22. Adits

But suddenly there was someone blocking Faisal's path. A strong man blocked his path.

“Eh..lu, Dit. I kirain who, just walk people,” exclaimed Faisal when he saw the man who blocked his path turned out to be his friend named Adit. Then they do the head salutation.

“Elo want to book a place for whose wedding?” ask Adit suspiciously.

“Kok know?” faisal asked in shock.

“That's it, right I've been standing next to you. You are not aware that I am next to you,” replied Adit.

“Oh...Gue would like to book a place for my sister's Early wedding,” Faisal replied.

“Gue kirain you booking place for your wedding,” Adit said.

“Gue wedding day. Now my sister was married,” Faisal replied.

Not wanting to talk at length with Adit, quickly Faisal said goodbye to Adit.

“Udah yes, pity Mom boss waiting,” said Faisal.

Hearing the boss' mother's words made Adit become curious.

“Eh...Mother boss ready?” ask Adit curious.

“That's my boss' mother.” Faisal pointed at Almira who was watching Faisal and Adit.

Adit squinted his eyes when he saw Almira.

“Kok like I know a girl,” said Adit.

“Ah...elu, all girls must you say know,” Faisal replied.

Though in the heart of Faisal had deg-degan, because Adit befriended Tomy. I know who Almira is. But Adit certainly does not know that Almira has divorced Tomy

“Udah, yes pity my boss's mother waited a long time,” said Faisal while patting Adit on the shoulder.

Then Faisal left Adit.

“Eh, Faisall knows dong same mother boss lu,” exclaimed Adit with a rather loud voice.

“Entar sometime,” said Faisal without turning to Adit.

Faisal approached Almira who was waiting for him.

“Sorry, yes long. You meet old friends,” said Faisal.

“Nothing,” replied Almira.

“Yuk we go home now,” invite Faisal.

“How about the manager? No?” almira asked while slinging the strap of her bag.

“Neither, the manager is out. But Mas has asked for the phone number of this cafe,” Faisal replied.

“Ya. Let's just go back to the office,” said Almira then get up from her seat and walk towards the cafe exit. Faisal walked next to Almira.

Without Faisal and Almira noticing, Adit was watching them from afar.

How do I know it's a girl, but who, huh? I forgot, said Adit in my heart while watching Faisal come out of the cafe with Almira.

In the car Faisal seemed more silent than usual. Not a word came out of Faisal's lips. Noticing the uncharacteristic Faisal, Almira glanced at Faisal.

“Mas, where are we going now?” ask Almira.

Faisal silently did not answer Almira's question.

“Mas?” Faisal remained silent.

“Mas?” Faisal remained silent, focusing on driving the car.

“Mas!!” call Almira out loud.

Hearing Almira's loud call, Faisal was immediately startled.

“Iya, Mir,” Faisal replied in shock.

“Mas why? Don't drive while daydreaming! Danger, Mas,” reprimand Almira.

“Mas is not daydreaming, Mir. It's just...” Faisal did not continue his words.

“What's it, Mas?” ask Almira.

“Mir, we're back at the office, huh? Something I want to tell you,” Faisal said.

“What to talk to in the office? Can't we talk about it somewhere else? This is not about office business,” asked Almira.

“Can Mir. We find a place to talk,” Faisal replied.

And now Faisal and Almira are in a roadside baso shop. They were waiting for their order, the ice teller.

“Speak, Mas,” Almira said after ordering ice teller.

“Mir, Mas want to ask if you are ready if your existence is known by Tomy?” ask Faisal.

“Means, Mas?” tanya Almira did not understand.

Then Faisal recounted his meeting with Adit.

“Before I thought Adit wouldn't remember your face. But it turns out that Mas was wrong, Adit said it was like knowing you. That's why Mas hastily invited you away, Mas is afraid Adit approached us,” said Faisal.

Not knowing Adit Almira asked.

“Mas, Who is Adit?” ask Almira who doesn't understand.

Faisal turned towards Almira.

“Adit was his friend Tomy. Don't you know?” ask Faisal.

“No,” Reply Almira.

“You were never introduced to Tomy's friends?” ask Faisal.

“Never. So I was surprised when Mas knew me,” replied Almira.

“Mas know I married Mr Tomy from where?” tanya Almira was curious.

“When you got married Mas invited. That's where I know you as Tomy's wife. And Mas once saw you guys eating at a restaurant,” Faisal replied.

“Tadi before entering the cafe Mas said that if I met Mr. Tomy at the cafe I had to calm down. Does that mean Mr Tomy goes to that cafe often?” Tanya Almira and she changed Tomy's call to Mr. Tomy.

There is no point in calling Mr. Tomy with the words Mas. After all, Mr. Tomy is no one I am anymore, Almira whispered in her heart.
