The Kalfi Family Meeting

The next day, they all started the activity as usual. Jidan and Jordan also left for the company together. Tora and Sherly drive them to the garage.

"Heart on the road dear mami" said Sherly.

The two nodded then kissed Sherly on the cheek and kissed the back of her father's hand.

"If you're bored, you can ask Mr. John to drive you down the street in Grandpa's car" Jidan said.

"You take it easy there's a commander here" Sherly replied.

"Ups...I forget that papi is still dashing." replied Jidan while laughing.

"You're mocking me Ji, do you want to feel the military punishment from me again like you were when you were a child" Tora said.

Jidan. "Even the commander is no longer" he replied.

"Darling I'm Jo where yes, I usually hear my son's the most cutesy." teased Sherly.

"Jo's upset, let's hurry brother." take Jordan to Jidan.

The three laughed at Jordan, he was still upset because he was told to go to work. Jidan and Jordan finally leave for their company.

Just half way through, Jidan's phone rang. Jidan.

"Hello." said Jidan.

"Hello sir Ji, I'm Ae-Ri. Today I'm out of the hospital, are you going to pick us up?" ask Ae-Ri.

Jidan looked at Jordan. "Well, I'll tell you later." she replied and then turned off her phone.

Jordan looked at his brother. "Who?" ask Jordan.

"Aurel." replied Jidan flatly.

Jordan did not ask any further, he closed his eyes. Jidan breathes a sigh of relief, as his sister doesn't know Ae-Ri contacted him. In a bad mood like this it would be more dangerous if he knew Ae-Ri had asked to be picked up at the hospital.

Half an hour later, the two arrived at the company.

"Jo get up, we've arrived." said Jidan.

"I know because I'm not sleeping" Jordan replied.

The two got out of their car and as usual there was already someone welcoming them. They split up in the elevator because of the different offices.

"Aurel do we have a meeting today?" ask Jidan at his secretary.

Aurel follows Jidan into his office while reading out his work schedule.

"Thank you Aurel, you can come out" Jidan said.

"Will Mr Ji have coffee?" ask Aurel.

Jidan. "I have breakfast and coffee at home, yesterday my parents just arrived from Indonesia. So I won't miss breakfast and coffee at home" he replied.

Aurel nodded and came out. Jidan picks up his phone to contact Ae-Ri.

"What time are you out of the hospital?" ask Jidan.

"Now I can get out, sir." replied Ae-Ri.

"Wait until 10, I'll pick you up. Now I have a meeting." said Jidan.

"Fine sir." replied Ae-Ri.

Jidan turns off his phone and prepares a meeting with SinMart employees. While Jordan apparently did not have a meeting with anyone today, so he only worked on documents that were delayed yesterday.

Kalfi takes his wife and son to the twins' house to meet Tora and Sherly. Kevin had just come home from school and was immediately taken to meet them. Arriving there, Kevin immediately rushed into the house while shouting.

"Omm... Opa.." cried Kevin burst into their arms.

"Oh my God the granddaughter of opa and oma" Tora said as she lifted Kevin's body.

"Tante Sherly.." greet Jenny while hugging Sherly.

"Same aunt, I tipped them because I have to return to the company" said Kalfi. "Kevin baby, don't be naughty and make oma and opa exhausted." she said.

"Ready boss." replied Kevin.

Kalfi left them to return to SinMart.

"You're growing up well, baby." said Sherly.

"I miss oma." said Kevin.

"Omma misses you too" Sherly replied.

"What about opa?" ask Tora.

"Of course I miss opa" replied Kevin.

"Smart kid." said Tora.

"How are you doing, Jen?" ask Sherly.

"I'm fine, aunt. We're all healthy, too bad Zean didn't come with you" Jenny replied.

"He's so busy he can't take any more time off" replied Tora.

"Even the twins rarely met us" Jenny said.

"Oppa JiJo is very busy" said Kevin.

"It seems like lately there have been problems in the company, Kalfi also often overtime" said Sherly.

"I've heard quite a bit about SinMart, it seems like after they open the third SinMart, the competitors are getting furious" Sherly said.

Jenny nodded. "I know that, I worry about them too. Good thing you came here."

"Actually the main problem is not SinMart Jen, but the twins" Sherly said, signalling Tora to bring Kevin to play.

Tora understood his wife's wishes. "Kevin let's go with the opa to the park." he asked.

Kevin nodded and followed Tora towards the front garden of the house.

"Ae-Ri, do you know about that woman?" sherly asks after seeing Tora and Kevin out.

"I know, Kalfi told me a lot about Ae-Ri. The woman was SinMart's third general manager, I've never met her but I've seen her cv, the woman is very beautiful and cute. She is from South Korea but has lived with her adoptive mother for 10 years in America. I know what aunty is worried about because Kalfi is also confused about coping with it." replied Jenny.

Sherly let out her breath. "You certainly know the habits of twins since childhood who want the same toys. I'm afraid the love triangle is ruining this brother-in-law's relationship" she said.

Jenny nodded. "But Kalfi was actually more supportive of this relationship with Ji, the woman turned out to be very stubborn. Kalfi overhears Ae-Ri and her foster mother in the hospital. If he's with Jordan it's probably not a good fit."

"really? I agree with Kalfi that Ae-Ri is a tough fit for Jordan, but my son is still childish. I don't know how to convince Jo. And the choice that made it possible was that I didn't approve of this relationship. It's better that no one is with Ae-Ri." Sherly replied.

"Tante's right, maybe it's better they get separated from Ae-Ri. It would be better for the twins" Jenny said.

Sherly nodded as well. "Maybe this time I'll be here a long time, I heard the twins debate last night."

"What are they arguing about?" ask Jenny.

Sherly laughs. "It doesn't matter Jen, Jo wants to take time off and spend time with us, but Ji disagrees. And I just found out they're getting stubborn."

Jenny laughed. "That's what I hear, they always scare their secretaries. And sometimes the things they're discussing don't really matter."

"That's what I'm afraid of, come here often Jen, I need a friend to talk to." Sherly asked.

"Of course auntie, I'll be here with Kevin a lot" Jenny replied.

"Better we go to the park now, your son is more critical. He'll ask a lot of questions if we don't join him." Sherly.

"Tante was right, Kevin was always curious" Jenny said.

The two head to the park to meet Tora and Kevin to play together until lunch time.
