His heart was torn when he heard Abi's question that seemed to doubt him, only Aeril held him back and tried to understand the situation of Abi's heart which might currently be under doubt.

Abi turned to face Vano, whose condition could not be defined with words. If Aeril hadn't stopped Abi, maybe Vano would've had a name.
