Chapter 12 About feelings

Tristan and Max go back to their eyes after they hear Miyuki's complaint. They blame each other for the noise they make.

As for Miyuki, her eyes slowly closed again as if not seeing the presence of the two of them nearby.

“Better you leave this place, because there is me, her husband who will take care of her here,” Tristan said exclaimed with affirmation in every word.

“Do not mention the husband again if you do not care about him. Let go of him, let him be with the man who loves him,” Max said softly by emphasizing each word.

Just sober Tristan grew emotional when she heard Max's words that were very upsetting to her heart. With her emotions slightly held back, Tristan walked around the bed that Miyuki was sleeping on and pulled Max's arm forcefully out of the room.

Max rebels trying to remove Tristan's hand from his arm. Unfortunately Max's energy is not worth Tristan's current emotions, so Max can't escape from Tristan.

Miyuki's just a fool to see Tristan look so angry at Max. He calmly closed his eyes as if he was not worried that something would happen to them.

It's not that Miyuki isn't worried about Max, it's just that she believes Max can take care of her. Not only because of his trust in Max's capital, Miyuki herself knows the greatness of Max's martial arts which are mandatory for their families to follow.

Tristan immediately threw out Max's arm when they were already outside the room. Max looked at her full of emotions and anger as if overflowing to vent on Max.

“What?” max asked as if he was challenging Tristan.

Tristan who was already enveloped in emotion, clenched her hands and her teeth churned withholding all her emotional might. While Max only smirked underestimating Tristan who did not dare to attack him.

“Why are you guys outside?”

Suddenly a familiar male voice walked closer towards them.

They turned to the voice and found Kenshin and Raline and Lucas walking towards them.

“Lucky we're in the hospital. If not, I must have battered you now,” Tristan said softly while tightening his teeth when speaking.

Max just smiled cynically when Tristan told him that. He was not daunted in the slightest by the threat that Tristan had given him. Obviously he is not daunted, he is a grandson of Aydin Permana who is well known to many people for his business.

Aydin did require his children and grandchildren to be able to martial arts to stock themselves.

Aydin had long feared that his children and grandchildren would be used by others to use their safety for their benefit. For example, a kidnapping that only aims to ask for ransom money from his family without guaranteeing their safety when kidnapped.

And it seems that Tristan does not know Max's prowess in martial arts. So he underestimated Max and challenged him. Tristan's emotions are only accepted calmly by Max because he is confident in his strength and expertise, without dealing with Tristan's emotions with his emotions as well.

“What Miyuki is aware of?” raline asked Max and Tristan.

“Already,” said Tristan while staring at Raline.

“Already Brother,” said Max along with Tristan.

Tristan stared intently at Max. And Max just grinned against Tristan as if removing a laser from his eyes.

“Let's go in, why are you two outside? Poor Miyuki alone inside,” said Kenshin as she wrapped her hands around Raline's waist and led her into Miyuki's room.

Lucas, who understands the meaning of Tristan and Max's gaze, quickly pulls Max's hand and invites him into Miyuki's room following Kenshin and Raline behind him.

Tristan's clenched hand, now getting stronger to see Kenshin hugging possessively Raline's waist. Moreover, seeing them all enter Miyuki's room which incidentally is his wife.

With a quick step, he walked into the room to save his pride.

Miyuki is his wife and he doesn't want any man to come near or touch hers. Whoever it is, Kenshin is the older brother of Miyuki and Max who is Miyuki's cousin.

Tristan is now near Miyuki. He sat on a chair near Miyuki's bed and clasped his hands like he didn't want to lose it.

Of course it did not escape everyone in the room. Moreover, the thin smiling Max stared intently at Tristan as if angry with what Tristan was doing at the moment.

Suddenly the door of the room was knocked by someone without making a sound. Everyone in the room looked at each other as if asking who was knocking on the door.

Without waiting for a warning, Raline walked towards the door and opened the door. Raline's forehead frowned when she saw someone who was neatly dressed and unfamiliar.

Looking at Raline's questioning gaze, the person standing at the door said,

“I'm secretary to Mr. Tristan. I'm here to deliver these files to Mr. Tristan according to his orders.”

Raline smiled and nodded her head as a sign that she understood what the person before her was saying.

“Come in!” tristan exclaimed from his current place without letting go of his wife's hand.

She hears a voice from her secretary, but she is unwilling to move out of place for fear that Max will occupy her current seat.

Raline let the man into the room and closed the door again.

“This Sir, all the files that you asked for earlier,” said the person while handing over the stack of files to Tristan.

“Put it on that table,” Tristan said as he pointed at a table not far from where he currently sits.

The man also did Tristan's orders, he placed the pile of files he had brought earlier on the table designated by Tristan. Then he said,

“Is there anything else I need to do Sir?”

“Not necessary. Hurry back to the office and report everything to me,” Tristan replied as she placed Miyuki's hand held onto her cheek unconsciously.

“Good sir, excuse me first,” said the person who served as Tristan's secretary for several years.

After that, the man came out of the room after saying goodbye to everyone who was there.

“Your secretary is male Tris?” ask Kenshin in a probing style.

“Iya, why?” tristan asked back to Kenshin after answering his question.

“While alone, I guess a man like you would rather have a female secretary,” replied Kenshin while chuckling.

“I'm a loyal male type. So I don't want my wife to feel insecure and suspicious of me if I work,” Tristan said, grinning to mock Kenshin, then he looked at Raline after looking at Kenshin.

“That's lucky my sister got a husband like me. Even all the workers around me have to be men. It's a shame,” said Kenshin responded to Tristan's remarks by asking Raline to ask for his support.

Raline smiled sweetly at her husband and nodded her head timidly. Tristan is very upset with Kenshin's attitude towards his wife which makes him hot out of jealousy.

“I'm older than you. Don't you have to call me with Big Brother's frills in honor of the older one from you? Even I'm the same age as Raline, if you forget,” Tristan said do not accept.

“I'm the sister of your wife, did you forget that important fact?” kenshin said while chuckling.

Tristan is getting more emotional, he does not accept being defeated by Kenshin. But he realized that he could not continue their debate in front of Raline. He did not want Raline to take anything badly of him.

Miyuki just closed her eyes while listening to what was happening. He really doesn't like Tristan. To be exact he refused to like Tristan because of the agreement they made.

But she wanted to know what her husband was doing for her when she was sick.
