"Please wait for Young Master. If you keep asking about the progress of Ma'am's labor, I can't concentrate fully. Please rest Young Master, so that Ma'am can give birth safely and healthily."

The midwife said firmly, she does not want the birthing process she leads to be interrupted, even if it is a King.

"Alice gonna be okay?" Gara's anxiety subsided after the Midwife said everything would be fine.

"Ma'am will be fine Young Master, you will be even more anxious if you continue to wait here. I thought it would be better if Young Master charged elsewhere."

The midwife forced her smile after hearing Gara's reply. If anyone else had witnessed all this, they would have thought that Alice was the only woman to give birth in this world.

Gara stood up with a sad expression as the Midwife left him and then closed the door of the maternity room.

Dean bites his lower lip while stealing Midwife and Gara's talk, as well as Lin who is hiding behind the shadow of a tree. A rare and precious sight, he knew he shouldn't steal their talk, but Dean still couldn't bear to eavesdrop and hold his laughter when he saw Midwife scolding Gara.

After that Dean left Gara and accidentally saw Lin, then dragged her into a room.

"Did you see everything?" Dean closed his mouth to keep from laughing.

The dawn had dawned, the sun had risen with its warm rays, yet there was no sign of the Midwife coming out of the delivery room. Because he did not close his eyes though, he did not want to miss Alice's condition in the slightest.

From dawn came Alice's heart-wrenching cry, but she could not enter and see Alice's condition, because the old midwife told her assistant to lock the door. Because he could break it, but he did not want Alice to be agitated by it, he did not want to add to Alice's mind.

Suddenly the atmosphere became quiet, Dean and Lin who had accompanied Gara for several hours looked at each other, they showed a confused and agitated look on their faces. Because of her tense look, she looked paler than usual, even the color of her eyes was getting red, Lin and Dean could not afford to look at her.

Suddenly the sound of the key spinning and the sound of the door slamming.

A young Midwife came out in a hurry and called out her name repeatedly.

"Young Master..

"Mudaaa.."

As he stood up and ran quickly, Dean and Lin followed at the same speed.

"Young Master..

"You must come with me.."

"What's going on?" Because she was so anxious, she could not hide her anxiety.

"Let's come with me.."

"The old midwife told me I couldn't get inside."

From a distance Alice lay on a bed with white sheets, Alice's hair tied to a ponytail, her body wet with sweat. The smell of Alice's body was so tempting. Alice's eyes were closed, but she noticed Gara's presence and opened her eyes slowly.

"Darling..." Her voice sounded raucous, Alice looked in pain, yet she still did not say it and just smiled like a fool.

Gara walked over and kissed Alice's forehead gently.

"You look great, baby." Trying to smile as naturally as possible.

"Stop.

"Don't smile like that. You look scary." Alice pinched Gara's cheek tightly.

"Is that so dear?

"Ah, I have to stop from now on.

"That's my smile."

"Now I understand why everyone is afraid of you." Alice ruffled Gara's hair gently.

"Come here, let me kiss you." Alice pulled Gara's neck and kissed her affectionately. Everyone who had been guarding Alice, quickly left the room, now there was only Gara and Alice.

Alice hesitated, yet she saw a strong determination in her husband's eyes. Then, Alice began to stick her sharp fangs and suck the blood Gara slowly.
