A week after the departure of his beloved Father, Jono is now transformed into a quiet child. How not the departure of his beloved father is a blow to his mind.
As a best friend, Adien never tired of trying to cheer his heart Jono who is still seen in a mourning atmosphere.
"Jon, how long are you going to grieve like this?" ask Adien who is sitting next to Jono.
No answer came out of Jono's mouth, making Adien feel confused for him. Sometimes as a friend Adien always thinks, the way much more he must do so that his best friend can return cheerful as before.
After school, Adien and Jono finish the textbook and put it in a bag.
"Jon, my mother told me to take you home, she cooked us good food" Adien told Jono.
"You go home first, I have a little need! " the answer to Adien.
"Where are you going, Jon?" adien asked Jono.
"I want to go to the grave of my Father" he replied.
"All right, I'll come with you, " said Adien.
"No need!, I need time to be alone" he argued to Adien.
Without waiting for Adien's words, Jono passed away leaving Adien who was seen standing looking at his disappearance.
Arriving at the house Adien kept a bag and changed his uniform with his daily clothes.
"Loh, Jono where's Dien?" ask Sharifah to Adien.
"He said he would follow Ma'am "he replied to Sharifah.
"Is Jono really any extra tutoring?" ask Adien again.
"No ma'am, he went to his father's grave. "
"Certainly, why did you let Jono alone go there, "he told Adien.
"Adien tried it, Mom, but Jono said he wanted to be alone like that" he replied again to Sharifah.
Syarifah only fell silent after hearing the explanation from his son, now he was seen trying to contact someone.
"Asalamu alaikum sir, "the first greeting of her husband.
"Wa'alaikum salam Bu, what is tumben. "he replied to Sharifah.
"Sir, later after coming from the market, you stop by the tomb of Alm. mas Jarwo yes!, "he said to Dul Hamid.
"Why, Mom?" asked Dul Hamid who was curious.
"Adien said, now Jono is at the tomb of his Father alone, "said Sharifah.
"Oh. "a nod to Dul Hamid.
"All you gentlemen pick up! " pinta Syarifah on Dul Hamid.
"I yes Ma'am, this will be sorted out, I'll pick up Jono there.
Syarifah also disconnected his phone call, and intended to go to Dirmo's house to tell him not to worry.
Before leaving for Dirmo's residence, Syarifah was seen bringing half the rendang dishes he made to be brought to Dirmo's house.
"Adien, "call Sharifah to his son.
"Yes ma'am, what's wrong?" ask Adien who just came out of his room.
"Mother is about to go to Mr. Dirmo's house to deliver this. "he replied while showing the neatly arranged bushel to Adien.
"I ya Ma'am" Adien replied while nodding his head.
In another place where Dul Hamid has been seen finished selling his vegetables, today's sales look satisfying. All that is seen from the vegetables that were once displayed on the table, now sold out without rest.
"Laris mane cape kulul, goods out of money to gather." he said with a laugh.
While fanning the money from the sale of vegetables on his face.
After feeling that nothing was left behind, Dul Hamid decided to go home.
"Oh, I forgot. I have to pick up Jono" he said, turning on his car.
In another place, Sharifah who had just arrived at Dirmo's house, immediately met with Suminah who happened to be sweeping the front yard of his house.
"Asalamu alaikum Bu Sum, "cried Sharifah began his conversation.
"Wa'alaikum hail Fah. "he answered as he ran small towards the gate to open it.
"Come Fah!, "the word of Suminah to Sharifah.
While saving his tongue broom, and turning the water faucet and washing his hands.
"I yes Ma'am, thank you" replied Sharifah.
On the front porch of Dirmo's house, they both sat in amben, Sharifah explained his future intentions while giving a bushel containing rendang to Suminah.
"Thank you Fah, sorry for the trouble, "suminah told him.
"It's okay, ma'am, don't bother like that" he replied to Suminah.
Elsewhere, Dul Hamid who had just arrived at the cemetery, now he got out of the car and was about to go to Jarwo's grave.
It did not take long for Dul Hamid to go to Jarwo's grave because he already knew the exact location of Jarwo's tomb.
Arriving at Jarwo's grave, slowly Dul Hamid approached Jono who was seen sitting on a newspaper reading Yasin's letter to his late father.
Not wanting to disturb the solemnity of Jono, Dul Hamid chose to remain silent and crouch behind Jono.
"Allohumag firli walidaya walidaya warhamhuma kama robbaya ni sogiro. " Jonah's Prayer to his beloved Father.
He rubbed his hands against his face and got up.
"It's over Jon, "asked Dul Hamid who slightly surprised Jono.
"Eh, Father. Mr Dul's been waiting for Jono a long time?" asked Jon who felt bad for Dul Hamid.
"It's okay Jon, let's go home! , you haven't eaten yet, have you?" ask Jon.
"I yes, Mr. Dul. "he replied with a smile.
Now they walk away from Jarwo's grave, Dul Hamid starts his car engine and Jarwo sits beside him.
Along the way home to his house, Jon looks only silent looking out of the glass staring at the tomb of his father who is now getting away from his eyes.
"Jon, you can't always be like this" he told Jon.
"Do you know, your Father will look even more sad if you are always moody and silent like this. "
"Be a cheerful and smart kid like Jon was before!"
"Sir Dul Yaqin, your Father and Mother will be happy to see you cheerful and happy. "
For a moment Jono was silent to digest all the advice that had been said by Mr. Dul to him.
"Good, Sir. Jono promised, Jono will not be sad and Jono will be diligent to learn again. So that you and Mom in heaven there, can smile to see Jono.
Eventually both of their conversations came to a halt after they reached Dirmo's residence, Jono's grandfather.
