Extra part 5

Along the way to the city of J, Kartika looked very agitated and shed tears. Dion who was sitting next to him kept watching Kartika.

Because the road is very jammed make them for hours to reach the city of J. Arriving at the hospital where her best friend was treated, Kartika came out in a hurry. Kartika immediately asked the nurse the whereabouts of her best friend and the condition of her best friend.

How shocked Kartika when she heard from the doctor that the husband of her best friend had died a few minutes ago, while her best friend and her son were in a critical state.

Kartika hugged Dion while crying. Kartika is very sad because her best friend is always there with her since she entered college. Dion always accompanies Kartika to take care of her best friend Kartika.

"Eat, this morning you don't eat breakfast" said Dion, giving him the food he bought. Kartika limply shook her head.

Dion, who did not want Kartika to get sick, knelt down in front of Kartika, and then quietly clasped Kartika's hand. Kartika who felt the grip of Dion's hand immediately turned towards Dion with a sad face.

"I know you don't have appetite, but if you don't eat who's looking after them? I don't want to see you sick either" Dion said gently. Dion's words made Kartika cry from being touched.

After one day waiting for the development of his friend, it turns out that God wills another. His best friend and baby son will no longer survive tomorrow morning.

With the help of Dion, Kartika can take care of the bodies of her best friend and her best friend's small family smoothly.

"Would you like to go home or Leo's?" dion asked after they were from the funeral.

"I just go home to my house sir." said Kartika weakly.

Because the path was very draining and mind, Kartika chose to close her eyes directly.

Dion who saw Kartika start to close his eyes, Dion immediately opened his jacket to become enveloped Kartika.

Now Dion and Kartika are in front of Kartika's house. Dion saw the atmosphere of the Kartika house looks like there is no one. Dion decides to contact Leo, asking where they are.

After learning that Leo and the others are still stuck in a fairly large traffic jam makes Dion confused. Dion stared at Kartika who was very much home sleeping and his head was leaning over Dion's shoulder. Dion had to wake Kartika instead of waiting for his mother Kartika who did not know what time it arrived.

When Dion wants to wake Kartika up, Kartika opens her eyes. When Kartika opened her eyes, both of their eyes met each other. After a few minutes, they wake up and straighten their bodies. They also looked very awkward because their eyes met each other earlier.

"I'm sorry, I was trying to build you up" Dion said nervously.

Kartika just nodded her head nervously and her heartbeat thumped. Kartika also felt embarrassed because while she was sleeping, her head was leaning on Dion's shoulder.

"God Kar...Kar... Why does your head rest on his shoulder? Wait, I didn't snore, did I? Or my saliva?" kartika muttered in her heart with worry. Kartika directly directed her gaze towards the window to check her mouth.

"Huffs... Thank goodness.." there was no trace of saliva then Kartika felt relieved.

"Oh, yes, I contacted Leo, if they were stuck in traffic. You okay at home?" ask Dion.

"It's okay, sir. Thank you for helping and accompanying me to take care of my best friend's funeral" said Kartika sincerely.

"Together."

After saying thank you Kartika got out of the car as well as Dion. Dion helps Kartika get her suitcase out of the trunk of the car and Dion also helps Kartika take her inside the house.

"One more time thank you sir" said Kartika after Dion put down his suitcase.

...ΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ...

"Kar, hurry! Poor son Dion is waiting for you from earlier" shouted Mama Nia while giving drinks to Dion who looked very neat.

Dion and Kartika asked Leo to represent the company to be present at the anniversary of one of the companies they worked with.

When Kartika came out Dion who saw Kartika who was so very beautiful immediately stood up and his heart was racing. Mama Nia who saw Dion rise up stood up directly following Dion's gaze.

Mama Nia immediately smiled because Dion was so fascinated with her daughter. Mama Nia who did not want to disturb chose to return to the kitchen.

"Sorry sir I made Mr. Dion wait a long time" said Kartika who looked nervous because Dion continued to look at him with a gaze that he did not understand.

"We better get going now" Dion said coldly.

Dion and Kartika immediately excuse Mama Nia to go.

Along the way to the hotel where the event was held, Dion and Kartika did not have a word.

Arriving in front of the hotel, Dion got out of the car. Dion asked Kartika to wait a little. It turned out that Dion wanted to open the door for Kartika and extend his hand to be held by Kartika.

At first Kartika hesitated, but seeing Dion continue to stretch out his hand, Kartika also immediately echoed Dion's hand.

"During the show stay by my side" whispered Dion in Kartika's ear.

When Dion spoke near Kartika's ear, Kartika could feel Dion's breath. Kartika instantly felt that her blood seemed to stop and her heart was racing. Moreover, Dion continued to grace his hands.

As they entered the room, many of the guests were surprised to see Dion's arrival with a woman. Moreover, they saw Dion playing Kartika's hand. They are very familiar with the nature of Dion, yes not much different from Leo. Dion will always look cold on every woman. But this time they saw Dion looking very warm on Kartika.

"Are you tired?" dion whispers on Kartika. Kartika just nodded her head.

Because Kartika who looked very tired standing, Dion invited Kartika to sit down. Before Kartika sat down, Dion opened his suit and attached it to Kartika. Kartika immediately looked at Dion with her frown. After pairing his suit to Kartika, Dion pulled a bench for Kartika.

"You wait a minute, I'll take food for us" Dion said after Kartika sat down.

"I went with Mr. Dion only" Kartika said quickly.

"It's okay, you're here" Dion said.

When Dion left, Kartika looked very surprised Faisal was in front of him. But quickly Kartika was immediately indifferent, because he did not want to deal with Faisal anymore.

Faisal who from the beginning was very jealous to see Dion continue to love Kartika's hand, looked very upset because Kartika looked very indifferent to him. Without thinking, Faisal immediately pulled Kartika to follow him.

Kartika who did not want to be the center of attention could only follow Faisal from behind with annoyance.
