The air was stinging more than the days before. Make most of the city residents choose to move indoors. There are also those who shelter in the shadows of buildings and trees when forced to fulfill the demands of outdoor work.

There has come a lunch break. Workers flocked to canteens, restaurants, or other places that provided food. The employees at the company, led by Leon, did the same. Not for Alenna, though.

"Hey, where are you going?" leon asked when he saw Alenna carrying his bag.

"You go to campus. There's something important. Mario wants to get out of the house" explained Alenna in a hurry.

"Wow. Your family is weird, yeah. Always make things that trouble others" Leon said without hesitation.

Alenna, who was nearing the doorway, stopped stepping, turned around, and stared intently at Leon. Alenna's gaze hinted at a dislike of Leon's earlier words.

"Get me talking, Leon! Want to report to dad, huh? Remember, I have a card that can dethrone your current position! Remember that!" Alenna. "Ohy. The meeting after this will be handled by Uncle Li. Don't look for me!" alenna.

The sound of Alenna's high heels pounding filled the room. Slowly the sound was faint as Alenna's footsteps moved away.

"Sad. Shit!" aspir Leon.

As clever as a jumping squirrel will surely fall too. A phrase that suits Leon. Leon is good at hiding his rot, but finally uncovered as well.

Yep. Just this morning Alenna learned that Leon was behind the spread of embarrassing news about John's affair that led to the cancellation of Mario-Anjani's marriage.

The flashback

At six o'clock in the morning Alenna was already in the office. It wasn't Alenna's habit to leave early that morning. However, that morning Alenna asked her father to take some important documents at the office.

Leon who was used to come early to the office, that morning there was an appointment with Vina. Be, Leon and Vina are engrossed in chatting together in Leon's workroom.

That morning when she arrived at the office, Alenna headed straight for the elevator and immediately headed to her study, the same room as Leon. As soon as he got out of the elevator and started to step closer to his study, there came the laughter of a woman who was so well known to Alenna. That laugh was Vina's laugh. Followed by another laugh, Leon's laugh.

Sensing something unusual, Alenna took her steps, sneaking closer to the workroom where Leon and Vina were chatting there. Through a small gap, Alenna peered inside.

Look, Vina was sitting on Alenna's desk. While opposite it looks Leon is standing while holding his side. Vina repeatedly mentioned Mario. The chatter was clearly heard in Alenna's ears because it was indeed the door of the room that was not closed.

Alenna certainly felt something strange, because when with Alenna, Vina did not intensely mention her brother's name. Alenna immediately took the initiative to activate the voice recording device on her smartphone.

"I really want to have Mario completely" Vina said.

"Sad. Patience briefly. Your transfer documents are in the process of being handled. Starting next semester you can go to college in the same place as Mario. After that you're free to do anything to her" Leon explained.

"Yes-yes. You really owe me. Take care of everything so I can always be close to Mario. Remember, Mario's marriage wouldn't have failed that easily if it wasn't for my help." Vina reminded Leon of her efforts.

"Haha. Thank you for helping me spread the news of Mario's father's affair to the media. You're a dangerous female demon, Vina. Suddenly I was attracted to you," Leon said as he stepped closer towards Vina, intending to tease.

"No need to waste time on the impossible. You don't interest me at all. Your charm is not as strong as Mario. So, just take care of your job. Hurry up, so I can move to that college faster!" pinta Vina's.

Alenna gulped, just after she finished recording a fact. Alenna's breathing suddenly went wrong. There is tightness felt in the chest, especially because of disappointment. Alenna did not expect, that Leon who had been so trusted by his father had betrayed. Moreover, Vina who had been close to him had also contributed to the rotten plan.

Alenna stood up straight, leaned against the wall, and tried to regulate her breathing. While still walking slowly, Alenna entered into one of the rooms while waiting for Vina to come home.

Fifteen minutes passed. Alenna was already able to act calmer than before. His breathing roar returned to normal, no longer hunting like before.

Alenna saw Vina coming out of Leon's study, walking slowly into the elevator. Just as the elevator doors closed, Alenna rushed out and met Leon in his study.

"Anne?" Leon was slightly surprised to see Alenna coming with an angry look.

Without further ado, Alenna immediately turned on the recording she had taken earlier.

Leon woke up when he heard the voice of Vina and himself in the recording. Moreover, it was clearly recorded there the rotten plan of him and Vina. Without waiting for the recording to run out, Leon rushed to grab Alenna's smartphone. Jemari Leon is agile towards the garbage symbol, until the recording file is erased.

"No, I'll give it back!" leon said while handing over Alenna's smartphone.

Alenna received her smartphone with a casual attitude. "I've posted files everywhere. Congratulations!" exclaim Alenna.

"What's? You are that ...." Leon pointed at Alenna's face with his index finger.

"Just calm. Won't put it on me, considering your performance is very good for the company. After this fix your attitude and never bother my brother!" Alenna.

After saying so, Alenna took some documents from her desk, then rushed out of the room.

"Damn!" aspir Leon.

Flashback off

Leon was still watching Alenna go away from the room. Leon is no longer free to move because of Alenna's threat. Honestly, Leon does not want his position in the company to be shifted. As a result, inevitably now Leon must obey the words of Alenna.

"Ck. Lunch mood's fucked up, huh!" Leon was upset, but still had no choice.

Alenna stepped out into the parking lot. The ringing of his smartphone from earlier was heard, still with the same number. The call was from John who was worried excessively about Mario's decision to leave the house.

"Hello, dad!" said Alenna who finally picked up her father's phone.

"Have you met your sister?" ask John.

"alright. Wait, wait," said John.

The phone was disconnected too.

Alenna's car immediately drove out of the company parking lot. Alenna was in no hurry, just relax driving her car. However, the car did not go to his house, where Mario is currently and still packing his belongings. Alenna drove her car to the campus.

That afternoon was still in the course of Pak Nizar, after Anjani and his friends had previously attended Pak Koko's course. The afternoon lecture was followed by Anjani and his friends enthusiastically. For those who do not like the material, just look at the face of Mr. Nizar and immediately still enjoy following his class.

"That's the lecture material today. Is anyone asked?" asked Pak Nizar with a special voice.

Meli shuffled quickly.

"Yes, please!" exclaim Mr. Nizar.

Meli only threw away her face as her friends exclaimed. While Anjani and Diamond next to Meli can only chuckle and shake their heads.

"Easy-after. Meli, is there anything you want to ask about today's material?" ask Mr. Nizar kindly.

"Nothing, sir." Meli answered while grinning.

"All right then. I think that's enough for today. Remember, do not hesitate to share. You can share anything, including the knowledge you have today. I end it first. Wassalamu'alaikum warahmatullahi. Good day." Mr. Nizar closed the class that afternoon.

Anjani and her friends tidied up their respective college notebooks. While tidying up his notebook, Anjani sees a beautiful woman standing at the front door of the classroom and greets Mr. Nizar. Anjani looked at the woman once more.

"Anne?" anjani.

Alenna stepped inside the classroom after she finished greeting Mr. Nizar.

Juno is happy to see her lover come to campus. Juno quickly approached.

"Hey. Missed me, huh?" ask Juno PD.

"Yuno. Move aside! I'm going to meet Anjani!" alenna protests as Juno blocks his steps.

"Searching?" ask Anjani who heard Alenna's words.

Juno shifted his steps and invited Alenna to approach Anjani. However, Juno remained standing beside her lover.

"What's up, Alenna?" ask Anjani.

"Mario wants to get out of the house" Alenna said directly on the topic.

Anjani is speechless to hear Mario's name called. A little surprised to learn about it.

Next to Alenna, Juno looked confused, either whether or not to acknowledge the news. Juno already knows Mario's plan and why. However, Juno is reluctant to tell Anjani. Worried that Anjani will remember Mario. Juno chose silence, pretending not to know.

"Anjani, can you meet my brother and persuade him not to leave the house?" pinta Alenna's.

Anjani. His heart and mind collided, considering many things. So many seconds Anjani still hold on with his silent position. In fact, Meli who at that time asked Anjani to agree to Alenna's request was not responded to by him at all.

Astaghfirullah, Inner Anjani.

"Anjani, will ya?" urged Alenna.

Anjani smiled as she looked at Alenna.

"Sorry, Alenna. I can't. Excuse um. Assalamu'alaikum," said Anjani.

"Eh. Anjani wait for me!" exciting Meli.

"Juno, Alenna, I live first, yeah. Hye!" pamit Berlian then chased after Meli and Anjani.

Alenna stood there. A few seconds later, Alenna smiled.

"Alenna," called Juno, worried about her lover.

"I thought so" muttered Alenna.

Anjani's determination in maintaining his decision cannot be swayed. Anjani has limited himself, along with the journey of hijrah that will soon pass.
