After calling her father, Naura also called her daughter's eyes Mother Rosita and her mother Lia told her that her mother was going to give birth.

Faisal ran down the hospital hallway to where Almira gave birth. Actually this is the third time Faisal faced his wife giving birth should he be calmer. But this was the first time Faisal had to face his wife who gave birth normally. Previously Karisa gave birth by way of cesarean section.

Finally Faisal arrived in front of the maternity room. He went straight inside looking for Almira.

“Sus, the patient who is about to give birth is named Almira, where is it?” faisal asked when he met a nun.

“Maternity room over there, Sir.” The nurse pointed to another room.

Faisal went straight to the room appointed by the sisters. As soon as Faisal entered, he saw that Almira was groaning in pain. His right hand held the palm of Naura's hand. Every Almira felt a great pain he grabbed Naura's palm. Naura felt no pain at all when her palm was gripped by Almira. The pain of the grip Naura felt was not comparable to the struggle of her mother to give birth to her sister.

Faisal approached Almira.

The doctor put on gloves.

With a heavy heart Naura came out from the delivery room.

Faisal placed his left hand on Almira's back.

Faisal was no longer rigid in carrying a baby, maybe because he already had three children so he was used to it. Faisal proclaimed the Adhan on the right and called for the iqamah on the left. After completion is given back to the Sister to be examined by a Pediatrician.

Almira was still lying weakly on the bed, while waiting for the Doctor who was sewing in the female area. After finishing the sewing, the doctor decided to return to his room. Naura enters the delivery room along with Eyang Ti, Enin and his Aki.

“How is Almira doing?” ask Rosita's mother.

“Alhamdullilah. The baby is also healthy,” Faisal replied.

“The baby is female or male?” ask Lia's mother.

“Now being examined pediatricians are all cleaned,” Faisal said.

Shortly thereafter, the sisters arrived in wheelchairs.

Almira was talking to Mother Lia and Mother Rosita, suddenly the door of the room was opened and the Sister entered while pushing the crib. Everyone had their eyes shifted to the crib.

“This baby has come,” Sister said.

The nurse held the baby and handed it to Almira. Almira carefully held her baby.

“Dissui first, yes!”

Sister closes the curtain, for more privacy. The sisters helped Almira to comfortably breastfeed her baby. Naura watched her baby sister who was breastfeeding her mother.

“Whose name?” ask Mr. Grace to Faisal.

“Name is Najla Faira,” Faisal replied.

“Good name,” praise Mr. Grace.

Suddenly the door opened, Akbar and Amelia entered the room, followed by the two nannies. The nannies brought travel bags, one belonging to Almira and another to Faisal. Naura called home and told Bi Cani to prepare a dress for Faisal, because Faisal will be staying at the hospital tonight. Almira bags are available in the car.

Akbar and Amelia immediately approached her mother's bed.

“Dad, want to see ade,” says Akbar.

Faisal lifted Akbar and Amelia to the top of the bed. Akbar and Amelia sat on the bed.

“They are drinking milk again,” replied Almira.
