Chapter 42 (Lover's Surprise )

"Then what should I do?" Ranto slammed the remaining pile of files.

"We're preparing an army to fight Lala." Angga gave a suggestion.

"You think we're at war?" Ranto laughed a little.

"The team of bodyguards that must be added, then the company's demolition forces overnight, plus the team of lawyers if there is a legal problem." Angga type something in his gadget.

"That means I'm helping Seno?" Ranto leaned on his chair lazily.

"Frightly so." Angga gave his thumb.

Ranto took a deep breath, "Losing Riana?"

Angga shook his head, "No! If you take good care of him, he will stay with you. I judge her a loyal woman."

Ranto closed his eyes, "Seno is a tough opponent. His love is so big. Sometimes I feel like I'm losing out on loving Riana."

"All right!" Angga immediately called the office boy to clean the room.

"You don't make a sound!" Ranto ordered the office boy who was cleaning the destroyed room.

Riana booked a taxi online to get to her angry boyfriend's office.

During her time in her vehicle, Riana always held her chest, "Why does it hurt so much?"

The online taxi driver turned, "What's up, Mba?"

Riana smiled then shook her head, "It's okay, sir."

The driver continued the journey.

Riana opened the recording feature in her gadget, "I want to record something, then you just focus on driving it."

The driver nodded.

Riana started the recording, "Today I had a fight with my lover. He looked so angry that he just left me. I actually understand her fear that Seno will continue to pursue me if she does not marry Lala. But whether my love for him still needs to be questioned. I love him more than anything."

Riana took a breath, the pain in her chest was getting worse, she drank the water she was carrying. Riana muttered softly, "It hurts so much."

Riana closed her eyes for a moment, "It hurts so much to plunge my heart, beyond the pain when Theo left me. I felt like I was in love too deeply with my fierce lover. She's everything to me."

The driver turned to look at Riana, she looked worried but Riana signaled that the driver was not talking.

Riana continued her recording, "My body feels floating when my lover says that hurts my heart. I don't want to be abandoned by him. My chest hurts, my heart beats faster than usual. I even felt unable to breathe. Honey.. don't hurt me. Never say you're leaving me."

Riana ended the recording, she was already in front of her lover's office.

Upstairs, Sisil is seen stepping closer to Ranto who is fast asleep in his chair. The suit he was wearing had been removed, his shirt looked messy not fastened neatly. Her hair is a mess.

Sisil bit his lips, enjoying the beauty of his heart from a close distance. Sisil's hand slowly stroked Ranto's face which seemed unaware of Sisil's treatment.

Sisil unbuttoned his own shirt. Sisil took off the blazer he was wearing. Leave a tight tank top. Sisil adored the handsome man but never once was he seen.

Sisil approached Ranto. He sat on the table right in front of Ranto. The face of the man she adored.

Riana fell silent fixated at the door to see the incident. He held onto his chest which was becoming increasingly painful. Her tears were dripping without being ordered. His legs felt weak and helpless to see his lover was with another woman. They looked messy, it seemed like Riana was thinking too far.

Angga who saw Riana just standing in front of Ranto's room immediately approached, "Riana, why not enter?"

Angga looked inside and was immediately surprised to see Sisil who was caressing Ranto with his mesra. When she looked to the side, Angga saw Riana drooping, "Riana!" Angga shouted while holding Riana's body so as not to fall to the floor.

Ranto who heard Angga screaming calling his lover's name immediately gasped.

"Sissles!" Ranto put away Sisil who was sitting in front of him and immediately ran to the front door.

"Riana! What's going on, Angga!" Ranto immediately pushed the Angga who wanted to carry Riana, "Let me!"

Ranto directly carried Riana to the lower floor of the company's specialty doctor practice.

"How, Doc?" Ranto asked while holding Riana's hand.

The middle-aged doctor pinched his forehead, "It seems that it should be taken to the hospital immediately."

Ranto kissed Riana's hand, "She just fainted, Doc!"

The doctor shook his head, "His heart rate is still very tight, I'm afraid of something unwanted."

Ranto immediately carried Riana, "Prepare everything, Angga!"

Ranto is running faster than it should be.

Riana entered the IGD room that afternoon as well.

After two hours, the head of the doctor team began to see Ranto, "The patient is past his critical period. You can see it now."

Ranto was surprised, "Criticism?"

The young doctor opened his gloves, "So he came in already in critical condition. Thankfully, you brought it in quickly. There's a problem with his heart. Something shocking had already hit him and made his heart beat faster than normal. Did he just experience something?"

Ranto was silent but looked at Angga.

Angga frowned, "She had just had a fight with her lover and soon after she saw her lover making out with another woman. Could that be the cause, Doc?"

The doctor nodded, "Yes, she could be under a lot of stress. We'll observe again."

Angga understood, "So, we can meet him, Doc?"

"Please. The patient is not conscious. Some doctor stood guard in front of the room." The doctor stepped away.

Ranto immediately entered to meet Riana who was still unconscious.

Angga also followed him. Angga saw his best friend was gently rubbing his lover's hand while wiping his own tears.

Angga sat next to Ranto, "Riana, wake up. We don't forgive ourselves if we have to lose this beautiful you."

Patient monitors react normally.

"Riana, wake up, baby." Ranto gently rubbed Riana's hair, "I love you." Ranto whispered in Riana's ear.

The patient monitor sounded fast.
