One month after the incident, today Bella will fly to New York with Hendry to attend a business seminar, and Hendry will attend fashion week because it happens to be the same event.

During this one month, Devan has always tried to apologize from Bella. Although Hendry always halted, but Devan was not discouraged. Devan also finds out about Bella's trip to New York, and she has her own plans.

At night, Bella and Hendry arrive in New York. The two of them headed straight to the hotel to rest, as the show would take place tomorrow. They went into their rooms side by side.

They finally went into the room. Bella immediately cleansed herself, then after that she broke down her body that felt tired due to a long journey.

The next day, Bella was getting ready to attend a seminar. He felt something was wrong with his body, his head felt spinning and his stomach was like in a stirring, it felt so nauseous. Bella came out of the room to go breakfast with Hendry, she endured the turmoil in her stomach.

The food came, it looked delicious and appetizing. But unlike Bella, she felt nauseous smelling the smell of the food. Bella smothered her mouth that wanted to vomit. Hendry who saw it became worried, because yesterday Bella is still fine.

"Sir, are you okay?" asked Hendry worriedly.

"Bella's okay sister, just a little nausea just maybe catch a cold. Later in the love of oil the wind must also be lightening," replied Bella.

"But you look pale, or do I want to buy you some medicine?" tawar Hendry's.

"If I'm in the room, I can't attend the seminar. I came here because I wanted to attend the seminar" Bella said.

"Yes be careful, take good care of yourself. Let me know if there's anything. Your taxi is waiting in front" Hendry continued.

"Good sister, then Bella first yes," said Bella left Hendry alone.

Hendry and Bella set off separately, because the venue was different.

The seminar that Bella attended went smoothly until the afternoon, Bella continued to force herself to follow the event until the end. The taxi that Bella was riding stopped right in the lobby of the hotel they were staying in, she could no longer bear the pulse on her head. His head felt spinning and his eyes began to twitch. At a nearby clinic, doctors had just finished checking on Bella's condition.

"Congratulations, your wife is pregnant" the doctor said.

"Pregnant, sir. Your wife is pregnant" explained the doctor.

"Pregnant?! Whats! Pregnant doc?" pekik Hendry surprised.

"Yes sir. Here I have written the prescription of vitamins for Miss Bella, later please redeem at the pharmacy. My message, please take good care, sir, because the young gestational age is prone to miscarriage. Keep your diet, do not be tired and do not stress," explained the doctor while offering a prescription vitamin for Bella.

"But why hasn't he realized Doc?" ask Hendry.

Hendry stepped closer towards Bella who was lying on the patient bed, her face looking so pale.

"Sir, I didn't know this was gonna be good news or bad news for you. If later you want to go back with Devan, I'll allow it on the condition that Devan has to change. But if you don't want to, then willingly I will help take care of him. Ponder uncle, be healthy in there. Be a good boy and don't make your mother sick." Hendry rubbed gently Bella's stomach was still flat.

Moments later, Bella starts to blink her eyes. His hand held his head which felt dizzy.

"Ssh, where am I brother?" bella asked Hendry, who was standing next to her bed.

"You were at Dik's clinic, you passed out earlier" replied Hendry.

"Maybe it's because I'm tired, so my body is less fit" said Bella.

"Your body condition is fine, sir, it's just..." Hendry hung up his words.

"What's up, brother?" ask Bella curious.

"You're pregnant, sir" replied Hendry.

"A-I'm pregnant sister?" bella did not believe it.

"Yes Dik, you're five weeks pregnant" explained Hendry.

Bella's tears instantly shed, Bella did not know how to express this news. Should he be sad? Or happy? A feeling of confusion enveloped him.

"You're crying because you're sad or happy, brother?" ask Hendry.

"I don't know brother, everything mixed into one. I'm afraid Devan will take this child away from me, or maybe, he won't admit to this child" Bella said of her concerns.

"You take it easy, brother, as long as I'm around, I won't let anyone hurt you two. If you don't want to go back to Devan, it's okay to raise him together. I'm certainly happy to have a nephew that I will play with later," Hendry entertained.

"Sister, I'm sorry for always troubling brother. I promise, after I succeed later I will return the kindness of my sister," said Bella smiled sincerely.

"No troublesome word for you. I'm happy, because thanks to you, I feel like I have a family. I even found my sister inside of you" said Hendry.

"Sister has a sister? Where's sister brother?" ask Bella.

"Sister has a sister, when we were little we were always together. But because of a tragedy we were separated. Forget it, it'll just make me sad."

"Sorry sister" said Bella, feeling guilty.

"It's okay."
