Pearl felt like a fool, hoping her husband would come home soon. He waited and waited until the time showed late at night.
"I should have known if he might have come home in the early hours or not even come home at all" Pearl told herself.

The last hour of subjects feels boring for all students of class X11 IPA 1. They all look uninspired. Some are chatting alone, sleeping, and some are secretly playing mobile phones.
