Letting Go of Longing

After the twins' parents cleaned up, the two left the room for the dining room where the twins were waiting for them. Sherly looked at her two sons who were getting bigger, her tears flowing again. Jidan and Jordan embrace her.

"Oh my God, stop this mood. You made our dinner turn into sadness" Tora said.

"You don't understand the feelings of a commander's mother. I miss them both so much" Sherly replied.

"All right, I gave up. Do what you want to do, but don't let me wait anymore. I'm really hungry." said Tora again.

The twins laughed. "Mommy let's eat." take Jidan.

Sherly nodded and sat down, still wiping away her tears that somehow still wouldn't stop. Tora touched his wife's cheek and shook her head.

"Stop baby, you can make the twins cry all night." said Tora.

Sherly looked at her two sons. "I'm sorry mami."

The twins shook their heads, Jidan started taking rice for her mother and father, while Jordan gave her side dishes. They ended up enjoying dinner with a happy feeling.

"Did you eat well for 2 years?" ask Sherly.

Both nod.

"But why are you getting so skinny?" ask Tora.

"But we're getting taller." replied Jidan.

"Not right, we're getting higher" Jordan said.

"You can answer, eat well while we're here" Sherly said.

"Maybe mi." answered both.

"Just as your phone can't be reached, it turns out you're on a plane. Don't ever do this again, we're almost crazy" Jidan said.

"Do you love us so much?" ask Sherly.

"Of course." answered both.

Tora and Sherly laugh. "You are still spoiled, even though you two have been independent since you were only 10 years old. And we heard you guys already like women." said Tora.

"What does it have to do with our longing for you, and who says we like women" Jordan replied.

"You can't lie, you can't love the same woman. Mami will be watching you both." Sherly said.

"Now I know, so you're here because you're afraid we love the same woman" Jidan said.

Tora and Sherly looked at each other and both nodded.

"I think you guys miss us" Jordan said.

Tora and Sherly laugh. "Of course, honey, we miss you" Sherly said. "Don't think anything." he continued.

The four of them finished their dinner then headed towards the lounge. As usual Jordan kept clinging to his mother.

"It's such a shame for a CEO like you." ridiculed Jidan.

"Be quiet, you're just jealous of me." replied Jordan.

"Geez, what about papi if you keep sticking like that." Tora teased.

"The fire was satisfied with my mom without anyone bothering me, so let it be my turn now" Jordan said.

"The fire is never satisfied, so don't take over the papi position." replied Tora.

"Oh come on, let my son let go of his longing" Sherly said.

Jordan stuck out his tongue like a child making everyone laugh. Sherly tells Jidan to sit next to her. Jidan followed him and put his head on his mother's shoulders.

Tora sighed feeling knocked out. "Where am I then?" tanyakanya.

"Sir commander you better get in the room and sleep" Sherly replied.

Jidan and Jordan laughed at that. Tora pura bent her face. They let go of longing all night in the lounge.

The man began to supervise the work inside the warehouse, although one day there was nothing suspicious. But Marcell believes there is no need to wait a long time to dismantle their crimes.

"What are you daydreaming about, son?" ask Roger.

"Why haven't you slept?" ask Marcell.

"I see your office lights are still on, what do you think, son?" ask Roger again.

"I'm just afraid of disappointing Sin to keep SinMart and the twins" replied Marcell.

Roger patted Marcell on the shoulder. "Papa's sure you can handle it, you've been in SinMart for 9 years. And investigating VilMart's crimes isn't easy but papa believes you can." he said.

Marcell nodded. "Papa rest, I will hasten to find the evidence so that papa no longer needs to come to the main SinMart."

"You also rest Marcell, there's still tomorrow to investigate. And don't worry papa, papa doesn't work just around. Mr. Kalfi is always on standby there." replied Roger.

Marcell nodded, Roger leaving him in his study. Marcell stared at the roof of his house. His father was right, there was nothing he could not solve for these 9 years. He was sure this time he could handle it. Marcell got up from his seat and went back to his room to rest.

"Wake up, you have to go back to the room" said Tora woke up the twins who were asleep on her mother's shoulders.

Both opened their eyes. "Geez I'm sorry, we fell asleep" said Jidan and Jordan.

Sherly stretched her hands that were almost numb to the head of the twins and smiled. "Let's go back to the room, don't you have to work tomorrow" Sherly said.

Jidan nodded while Jordan shook his head. Tora and Sherly look at Jordan.

"I took 3 days off, I still want to spend time with my mom and dad" Jordan said.

Jidan. "No, I don't allow it." he said.

"I don't need your approval, Mr. Ji" Jordan said.

"I'm your boss, of course I have my approval." replied Jidan.

"I own the same stock as you." replied Jordan.

The two subconsciously argued in front of his parents. Sherly wakes up and ruffles her waist. "So this is what you do." he said.

Realizing his mistake, the two of them instantly fell silent. Tora just looked at her two sons in surprise.

"Why are you growing up more and more like children?" ask Tora. "Don't argue anymore, it's getting late you go back to sleep." Tora ordered.

"And you Jo, come to work tomorrow. Mommy will be waiting for you at lunch, you can go back home." Sherly ordered.

Jidan smiled triumphantly, while Jordan bent his face in annoyance.

"Mommy's not defending anyone here, but Mami might be here a long time. We still have plenty of time to meet" Sherly said.

Jidan and Jordan smiled. "That's a promise mama's gonna be here a long time. I'll hide both of you're passports." Jordan said as he kissed his mother's cheek. "Good rest mi." continued.

So did Jidan who did the same. Both went into their rooms. While Tora invites Sherly to rest in her room.

"What do you think, baby?" tora asked because she saw his wife who had not fallen asleep.

Sherly looked at her husband. "Is our son going to be okay?" tanyakanya.

"Of course, honey, what are you thinking. They're not adults yet, that's all." replied Tora.

Sherly breathed her breath and hugged her husband. "I'm a little worried about their attitude."

Tora stroked Sherly's head. "There are no parents who are not worried about their child, it's just that the twins are different from most children. Since childhood they always argue, you know that too. And you as a mother can handle it."

"This time I'm really afraid of pi, there can't be a love triangle between them. I'm really curious about what Ae-Ri looks like" Sherly said.

"Sleep, there's still plenty of time to think about it" Tora replied.

Sherly nodded and finally she began to close her eyes in her husband's arms.
