Karen wiped David's tears using her thumb then held David's cheek making David hold Karen's hand and not how long her hand squeezed as Karen closed her two eyes.

Rey immediately increased the speed of the car going at high speed even a red light was breached by Rey's assistant making many people who honked his car horn until finally they arrived at the hospital.

David gets out of the car and yells to call the nurse until two nurses come out and bring the cage and David lies down and the two nurses immediately push the cage to be taken to ugd and not how long the ugd door was opened by two nurses then pushed the cage where Karen lay to be moved to the operating room.

David and Rey's assistant wait in front of the operation, David begins to remember what Karen said made David pull out his phone and open an email sent by Karen.

There is 1 video sent by Karen then David opened the video and saw it. After finishing watching David cry regretting his actions for overconfidence with the photo sent by someone.

The regret that greatly made David hit the wall while Rey's assistant who saw the incident tried to hold David's hand so as not to beat the hospital wall.

David pulls his hand and prepares to hit Rey's assistant as the operating room door opens and a nurse approaches David and tells him that Karen is deprived of blood and that there is no blood supply in the hospital the ab+

Without answering David followed the nurse into the room and grabbed nearly 2 bags of blood. The blood was then taken to the ugd room for surgery.

David came out limp and almost fell down thankfully there was Rey's assistant who held her body and then David sat on the chair.

Almost two hours waiting for the surgery door to open looked a nurse out in a hurry to head towards the room to bring a heart shock device. David tried to get up and see from the glass door where he saw the person inside was very tense.

The doctor came out of the ugd room limply and said he was sorry that the patient could not be saved. David fell down and knelt on the floor, David cried no matter who saw him until a few minutes later David stepped foot into the room followed by Rey's assistant and they saw Karen's body covered by a white cloth.

With trembling hands David slowly pulled the white cloth and saw Karen close her eyes while smiling even though her face was pale but still looks beautiful makes David hug, cry and call Karen's name to wake up.

" Dear wake up, brother apologizes. Brother is very sorry.you once promised to wait for me to get married so I beg you to wake up. You are my life if you are gone then I will not be able to live, I beg you to wake up my dear, "please David with tears not to stop coming out.

" I'm sorry, sir, Miss Karen has passed away" Rey's assistant said

" What did you say? Karen's still alive she's just sleeping!!!" snapped David did not accept the words of Rey's assistant.

David let go of his embrace then stood firmly and looked towards Rey's assistant with a murderous look.

" Don't tell me Karen's dead because Karen's alive" David said, handing a raw bogem to Rey's assistant's face

" Honey I beg you not to hit Rey's sister," asked Karen in a soft tone.

David was very surprised and did not hit Rey and then turned his body and saw Karen open her eyes with my eyes while shaking her head to not hit Rey made David immediately hug and kiss her.

The doctors and nurses are shocked that Karen is alive and then David and Rey's assistant are told to leave and the doctor checks Karen's condition until a few minutes later the doctor comes out and the patient and the nurse to taken to vvip treatment room.

Now David is sitting in bed next to Karen holding and kissing Karen's forehead while Rey is out looking for food because the lunch hour has passed.

" Dear, forgive brother yah for believing too much in the photo, baby may be angry but do not ask brother to leave you because honestly brother can not love, really sister can not," please David while holding Karen's hand and kissing Karen's back.

" Stttt... Honey I beg you to forget everything that has happened, I will not leave you unless honey asks me," Karen replied as she stroked David's face with her other hand because the other hand was held by David.

David was so grateful that Karen was willing to forgive the mistake for him that David looked at Karen's lips and then moved his face to make Karen smile while closing her eyes but when almost touching Karen's lips as the door opened.

David immediately sat up straight and stared at the door and stared in annoyance as Rey's assistant came to disturb him.

" Sorry sir, why is your face bent and upset?" ask Rey's assistant plain.

" Hahaha..

Karen laughed at the words of Rey's assistant and saw David's face that looked annoyed but suddenly his stomach felt sore.

" Dear is anyone sick? where's that sick, baby?" david asked with a panicked face.

" My stomach hurts when I laugh" Karen replied.

" I'm sorry dear brother" said David feeling guilty.

" It's okay honey" Karen replied with a smile

'' Oh yes did Brother Rey bring food? because I'm hungry" Karen said, smiling at Rey's assistant

" My dear is still sick so eat porridge first yes, the food for me and Rey later if you are healthy whatever you want to eat brother will not forbid it" replied David.

David laughed to see Karen pout and pinched her cheek and then David feed food to Karen after the food runs out and then give medicine and a glass of drink then David ate.

Karen fell asleep because she was affected by the drug she just took. David and Rey's assistant continue the office work on the long sofa.
