LOVE AND SELFISHNESS

PART 5'S

After school, as usual Erika was always alone. Arriving at home, Mika was already standing waiting for him in front of the house by crossing both hands.

"Mika, what are you doing here?" erika asked approaching her.

"I want to talk to you in one eye" Mika replied with an unusually flat face.

"What do you need?"

"Pretend naive again, as if not knowing anything. You always think everyone is the same. Even I think you're a problem, right? You never think that your attitude has hurt so many people. Not realising at all? Try to look around you and read the situation," explained Mika trying to open the heart of the selfish.

"Let it be, this is clearly me, who doesn't care about others around me," Erika replied still in a jutek tone.

"You are truly selfish. Selfishness is good for yourself, but not good for others. It even harms those around you. Someone's good and bad attitude towards us, it depends on how we behave towards them. Remember that well. Someday you will understand what I am saying today. And you know Yagami, right? Neighbor next door to your house. He is a good boy and needs friends. He just wants to be friends with you, but you ignore."

"Why do you carry the name Yagami."

Without speaking again, mika turned her back on leaving Erika on the porch of the house. Erika's eyes started to heat up. There was a tightness felt in her chest when Mika's words just popped into her mind. Unknowingly, tears began to flow little by little drenching the tiny, pure white cheeks.

"Why is everyone advising me? It was as if they were the truest," Erika groaned as she turned to the room and blew it there.

The next day at school....

"Hi, Yagami, come with us to the karaoke place" one of the girls from the class took

3-C.

"Sorry, yeah. Next time, because I already have an appointment with Erika," Yagami refused to use Erika's name to avoid the girls.

"Haah? Whatdidyou say? With Erika the strange woman, huh? Just don't get close to him. He was a loner who had no friends and only made friends with books in the library."

"Based on the strange girl, hahaha," said the Yagami fan girls while laughing at Erika who happened to be behind them sitting on a small rock under the school tree.

"Shut your mouths! She's not who you think she is," Yagami snapped in an irritated tone.

"Oh, cook the prettiest guy in this school defending the loner who has no friends. Too bad you were used to him."

Kayo who heard the babbling of Yagami fans could only smile herself behind.

"I was not used by him, even though he was a blind man and a loner, but I preferred him to be sincere from my heart than those who like to vilify others without seeing the other side of the person. And I prefer it over those who are just pretending to be friends" Yagami explained.

Hearing Yagami's words, Kayo's eyes widened. The smile that he had emitted had now turned flat with a sense of emotion.

"Oh, what the hell. Yes, let's leave this handsome guy with the village girl and tacky. Hahaha," said the girls who had apparently realized that Erika was sitting in the back. The girls also left.

Her tears flowed for a moment. Yagami who saw that immediately approached towards him.

"Hey, why are you crying? Never mind, do not cry over their unimportant words. Think of it as the wind, then," said Yagami patting Erika on the shoulder and sitting next to her.

"Until now, only Yagami and Mika have always spoken to me. Is this what it's like to have friends?" erika muttered with nervous feeling near Yagami.

"Thank you, yes, for defending me. Dam sorry about that time I yelled at you," Erika said as she wiped the tears on her face.

"Not think about it. I'll do anything for you because I liked you from a long time ago until now. You want to be my girlfriend?" yagami says that ends by expressing his feelings spontaneously. Erika's face flushed red and was surprised to hear Yagami's words. Her eyes glazed over Yagami's face, pretending to look relaxed while smiling and waiting for a response from her.

"Just this time I don't hate men close to me" he thought nervously and his chest pounding.

"Si peng, aah-meaning me, Hagami. Ii'm sorry. Not that I rejected you. But maybe not, give me some time to think. Even today, I still don't believe in men. Even with you, I think different. Merely, I was still traumatized by the events that had befallen my mother," Erika bowed her head, foreshadowing the past when her father left her with her mother. When his eyes were about to shed tears, Yagami touched his forehead.

PLASTERED...

"Well.sick!!" erika groans while stroking the exhausted forehead at Yagami's center. Yagami's two hands embrace the little girl's shoulders with the charming smile she always shows him. He turned Erika's body towards him.

"Yes, I'll wait for your answer. And I will change your perspective and your way of thinking that not all men in this world have the same nature" Yagami said. Erika's eyes again glazed over with a sweet smile. Yagami widened with a blushing face and heart pounding. He immediately turned his head around*** because he couldn't bear to see Erika's smile. He pretended to cough so that Erika did not suspect him. But out of curiosity again with Erika's smile, he immediately turned his back towards the girl with the bangs. Both of his hands were clutching Erika's shoulders. They also looked at each other with blushing faces. Yagami's face suddenly drew closer to Erika's face, until their forehead noses touched. Yagami gulps. I want to kiss Erika's lips.

But, Kayo suddenly appeared...

"Yagami, may I ask you a favor? There's a math problem about fractions that I don't understand" Kayo said, ostensibly with the intention of disturbing them.

Yagami is wrong. And so is Erika.

"Oh, of course, isn't that Erika?" yagami asked smiling towards Erika. Erika just smiled faintly awkwardly.

"Uuh, it's almost.and what the hell with this view?" ketus Kayo inwardly with a sour face looked at Erika.

"But, I'm sorry.tomorrow, yes.today I need to be with Erika."

Hearing those words, Erika blushing.

Drrtt...

"Kayo, your phone is shaking," Yagami said.

"oh yeah.hello...dad..."
