When he heard Kemal leave the detention room, not how long Uncle Isa tried to open his eyes. His bead of eyes scoured the entire room, checking the surroundings. It's blank! Looks like Arul's coming out of there, too. Uncle Isa thought about how he could get out of there, it seemed like the two bodyguards would not take him out of there, but instead just call the doctor to check on him. While thinking of a way to escape from there, suddenly the sound of the door creaking opened, making Uncle Isa immediately close his eyes again.

"If we say he's a prisoner, the doctor will call the police. And we're going to jail, do you want to go to jail?" arul whispered as well.

"It looks like your Uncle is seriously injured, you should take him to the hospital to get intensive care. I'm afraid if it's not treated immediately, the wound will be infected and the situation will get worse" said the doctor.

"Can't it be treated here, Doc? If taken to the hospital there will be no one to take care of him, we are busy working. If treated here right, we can go home alternately to take care of him," said Kemal.

"I can't let the person I'm dealing with get worse because it's not being taken care of properly, so I ordered my brother to stay here to control it. It's you who won't allow me to take your Uncle to the hospital, if you don't agree with my brother who is guarding here, you can bring it to my medical home because it's not far from here" the doctor said.
