Riri's hands began to tremble withstanding the weight of her body. His strength was as if drained away at this moment. He tried to move the position of his feet slowly so that his weight can rest on the legs. But his feet accidentally separated from the branch where he rested. He almost fell down, lucky that his hand quickly clutched back the tree trunk next to him. Slowly he raised his leg.

Sweat was seen pouring profusely on his temples. His heartbeat sounded timid. Closing his eyes he clung tightly to the tree trunk in his arms.

'Damn it, hopefully they don't hear it' inwardly

The rustling sound of the branch made Hadi and his men stop. Hadi's smile expands.

"I'm sure he's not far from here. Let's quickly find him see you!!!" Shouted Hadi to his men

Flashlight was again circling around the place where the commotion had sounded. They were seen approaching to the location where Riri was.

With a feeling of panic Riri racked his brain so that they did not approach any further. Riri finally saw some birds perched on a tree located not far from there. In a hurry he broke a large branch and threw it at the bird. The wood hit the target and made the birds disperse.

"HOOP!!!" !!! Their loud squeaking voices broke the silence of this forest.

"Just the boss bird!!!" Shouts Hadi's men

"Let's just split up faster. Half continued the search ahead. The rest around here alone" replied Hadi as he hurried away from the place

"Good boss"

They split themselves into two groups and immediately conducted a follow-up search.

Riri saw four people still circling around there. He knew they would be here soon. He slowly came down and settled down to hide among the thickets not far from there.

'If I stay here, they'll find me. I have to get to the coast opposite from here. Let's hope there's no one standing guard in the house' he murmured as he slipped back slowly away from there.

When the situation began to quiet Riri was back running fast towards the direction of Hadi's residence. When he returned to sneaking around, worried that someone was standing guard in the house. His estimate was accurate, he saw two people standing guard carrying sticks and machetes in front of the house.

The two people seemed to be wary of watching the situation around while chatting. Riri decided to rotate through the back of the house that was pitch black. With great fear he was finally able to pass through the house and ran back to the beach as seen from Hadi's bathroom.

Meanwhile Damar, Sugi, Dion, and the others had just arrived there. They paused his intention of using a helicopter so as not to cause a commotion. They have concerns that using a noisy helicopter, Hadi may have fled early and could not be found again. Authorities have been contacted and are currently on their way here.

They also rushed to Hadi's house located not far from the coast. Damar noticed Riri's position from his phone. They seem to be very close.

"Where is Riri's position now Yo?" ask Sugi when he saw the look of shock on Damar's face

"He's headed here, we'll wait here for a while" he replied, signaling the others to hide

Sure enough, Riri appeared to run small between the bushes and trees carefully. Sugi also settles and immediately catches his body. Riri almost screamed in fear but Sugi's hand quickly covered her mouth.

Riri turned his head to see also Dion, pak Doni and the others crouching in the darkness.

"I'm glad you're okay. You wait here with Dion. Don't go anywhere, I don't want you to be kidnapped a second time" Damar said

"You guys be careful, they carry rifles and sharp weapons" said Riri with a worried face

"They are now looking for me in the forest, there are about two people who are on guard in that house. Maybe Hadi will be back there soon"

Damar nodded

Sugi stroked his back "hide in a safe place, we go first" he said, then rushed to lead the attack without looking back

Dion sighed unable to ask any more of Riri who now seemed to be leaning on the tree trunk behind him.

'He must be so exhausted' he thought

They deliberately did not attack first, to wait for Hadi and his men to return. Patiently everyone prepared in their respective positions

"BR*NGS!!! WHERE DID THAT CUNNING LADY GO?!!! YOU ARE ALL USELESS!!! W!!!"
