archie felt bad to see Kai sitting alone in the chair in the lobby.

"Is there anything papa's come over here?" Archie asked the point.

Kai sat down on the chair facing his daughter-in-law. At first glance he saw a picture frame on the table of his daughter-in-law. The photo was of Archie and Fnowi in London.

"Sorry, Pa!" Archie took the picture. He felt so stupid not to get rid of the photo. His heart is beating fast. Will his father-in-law be angry?

"It's okay. Papa cursed him," Kai seemed to understand.

"Sorry, Pa!" Archie once again apologized. He felt disrespectful by displaying a picture of another woman, while his father-in-law came to visit and saw the photo.

"Papa understands. Papa has felt the same way you do now" Kai said. Archie rounded his eyes in surprise.

"Trauma? What trauma, Pa?" Archie asked in confusion.

"Sweet! Didn't their family company go bankrupt because it lost to William's grandfather's company? Why then should revenge?" Archie seemed annoyed to hear the story from his father-in-law.

"Then, what did they do to Kimmy? Did they harass Kimmy?" There was a worried tone in his voice.
