Dennisa and Dennis stared at each other until Dennisa clearly saw Dennis' gaze as if asking Dennisa not to say that they were not husband and wife.

"Male and female doc?" dennisa didn't believe it.

"True madam, once again congratulations lady and master get a pair of twins," said the doctor who did not know that they were not a couple.

"Thank you doc" replied Dennisa with a smile.

"Just like Madam" replied the doctor.

The nurse next to him cleaned up the remaining gel in Dennisa's stomach and Dennisa woke up with help from Dennis.

("***I'd be happy if this woman were to be my wife" Dennis said in his heart.).

("But dear this woman only considers me as a sister when our age is only five years different," Dennis continued in his heart***).

Dennis helps Dennisa walk towards the chair because Dennis does not have the heart to see the way Dennisa road whereas for women who are already pregnant or who have been pregnant it is the way of pregnant women.

Dennis and Dennisa sat next to each other in a chair opposite the doctor, who was confined to a table.

"I give vitamins and boosters" said the beautiful doctor while writing a prescription.

"Okay doc" replied Dennisa.

The beautiful doctor just smiled then gave the prescription to Dennisa but was taken directly by Dennis.

"Thank you doc" said Dennis, getting off the chair and standing up as well as Dennis.

"Same - same madam," replied the beautiful doctor as he came down from the chair and stood up.

Dennisa smiled then turned around followed by Dennis. They both came out of the room and walked towards the dispensary room to give a prescription.

"I want to go to the toilet first" Dennisa said.

"Ok" replied Dennis.

Dennisa got down from the chair then walked towards the toilet to urinate. After she finished urinating, Dennis came out of the bathroom.

Dennisa walked towards the sink to wash her hands but the voice of someone very familiar in her ears.

Dennisa turned her back and saw a woman wearing a mask and covering her hair in a head jacket.

"For me? I didn't tell Dennis to fire the doctor so why am I to blame?" dennisa asked in an annoyed tone because it said your woman ra han.

"It's great to call Mr. Dennis just Dennis," the woman said as she walked towards Dennisa.

Dennisa prepared - ready if the woman attacked him until they finally fought and it turned out that the woman could defend herself. But because Dennisa was pregnant made Dennisa desperate until the woman hit Dennisa until her body fell and her head hit the sink until fresh blood came out of her head.

Without having the slightest sense of empathy the woman wanted to kick Dennisa's stomach but Dennisa tried to turn her body around to protect her fetus until the woman kicked Dennisa's back.

Dennisa could only close her eyes and hope that her two children would be fine until fresh blood came out from between her thighs.

Seeing that Dennisa was already helpless the woman smiled with satisfaction and left Dennisa.

("I have to call Dennis" Dennisa said in her heart, trying to wake up without caring about the pain in her entire body).

Dennisa slowly picked up her bag lying on the side then opened her bag and took her phone.

Dennisa immediately pressed the call button without the need to find phone contact because in the call button there is only the name Dennis. The first connection was immediately picked up by Dennis who happened to be checking the incoming email.

("What's Dennisa?" dennis asked confusedly)

("Dennis please a.." Dennisa's speech was interrupted while Dennisa was unconscious)

("Dennisa what's wrong?" dennis asked frantically while standing up and flicked his finger to have his men follow him).

Dennis walked towards the toilet where Dennisa was in the toilet with 8 of his men followed.

Dennis flicked his finger to keep his men in front of the toilet door and forbade female visitors to enter the toilet.

Dennis opened the door and his eyes were perfectly rounded to see Dennisa lying on the floor covered in blood.

"Dennis!!!" shouted Dennis as he walked towards Dennisa.
