49. The traitor

Saga came out of the room while making sure Dita had slept soundly.

Just then he was surprised I saw Lorano at the door of his room.

"You done yet?" Ask.

"Yes, where's your wife?" Lorano answered Saga who opened the door and the two entered the room.

"He was kidnapped by the Afghans, and then they poisoned him. Since then she's been gaining weight and pimples have appeared on her face." Saga explained.

Lorano said nothing, he just touched Dita's wrist and felt her pulse.

"For over a month, the concentration of the drug in his body continued to increase.

Did you never notice what he was eating? Or who is around him?" Lorano asked Saga.

"Do you think there is,,"

"You fool! Of course that's what I meant. Tomorrow morning at breakfast let me check on him." Lorano said then the man came out of the room.

"Don't bother me until tomorrow." Again Lorano said as he walked out.

While Saga, he sat next to Dita Saga holding Dita's hand "In a moment, please be patient. It's all gonna be over soon." Said.

In the morning, Topia had already returned from her service trip. He prepared breakfast with the servants.

"Omelette?" Said Dita sat he saw breakfast neatly arranged on the table.

He sat in his chair and waited for two men who were still in their room.

"You've been waiting a long time?" Ask Saga when he comes with Lorano.

"Just now." Dita replied to Saga and then she turned to Topia.

"Sit. We have breakfast together." Said Dita to Topia.

"Sorry Miss, I still have to finish some tasks." Topia said and left the three men behind.

While Saga, he immediately looked towards Lorano.

"Oh well," Lorano replied lazily then he walked over to the two men.

He looked at them with a confused look, but he was silent.

After sitting next to Saga, Lorano tasted one by one the food.

"Nothing strange." Lorano.

"Then, what is the medicine?" Ask Saga.

"I'm not done yet." Lorano said then he grabbed the plate in front of Dita.

"Give me your spoon" he told Dita.

Dita immediately gave her spoon and Morano checked it.

"There's poison in this spoon." He said throw away the spoon.

"You sure?" Ask Saga.

"You doubted me?"

"I'm going to take a new spoon" said Saga then he took a new spoon to Dita.

'My dogs will be happy today.' he murmured then they continued their breakfast.

After breakfast, Saga gathered all the servants working in the room, including Topia.

"Who prepared breakfast this morning?" Saga asked with a pressing tone making some servants tremble in their place.

"Java!" Saga said again when no one confessed.

"Sa, I'm Sir." Answer one of the servants as they advance forward.

Then another servant came forward as well.

"What are you guys up for?" Tanya Dita looked at the waiter. He could not bear if Saga spoke, the voice of the man alone was enough to make people want to dig their own graves.

"I prepare omelets and also juice."

"And I prepared bread and other things." Reply both.

"Who's in charge of the tableware?" Ask Dita.

"I, it's me." Reply to a fat servant.

"Is it just you?" Again asked Dita while watching the waiter.

"I, yes." Reply the fat waiter with trembling legs.

"So you know your mistake?" Ask Dita.

"What do you mean Miss?" The waiter asked with sweat all over his face.

"Don't bother making him confess. My dog will eat full today." Saga said to pull Dita into his arms and the fat waiter immediately fell to the floor.

"Master!! No!! I am not guilty! I don't know anything! I didn't put the poison, please release me!" He cried half crying.

"Hmmm, do you know anything about poison? We never even said it!" Lorano looked at the servant.

"Sa, me, sa, I confess!" The servant said and prostrated himself to the floor lamenting his fate.
