Kiara frowned not understanding. "you mean? it's not like the fourth brother said you fell and your sheep hit hard. So maybe that's why your eyes can't see."
Flashbacks: flashback:
Weni was trapped in the kitchen after knowing the fire had already started to surround her. "Please! help me!" weni wished that someone would help her.
He fought desperately to get out of there. Weni was looking for something that might put out the fire, but she thought it was useless. It can't be here much longer. Because the fire seemed to get bigger and spread everywhere. Fortunately, it did not fill the kitchen.
Weni covered the coconut and shouted hysterically. He doesn't want to give up here. Notnot now. But he can't do anything either.
His head looked up when he heard the door being broken by someone. Hopefully, Weni asked the person to help her. But his eyes immediately narrowed. The flames that blocked his path made his gaze blurry covered by smoke and flames.
He opened his eyes many times. Now he can clearly see the figure. The figure was wearing a black robe with a face covered in disguise masks. Although unable to see the face of the black-robed figure, Weni could confirm that the figure was a man.
The black robe approached towards him slowly. Weni walked backwards. He doesn't know what to do. He did not know the man and hesitated to ask him for help because he did not know the man had good or bad intentions.
Weni retreated until her back hit the wall. He had reached the corner of the room and could not possibly dodge anymore because the black robe had arrived right in front of him.
"What do you want?" exclaimed Weni loudly. I hope someone hears it and takes it out of there.
The black cloak said nothing. The foreign man raised his hand and sprayed something into Weni's eyes.
"Yeah!" Weni screeched. He felt both his eyes sore from the liquid spray. He did not know what the black robe had sprayed into his eyes.
Weni blinked her eyes many times. When he opened his eyes, the black robe was gone. Now only he left alone in a corner in the kitchen that is still engulfed in the fire.
Despite being able to open her eyes, Weni was unable to see clearly. Both of his eyes became blurry. His head felt dizzy as it swirled.
Weni tried to stay strong and waited until someone came to her rescue. Justright. It didn't take long, the door was broken by someone again. This time, he hoped that the one who came was a good person who would save him and take him out of there.
Although in a state of blurry eyes and an increasingly dizzy head, Weni could still see and clearly recognize who the figure was.
"Sima, are you here?" Weni ran over to Sima. But he felt that his body was no longer strong enough to support both of his legs.
Because his head felt increasingly spinning, his legs accidentally tripped and caused him to fall very hard. Afterwards, he saw Sima running frantically towards him and calling out his name.
Flashback off
Kiara heard Weni's story carefully. "If that's true, why doesn't the fourth brother know that your eyes can't see it because of a liquid that sprays your eyes?" he seemed to think.
"At first we thought your eyes couldn't see because your head hit so hard when you fell. Or we thought maybe your eyes couldn't see because of the thick smoke." Kiara.
"Kiara, I'm afraid my eyes can't see anymore." Weni looked almost sobbed. "If that were the case, I would be useless and would only be a burden to all of you, especially your fourth brother." His complaint.
"After all, the fourth brother said, your eyes will only be temporarily blind. It won't be long before it will heal and you can look back on it as usual." Further.
Weni nodded choosing to believe that soon her eyes would definitely recover and she could see clearly again as usual.
"I go first, yeah. Rest well." Kiara patted Weni's hand and let the girl rest.
But tired of resting too long, Weni chose to get out of her bed and tried to walk on her own by utilizing the objects around her.
Finally he reached the door of his room. Slowly, Weni opened the door. His lips smiled thinly. Glad he could still use everything else to walk.
His feet were treading on the ground without using footwear even though the weather was cold.
Weni fumbled the air in front of her still continued to step. His legs accidentally stumbled and almost made him fall forward. Fortunately, a hand managed to hold his body. He fell in the man's arms. Weni fumbled the man's hand to make sure who had saved her.
"Who are you?" panic attacks him again for fear that the man is the black robe that returns to him and is ready to harm him again. "You who? you don't mean anything, do you?" yelled Weni who was panicking.
"Weni, it's me, Bari." Sahut that man.
"Rome?" Weni breathed a sigh of relief. Bari frowned. "Well, are you here? you can't go out in this situation. Let me take you back to the room." Bari was about to carry out her intention to escort Weni back to the room.
"Mm, Mr. Bari. I'm sorry. But I want to be here. I promise I'll just stand here. I'm not going anywhere." Weni persuaded Bari to let her feel the outside world for being lazy if she had to lie in her room all day without being able to do anything.
"I can't leave you alone. Dangerous. What else is your condition like this." Bari sounded very worried. How not, if you have to see the girl he loves must get such a condition? it would hurt her heart if she kept seeing him.
"I beg you, Mr. Bari. I promise I'll just stand here." Weni again convinced Bari that he was indecent to wander everywhere, what else in the condition of his eyes like that. He also did not want to take the risk if something dangerous happened to him later.
Bari thought for a moment. "alright. Want me to go with you?" tawar Bari again. Of course he is willing to accompany the girl he loves, what else in such conditions.
Weni. "Thank you for your good intentions, sir. But I know you still have a lot of work to do. So, I can do it myself."
Bari hesitated for a moment. "I'm only here for a moment. After this I'll go straight back to the room." Weni Promise.
Bari nodded. "Then I go first, yeah. Take good care of yourself and don't go anywhere." The message before continuing.
Weni again tried to walk alone as if she did not remember how she would have fallen earlier if Bari was not alert to save her.
Both of his hands were hanging in front of fumbling air.
Weni was a little surprised when she felt that a hand was welcoming her hand and leading her to walk.
