Barra saw that Carissa had run away from her house. He also saw that the sky had revealed black clouds and was soon ready to rain. Barra immediately remembered that Carissa was phobic with rainwater. Then he immediately turned back to the house to immediately catch up with Carissa using his car.
The sky had lowered a drizzle to the earth when Barra's car had gone out of his yard. He immediately hailed his car at full speed in order to find Carissa immediately. It feels impossible if he has gotten a taxi, because it is estimated that Carissa is still in the residential complex area. It's still a long way off to the highway looking for a taxi. As for ordering a taxi online it does not seem Carissa had time to do.
The drizzle is now turned into rain with a fairly heavy intensity. But Barra has not yet discovered the whereabouts of Carissa. He was really sorry for his stupidity because he was late in chasing Carissa.
“Carissa! Where are you?” muttered Barra while gripping the steering wheel of his car.
Looks like the goddess of luck is siding with Barra. He saw a woman standing under a shady tree on the side of the road around the residential complex. Barra was convinced that she was Carissa.
Barra immediately sped up the speed of her car to approach the woman. And yes, she is Carissa. Carissa was seen hugging her own body while her gaze lowered with her body shaking. Barra quickly got out of the car as the rain grew heavier.
“Carissa! Let's get in the car!” take Barra with you while holding the woman's arm.
Carissa was silent, but Barra could feel that Carissa's body was shaking violently. Without saying much, Barra immediately carried Carissa's body. There was no rejection from Carissa as Barra carried her. Maybe he was scared because the rain had washed over his body.
Barra sat Carissa right next to him. He could see Carissa's face was pale and her body was shivering. Barra immediately drove her vehicle back home. Because her house is the closest now, rather than taking Carissa home.
Arriving at home, Barra immediately carried Carissa and brought her in. Barra put Carissa on her bed, because it was closest to the stairs. After that he called his maid to replace Carissa's already wet clothes.
“Thank you Bi!” Barra.
“Sama-sama Den.”
Barra approached Carissa who was asleep with her body covered in a blanket. It seemed that the woman was exhausted from running, coupled with the rain water that soaked her body.
“Carissa, forgive me!” barra Gumam.
Barra clasped Carissa's finger. He deeply regretted the words that had hurt her. Obviously, Carissa was angry when she vilified her lover. Carissa herself did not know what happened.
“Awwww!!” Barra cried out suddenly as his ears were picked on by someone.
“Basic brat! What are you doing Carissa?” Ask Kay who is already home.
“Mama what the hell. Barra did not do anything. Barra just spared him.” Barra defended herself.
Barra who had gotten a sharp look from her mother, her guts shrunk. Finally she chose to get out of her room and let Carissa rest first. Then Barra explained to her mother.
“Stupid you! You shouldn't have told Carissa that. Clearly he's angry.” Kay said after listening to her son's explanation.
“Barra will not want Carissa to be played by Dhefin Ma.” Answer Barra.
“Just later after Carissa wakes up, you have to apologize to her. Do you like Carissa?” kay said, asking Barra.
While Barra just clucked annoyed to get questions from his mother. Yes indeed he likes Carissa, but his mother did not understand or pretend not to know.
“Not to be answered. I've known for a long time that you like Carissa. I hope you have to apologize to Carissa until she truly forgives you. You have to be good at taking her heart again. How can he not hate you.” Kay said at length.
“Ck, what if Carissa does not want to forgive Barra and instead hates Barra ma?” Ask Barra.
Barra rolled her eyes lazily. There was a term her mother used. There is indeed a marketing strategy to get Carissa's heart. Even his mother compared it to work again. But there is also a point in the advice given by his mother.
Kay was already in Barra's room. Sitting on the sofa while waiting for Carissa to wake up from her sleep. Shortly thereafter, Carissa's voice was heard. The woman was very surprised when she saw the surroundings that were so foreign to her.
“You're up Darling?” Kay asked approaching Carissa.
“Tante, Rissa where is this?” Carissa asked confusedly.
“In Barra's room. He was the one who helped you and brought you here. Forgive aunty's son Carissa.” Say Kay.
Carissa remembered that she was resting under a tree when it rained down. He also remembers what happened before making him run out of Barra's house and end up in the rain.
Barra walks into her room and sees that Carissa is awake. Her mother gave her a code to apologize to Carisssa immediately. And Barra nodded.
“Thank God you're up.” Barra said, but Carissa was silent.
“Carissa, sorry for all of my words. I didn't mean to hurt your feelings.” Barra.
Kay is still there. She did not want to go out of the room before seeing Carissa forgive Barra. Even Kay was sure that if she came out of the room, Carissa would still be silent and likely not forgive Barra.
“Once again I'm sorry. I shouldn't have asked you to break up with Dhefin. Please after this do not stay away from me. I will no longer ask you to break up with Dhefin.” Barra.
“Iya, Darling. Please forgive aunt's son. Maybe because Barra is having problems with Dhefin, so he is very emotional and impactful like that.” Kay said as if defending her son.
“Iya.” Carissa finally answered.
Finally Kay and Barra felt relieved after hearing Carissa would forgive Barra's mistake.
After that Kay took Carissa down for lunch. Although it was too late, Carissa had not had lunch.
After finishing lunch, Barra asked her mother to take Carissa home. Carissa could only resign and could not refuse.
On the way home the two were both silent without any conversation. Barra was confused as to what to say, while Carissa was busy thinking about Barra's words that had asked her to break up with Dhefin.
Although Barra has apologized for his mistake. But somehow Carissa who had not believed Barra's words, now she was made curious about what really happened between Barra and Dhefin.
“Thank you Brother for delivering home.” Carissa.
“Iya. Once again forgive me.” said Barra and embraced by Carissa while smiling faintly at Barra.
